Very good hotel. Perhaps you will find another hotel of this level in the area of Murree and Goliath. Expensive but definitely worth the money you get for the landscapes and amenities. Even if you do not have a night stay, it is still a good place to visit. In this open forest you can also go for a short walking trek and the terrace is great place to eat. If you do not stay, then you have to voucher at the gate for one thousand per servant and when you eat some food, etc., the amount is adjusted to this bill.

PC bhurban is a must for us every winter, great place, superb ambience. For food we mostly prefer Terrace Cafe, simply fantastic food, and amazing view, their service is a catch too. Special mention, Mr. Rehmat Zar who served us multiple times and he is very good at his job

Stay was good .warm welcome by reception staff specially Mr anas at reception was professional person .. check out was quick and smooth.

Pc bhurban is always a place of must visit.... but besides the beauty of bhurban the high tea is below average. Waiters are very lazy. They have to improve their food area.

I stayed for for two nights and the experience was great, the front desk staff was very cooperative specially arsalan majeed sahab.

Best hotel in town food and hospitality was amazing. Enjoyed a lot thanks to well trained staff for excellent experience.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in murree! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and Relationship manager Nosheen, she deserves a special thanks. Food & Beverages were spectacular ,huge range of good dishes were available.We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Security I liked...but the cleanliness was so disappointing... plates were having hair, and dust sticked on it... cups were like placed since night not cleaned at all... few food items were good... flies were on sweet items... such a standard not expected at all at a place like PC

Excellent decor, room service and ambience! The garden outside is a bonus treat for the eyes. I went with a toddler and they provided a moving cot for him to sleep. Would love to stay there again.

Everything was nice except that the rooms werent sound proofed very well

It was very good.experience from check in to check out. Room was very good newly renovated new furniture clean sofa clean curtains mattress was comfortable and new addition was balcony furniture was very good
New and clean linen and and towel was fresh and all bathroom amenity was available to use and room heating was very good

Overall good atmosphere provided but very poor management in room availability at the time of check in and mismanagement at Nadia's cafe

Truly one of the best hotels in Pakistan. The staff is very cooperative and gentle. Furthermore, the rooms are very modern and spacious. Restaurants, especially Nadia Restaurant, provide a great variety of delicious international and local foods. My advice to everyone is to enjoy to the fullest when visiting PC Bhurban.

PC Bhurban is no where near the price you pay. I've stayed at PC Lahore and rooms were 10 times better. To start off, I arrived at 1:25 and requested a early check in and was told please wait 5 mins. Around 1:45 I asked again and was told check in is at 2:00 pm and unfortunately they don't have a room available yet however I've booked online prior to arrival. Anyways at 2pm my room is still not ready and was told you have to wait longer. After few mins reception came over to me and said that we've upgraded your room. The room I got upgraded to had a balcony/terrace however it was very dirty and had cigarette butts everywhere. I go to restroom and exhaust is not working. I have to call operator 5 times to get someone to look at it. Next morning I realize the both sink and shower drains are very slow which never got looked into.

More expensive then Burj khalifa and worst then a 3 star

It is perhaps one of the best places in Pakistan to have a luxury time. PC Bhuban is ideal place for honey moons and brain storming sessions. Quiet, cool great place great weather. It has a good walking track. Walking in winter season gives very different experience. In summer season it is usually very crowded place.

all cafe's were closed on 6th july except one that was terrace cafe and we had been waiting for atkeast 4 hours becoz thr was so many people in waiting list......this time pc favilities to catet the visitors was v poor

We ate fish, piza and beef steaks, got good experience.

I have to admire that this was one of the best PC Hotel that I visited in Pakistan. It had very great services and the staff was also very hospitable and cooperative. It also had very beautiful views.
The food quality was also great, especially far much better than the PC Lahore.
I would surely recommend this hotel and it would be a must to visit here if you go to that area.

By no standards its a 5 star, i would grade it a max 2 star. Poorly maintained, over rated and extremely over priced. Neither it has valley view nor it's a premium holiday resort, just an average hotel barely meeting minimum standards. No value for money.

best resort if you have short time to spend with your family on hilly side...

They have maintained an old building really well. Came back after 20 years. Have upgraded their facilities with the latest amenities and average gym and sauna facilities. Foods pretty great though. 7 out of 10 for value for money.

Its an amazing experience to visit PC bhurban in winter. Luckyly snowfall started at night. We have enjoyed a lot with group. I have visited this place many time but this time snowfall make our trip memorable. Food is also good with beautiful view of natural beauty of lush green mountains at Nadia resturant.

lot of security check and you have to buy ticket about 500 per person to get in.. and you can exchange that money to buy anything from inside

Had lunch at Terrace Cafe PC Bhurban, ordererd chicken and beef steaks, very delicious and juicy. Value for money.
