The food was fresh n good in taste we enjoyed a lot but we had a very bad experience with one of staff member imran at hi tea he won t allow us to enter the hall after a long wait of atleast 1 to 2 hours.One of the waiter named Rehmat zar was a very nice guy he is very hospitable

It was very good experience with pic bhurban start from security they check our car for security purpose and when we came to reception Mr.ehsan welcome us with smiling face and he checked in us renovated room room was clean with good snow view room was made with perfectly bed linen was clean and washroom was clean and nice setup with aminty towels was new and freah floor attending the rooms with smiling face good luck to all

Fazool and extra expensive place.
People visit is because of status co. Nothing in it is so appealing that you spend thousands of rupees in there.
The security check is so troubling that you started to think probably you are going to enter in war zone.
Food was not good enough as it should be.

We stayed at room no 544 and 547 we had a great time and their service of front office is marvelous specifically taqi and nosheen offered great hospitality which made our stay outstanding

Overly priced, poorly cooked bland and tasteless food, insufficient cutlery, slow service.

Parking enterance takes 20 min due to scurity check up. In addition, they charge Rs 200 per car.

Yesterday had visited PC Bhurban ' had mouthwatering delicious food ' in Nadia Restaurant. Lovely place to enjoy with great food ' excellent service.

I had a great experience in pc bhurban I had a great hospitality at Nadia while having breakfast from their employees specially I want to mention Ayesha .

Service at the terrace restaurant has gone abysmal. We sat there for 15 minutes or so before requesting a menu card ourselves. When the order arrived, drinks were not cold. Taste of food has never been their forte anyway. It's just okay - always! Cleanliness is also a question mark as some of the forks were dirty. I am not sure how it's a 5* hotel. There needs to be a lot of work done on the current service and quality

We booked an executive room and the water in Washroom was completely muddy and dirty. The management had no answer to that except for lame excuses. Very pathetic experience

Love everything about it.. my stay over here has been fantastic.. the staff is so nice and courteous.. the breakfast buffet is a treat to have early in the morning. The weather and the view is calm and serene

Lovely place, delicious food, scenic view. Prices of food items are bit high and restaurant adds charity in the bill without consent of customers, which puts guests into embarrassing situation. Also how can one donate if usage is not known

I loved the renovation , and really happy for reopening of Taipan Restaurant , it was very excellent, Reception staff was really helpful there was a lady Miss. Sania Rafique , Gentlemen Mr. Uzair and Mr. Mohsin were all really adorable people with great sense of hospitality..

Enjoyed the stay.

Few things that can be improved are requested tea and coffee facility in the room several times but didn't receive. Balcony had no chairs provided to sit outside. The room wasn't clean when checked in. Cinema in the hotel needs to show more current films ( wider selection)

Hi everyone, i stayed at room #551 at Pc Bhurban. The stay was execellent . Room was very clean and everything was excellent.the house keeping staff was very cooerative . The superviosr Mr.Waseem ahmed was very cooperative. He provided evrrything to us. I really appreciate the services thry provided Us

Excellent environment and very efficient and hospitable staff

Overall my experience at PC Bhurban was favourable although there were quite a few areas that needed improvement. Prior to leaving for Bhurban I had called the hotel and they had assured me that they had plenty of rooms available. After reaching the hotel the next day, the people at the reception informed me that valley-facing rooms were all booked. After discussing with them at length, and asking for a free upgrade, a standard valley-facing room magically became available. The reception staff in general needs to improve their attitude. Room-service was also generally slow and had to be called more than once.

The valley view is very nice and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The rooms are very clean and maintain the PC quality. The included breakfast buffet was also good, and the dining choices are sufficient.

Try to book a room with balcony and view, 600 series rooms are useless

Enjoy the stay, I stayed at 113 and room were clean and well maintained everything were properly fixed tasty food and smooth checkin and smooth checkout overall good reception staff specifically taqi and nosheen are doing good job

Front desk services are very cooperative. Specially Rehmat on the front desk was very supportive and attended the guests professionally.

But the rest of the services needs improvements. Specially Laundry staff and room service.

Excellent because of at the time of Checkin your Staff Mr. RAMIZ & Mr Rehmat Sb provided tremendous service.
Everything was fantastic i would like to special thanks to Mr Rehmat who given us the smoothie support on each step.
Further more i would like to thanks Pc bhurban Reservation Banquet & Reception Support for their cooperation and extra ordinary services.
One note on behalf of our directors they are very happy and their preferred choice will pc bhurban from now onwards.

Front office doing excellent job specially taqi and nosheen

Neither Staff was co-operative nor services were on priority basis.
We waited for long time than standard. I am really shocked that how P.C hotel can be non-professional with dealing customers. Anyhow, you need to review your services for recognition.

Interior needs to be renovated, very friendly service, excellent exterior and environment, hygiene can be improved. Overall good stay.

We visited this place for Hi Tea. Menu for Hi Tea was so so. Our visit was in the month of November so pool gardens was not glowing with flowers. Grass was also not lush green at that time.

All thumbs up for very romantic as well as family vacation spot.

It's excellence was evident from the very beginning as Ms.Asma and her team members were quite cooperative and extremely hospitable. It's ambience and music was excellent. The food quality was superb. Simply fabulous!
