Excellent hospitality by front office staff and housekeeping staff want to mention some name like miss nosheen mina war and mr taqi front office staff they are amazingly cooperative

The housekeeping,room service ,room cleaning was very good.Front desk Muqadus is very cooperative. Bisharat is very effiecient,hardworking. The view is like wooaahh. Pc bhurban is located in the heaven. It feels like we are gonna fly . The balcony is just........
I can't describe my feelings in words about staff,receptionist,rooms,park,swimming pool,gym,jacuzzi cuz i'm just lovin' it.
I would wish to come back soon

Came to PC Burban for lunch. The service was great as was the atmosphere and food and coffee. Great views from the balcony cafe. We were served by Shahzeb.

I am in love with this place its totally worth it.

Great location, complacent people. Stayed on an off-peak day in the off-peak season, and still nothing to write home about. Feel I got cheated out of a room with a better 'view' (though I paid for one) because I'm still relatively younger than their regular clientele.

One of the best hotels in Pakistan. Infrastructure-wise PC Muzaffarabad is better but service of PC Bhurban is unmatched.

Checkin checkouts are done in excellent . Receptionist was coutrious. Ms moqudas at guest relation was very helpful and profrestional

Abrar Ahmed in Housekeeping Dept. provides the best customer service and very accommodating.
Had an incident with the palmist asif mehmood. Behaved very rudely and in a unprofessional manner on just picking up a cushion from his chair. Need to file an official compliant as he behaved inappropriately with a women and children.

Security system was too weird, illiteracy overloaded

I tried the food of Nadia restaurant and it was very delicious and peaceful ambiance. Staff was also good but I would like to write about two staff members Umer hayat and Asma they have a good attitude.

Marvelous place to visit...been there before visited again after 13 years.

Seems like administration is not paying any attention towards cleanliness n maintenance. I felt that the standard has deteriorated badly. People had spat on the floor n there was a particular stink on the terrace...which used to be my favourite place to eat but this time it was really hard to eat while sitting there.

Everyone is frendly .. I did my best breakfast!! BEST SERVICE BY ' UMAIR FOOD AND BEVERGE STAFF'

We were staying in delux suite . It was wonderful experience . All the staff specially reception desk members including m.taqi, miss nousheen , arslan and Rehmat are doing a fabulous job . Amazing people defiantly goon-a stay again

Hotel is fancy no doubt, but the service was below par. Only buffet was offered in the restaurant seating area. Menu items were served only in terrace seating area. No body would come to the table and ask if you need anything, you literally have to get their attention if you want to order drinks, water and/or other beverages.

stay was good excellent, food specially Ms.Sania andr.Ehsan at front desk were having a very nice attitude, had a memorable stay with family..Front desk team was very supportive. .

Every thing is so good & jabar's service is also good.

Reception staff was brelient and specially miss anila I will come again inshallah but one thing they have to improve fresh fruits not available in dinner and fruit chat was just apple and one other fruit they have to put guava grapes and banana thanks

Housekeeping was awesome. Mr. Asgher and his housekeeping team was raising the flag of hospitality. Just waooo.

i am a member of pc hotel chain from last 20 years . i usually stay properties across pakistan but this time i was too much disappointed from the staff of pc bhurban they dont even have any medical approach or any consultact at there property if anyone needs to have it they dont have at there property . and nothing to say about staff if some one is staying at 5* they should have facility like that also but this is not according to 3* i am to much disappointed

I think this place is best in Murree and Galiyat Area.... But its Toooo much expensive.

Staf very friendly and cooperative. Spcious and well furnished rooms. Excellent scenic views froms. Food very delicious . Good facilities for kids play and enjoyment. It was a very memorable trip for my guests comming from abroads.

This PC is ideally located and provides the much sought escape from the hustle and bustle of Murree. A perfect place for a romantic weekend.
