Very expensive. And wish to have more hotel like this in area

Overall good but few things that need to be improve.
first Room service. I call to room service to change bed sheet but he argue and change.
second reception person spoke lie. i got confirmation with mini bar available in my package. but reception guy tried to charge me and said sir i told before checking that mini bar is not available in your package. he told a lie. and misguide me.
third your parking slots annoyed us very much. at least management should keep space for those who reserved rooms. i didn't found parking for 1 hour.
breakfast was good but only person was making egg or mix egg. there was line for egg. at lease two to three cook should have there.

Pretty ordinary restaurant, very poor service and unfriendly staff.

Reservation process was very smooth and check in and out experience was great cooperative front office

Expensive as always. I had problems with heating in my Deluxe room. They tried to fix it, but finally gave a blower. Otherwise nice visit and good place to visit once in a while. Food is very good.

As a organizer I want to thanks front office staff and housekeeping staff for their cooperation want to mention names Mr taqi and miss nosheen for good service

Over all It was a good experience as always. But this time general maintenance was in process which disturbed a lot.

Went to the Terrace Cafe for lunch. The views are quite something, however the food was average and somewhat overpriced. You pay for the views, the comfortable setting and the helpful staff.

Environment outdoors as usual splendid.
Flowers blooming, lawns manicured; walking track enjoyable.
However....
..services deplorable; bed linen getting yellowish; towels in a very poor condition ; old, turning yellowish, even had hole in one of the bath towels.
We booked for three people n amenities were for 1 person...had to call housekeeping time n again.
Breakfast was good; however waffle were literally bitter in taste on one morning.

Ayyaz at Nadia hotel was great. He provided exceptional care and service at the restaurant here.

Pearl Continental is one of the best hotel in Pakistan. Pearl Continental bhurban is very nice .nadia restaurant is too much good specially the company of miss ayesha was really very awesome. Bufet was fantastic.good job

Great stay exceptional pc bhurban hospitality services all staff of front desk was just one call away all guys were active friendly and food was good rooms were clean. Children play area was nice swimming pool was clean.On checkout bell boys treated like family concierge manager nice person

Most of the people go there for high tea. This causes a lot of rush and even you have to wait for getting seats. Reach early if it's a weekend.

Amazing experience , can not express in words, Awesome place to spend vacations, every thing in a hotel no need to go anywhere else, beautiful scenery, tremendous breakfast very nice service by waiter Mr. Ayaz & others as well, delicious food, quality 10/10, friendly staff excellent service specially Mr. Abdul Rehman, Mr.Waseem Ahmed & Bisharat Hussain (room service) & Driver Mr. Arshad, I will suggest to others must visit at least once :)

I loved their treatment, ambience, atmosphere and view. They need to b more accessible though which unfortunately they aren't, u can only book them through credit card and if u don't have your own vehicle, u r up for serious over charging, rest of the stuff..one word for them..amazing

Although i don't like bhurban very much but Only one attraction which is pc bhurban. They have many different activities and attractions in hotal especially in weekdays. Food is very bad not recommended except breakfast

The check in experience was great. Mr. Shahiryar was a great help. All four rooms were amazing, especially Room 224. The renovations and upgrades have definitely resulted in an overall good hoteling experience.

No doubt it s a good a place to be at but because there is no other 5 star hotel at that place they are playing monopoly with high rates and unsatisfactory services including their restaurants and hospitality staff. Except view there is nothing exceptional there.

Certainly no more 5 star hotel now. Decided against staying there

Rameez bhai I rated PC 2 star because it is not the standard of a 5 star hotel not to believe what a guest is saying. If he is saying there is complementary written and it is placed in the tray with dry nuts you have to believe him. It's not the standard of a civilized hotel staff to take a guest from reception all the way to the room only to see that the guest was right. Arguing over a pity issue is not my standard therefore to settle the argument I payed. Thank you
