The hotal is good, the atmosphere of hotal is also good, clean and green. But food was(which i had taken) not good.
I order for pizza but the quality of the pizza was very cheap...

I liked the stay, there are few points to improve in the hotel. Tap water was very hot and if you open cold side, it still remains hot. Bed sheets were full of hair even after changing there were multiple hair on the sheet, seems they were not properly washed. Restaurant is very pricy, they should reduce the price or else increase food quantity. I liked the room service guy.

Was very pleased with the warm hospitality of your Hotel staff during my stay. Specially the bouquet and cake in my room made my wife extremely special as we were here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Overall my stay was very comfortable however there was a strange smell in corridor where my room # 204 was located which needs to be looked into by the Management.

ur Bed sheets and comforter are very bad condtion thay where smellly plz plz plz change ur all new covers due to smell plz check by ur self

Provide all five star facilities.

The place is awesome the view is nice, but the restaurants and the staff inside reataurants are so useless.
The food was so bad and the waiter s behavior can be judged by his face.
So do not waste tour money to take any food there.

The place work as World Class Resort, Ambiance is so relaxing, soothing

Staff needs more training and product refreshers, especially the female ones.

Front office staff is performing excellent job specially Mr. waseem, Mr. Taqi and Ms. Noshhen are doing outstanding work
Ms. Asma is very good in providing services
She is very humble and cooperative.

Ikram Sb knows ver well about cash flow.

Excellent place to visit. Must visit. Courteous hotel staff. Children rides. Horse rides. Woods trail. Jungle huts. Snooker and pool tables. Cinema and live daily musical concerts.

Pathetic food, the location is good but paying PKR 1000 per person for only site seeing is not worth the money....again pathetic food and service.

Nice place but bit expensive than other similar facilities.
Parking is the most mismanaged affair. Checking of vehicles at the entry point is very slow. It results in long lines waiting to enter

It was so nice to stay at PC Bhurban but I think the food was a little expensive

I've yet to be treated so poorly as a guest anywhere in the world (including Pakistan) for an overpriced, overcharging so called five star hotel. After driving for some hours and reaching the hotel, my check-in was delayed by an hour and a half on account of room not prepared. The lobby is small and there is no designated area for guests to wait. So my family and I had to stand. On finally checking-in, my room was stinking of cigarettes and beds untidy. The bathroom not clean and the overall atmosphere from the room gallery to my room presented the look of a shady untidy establishment. Generally such poorly maintained establishments are never audited for standards of basic hygiene and cleanliness. My valley view gallery was devoid of any chairs and table for seating and enjoying the view. There was no electric kettle in the room. Upon requesting for, it was flatly refused. I requested for hot water from room service and tea cups were rudely refused to my utter surprise.
I enjoy staying in good hotels when I travel. Hospitality is a given wherever I've stayed. It is a forte and heritage of the hotel industry all over the world. Very unfortunate and sorry to say that the owners have a decrepit rude and unfriendly establishment tucked away whose overall ambiance is contrary to what is advertised. These are first impressions. I find it difficult to envisage what I make of this place by end of my stay. Travelers be advised.

Its a best hotel in bhurbhand, mostly foreigners visit here.

Big name poor service. I will not recommend it for trips.

In terms of infrastructure and location it's a good hotel. However, it's room services staff did not seem hospital enough to rate this hotel a good place in return for the huge amounts of money they charge from their customers.
Food is not good in terms of taste and freshness which is served in the room.
I do not recommend this hotel for night stays, however, it's restaurant , i.e. Nadia Restaurant is good place to dine out in terms of services, food quality and taste...

During my recent trip to PC Bhurban, I had a wonderful experience and services were topnotch, especially the front office member, Ms. Nosheen Munawar's professionally gleeful attitude was remarkable. I hope such customer services are maintained in the future.

Although the rooms were paid for and booked in advance, still faced uncooperative and discourteous staff at the check-in.
