it was a good experience and really enjoyable moment for me. The environment and the weather was attractive . The smiling faces and professional services of the support staff were really admirable. while i don't remember all the names i certainly enjoyed and appreciate services of Mr.
Ihsan..Kamaluddin..Essa Aziz (rent a car) and Musa Wali to name a few

The terrace cafe waiting time for food was too much and the staff was not responsive at all. Often times had to raise my voice to call for a waiter. Also do not charge charity without consent, most people do not look at bills in detail that is just dealing in bad faith and shady and when I asked I want it removed the waiter did not give a clear answer just that read some paragraph which does not state that I have the right to remove it.

For breakfast buffet. Good view and food to spend sometime with friends & family

From third and 4th floor of the hotel, you got view of tress planted by hotel management instead of mountain view valley.

Just to Remember ... Murre and Bhurban ... Altitude and Climate ... Very Different ... Stay was Fantastic , Food was average unfortunately, did not excite me at all .

We have been visiting PC Bhurban for almost 14 years now and I feel sad to say this that their standard seems to be going down. For example I was at the door of the cafe that faces the amphitheatre with baby stroller and none of the staff even bothered to open the gate for me instead one of our guests was cordial enough to do that. In fact a waiter went through the door at the same time without even bothering to hold the door as I was afterwards trying to avoid the door swinging back at the stroller. On top of that they have stiff necks for reasons not understood.

Also try not to order juices, tea or French fries. Instead order pizza as that has far better value for money. The recent visit left me desiring for far more than what I paid for.

Really good place to visit. Nice food, accommodation.

Worth seeing place ..a bit expensive..but once u need to explore it.

Cleanliness is very poor specially in rooms and bathrooms. Towels are very old and bad. Room service staff is very irresponsible. I conclude there is no control of Gm.

The place and rooms are good. Staff is friendly and ambient. But food is just okay. You can enjoy the beautiful views.

Salam everyone. I am Abdul salam Afridi MPA for pk53. I stayed at Room '# 347 the room was excellent !! Bed was made with clean linen and the housekeeping staff was great. I suggest anyone stays here must meet housekeeping supervisor Waseem Ahmad a very nice and co operative person he is.

Awesom place. Natural and beautiful. I enjoyed alot. Been there many times. Best family place with music night and many worth visiting cineries

The hiking tracks are really nice and one should explore them fully.
Also , the staff is quite friendly and hospitable!

Nice place for those who like the landscape scenic , very good place for families at weekends But the restaurant menu needs to be more diversified and the restaurant staff need to develop the skills of dealing with the customer and speed up of meeting the demand, i recommend it

They charge 500 pkr entry fees but you can reimburse it anywhere inside the hotel

Location is Great, Prices are really over exaggerated. Managment and service is Zero. Staff has no courtesy. Long ques at check in and check out. Reception staff lacks training. Rooms are old and needs a makeover restoration. Mattress on the beds are dumb and stiff. You will feel the spring inside. Only go there if you have enough money to waste.

Rooms were outstanding Excellent service by front office staff specially Mr. Taqi, Ms. Nosheen. Food quality was very good specially I want to thank Mr. Aamir Abbasi the Executive chef who listen to us and received us during breakfast keep it up

Its better than other PC as compared to the experience that you get

We went for hi tea on Saturday and were immediately offered a table for four, but table cloth and chairs were dirty. Food was ok but with less variety. Seekh kebabs smelt, don't know why. We were not returned any change of cash payment. There were no spoons available with the desserts and no knife provided with the table. People should instead go to the Chinar Family Resorts with similar customer service but less pricey.

Nadia's resturant had nice food.....ambience was also good recommended for family gatherings, also having scenic views of hills

Food was pathetic..pizza was like desi roti and had awful taste.chicken steak was not tender at all

This place is very great to visit. But there are some issues..its too expensive. Food is not even that good but it is too expensive. They really had skipped the main things in dinner such as, Biryani, mutton, bbq. Also I came with my family and we are 4 people. In the room we stayed there were 2 beds only and they were small. It was very uncomfortable to share beds. But besides this hotel is very big, nice and has mostly everything such as gyms, spa, gardens, cafes. My stay was a bit pleasant if you ask.

Worth spending.. Buffet is too good..
Note.. Entry for visitor increased from 500 to 1000 per head

It's a pleasure trip especially front desk shift leader miss sania nd guest RM muqadas manged every thing v well. V cooperative nd friendly nature officers. Overall environment z v pleasant and cool. A spl kids room shd b established for some indoor work like paintings nd other activities as well.

Though it is a awesome to live....very calm and peaceful.... Good experience with bhurban
