My parents who are elderly have been going to Peak Primary for years - the front office staff take very good care of them....they are very kind to them, and make sure all their needs are being taken care of. Dr Stoudt is a excellent caring Physician who takes the time to listen to her patients, and does her best to help them feel better! Couldn t ask for a better Dr for my parents! I would highly recommend Peak Primary Care!
Dr Nancy Stoudt is one of the best doctors you can find, but the reception and other staff at this location can be rude, unhelpful or provide consistent misinformation. Whoever is the current front desk person needs to learn what customer service is, as she has no business being there. She doesn't greet you or even acknowledge you are standing right in front of her. She will simply ask you for you ID as you start to walk away in bewilderment. My 1st interaction with her ended with me walking out of my appt.
The older lady who sit in the fornt is very very rude and she mumbles rude statements. And she is not nice at all. Who would have someone like sit in their office.
Doctor wouldn't stop complaining about marijuana users on 1st visit. I work in the industry. If you're a doctor practicing in Colorado and you're whining like a teenager about the cannabis industry, maybe YOU should move out of the state. The staff is rude too, and whoever runs the front desk keeps coughing into the phone and then hanging up on me before I finish saying goodbye.
I have been a patient of Dr. Imhoff's for about 4 years now and I can't tell you how grateful I am to have found such a great doctor. I have been to at least 7 practices over the course of 10 years and I am just so glad I was referred to her. Every doctor I've had has made me see them repeatedly when I am sick with even just something as simple as a cold and I know that I don't need to be seen. I have seen other doctors at this practice too while she was out of the office and they have always been so on top of it as well. The staff is sooo quick to respond to your needs and is very efficient. I really feel so lucky I was referred here because it is so hassle free and everyone is so helpful and so nice. Janine is always getting my priors auths done within a day and Linda at the front is always so quick to get back to me when I call and need any help. It really is hard to find a good practice to go to and although now I live about hour away from the practice, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I will travel an hour there and an hour back to receive the superb service I receive. They obviously care about their patients and their health!
I saw Laura Maugel today and she was wonderful. Very thorough and let me know everything every step of the way.
I have been going to this office for over 15 years and it s been getting worse and worse. The front desk staff are not friendly especially when you call. I leave a VM on a machine and never a call back then call again after a week of no response and there like oh there was no messages. Then I m placed on hold when I call to find out the status of medication that I ve been off for a week and not supposed to cold turkey the meds.
Then I m just transferred to the VM machine again. My husband and I are extremely disappointed and are now looking for another practice that care for their patients.
So all in all I was on hold for 30 minutes and still don't have an appointment... I said No I can't hold again already been on hold 20 minutes... I was told sorry you have to hold .... Really I'm pretty sure I don't want any part of the health care there.... They won't even help you on the phone!!!!! I'm from Texas....
Unfortunate people in the medical industry take advantage of people in need. This office is no different. The rude receptionist is lazy and turn people away that don t have a physical copy of their insurance card. It would take 30 seconds for them to look up information. Instead they turn sick people away and take advantage of the fact people need help. I wouldn t recommend this office to ANYONE.
I ve been going to Dr. Weingart for over 12 years... the office is always very friendly and respectful... I ve had excellent care for my family and myself...
I have had nothing but good experiences at the office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I have seen Dr. Stoudt and Dr. Imhof and have absolutely loved both of them. My test/blood results came back and were posted to my patient portal very quickly as well as I received a call to acknowledge the results. I will definitely continue to go here for my healthcare.
Same experience as every other on star review listed. Horrible admin... this office is not worth the issues you will encounter. Your better off seeking medical care from a homeless person in an alley at 3am
Unfortunately we have encountered numerous problems with the office staff. Everything at this office will require many phone calls on your part, anything from a referral to test results... and be prepared to call multiple times. Appointments are changed without consulting you as well. We have seen most of the physicians at this office and have found their diabetes checks to be inept. My husband's complaints were left unaddressed on multiple occasions and ignored. I do not feel that any of the physician's here truly care about their patients....with the exception of a new PA, Peter. In my opinion this office needs a complete overhaul.
I like Dr. Weingart and the nurses but this place consistently screws up prescriptions. The staff are just plain rude. The ladies who answer the phones won't let you get a word in edge wise and hang up on you. I have been going to this office for 7 years but I have had enough. I cannot recommend this facility.
I love this place! They always get me in and out without feeling rushed and everyone is always very courteous. Dr. Imhof is the best!
Each time I have interacted with the desk staff here I have been treated with disrespect. I have also seen them speak to other patients in the same disrespectful way. On some occasions the staff has explained their process to me as if I should have known and if I am stupid for not instantly knowing what I should do or should have done. At other times such as when I was concerned about something I get a response back like it's just not a big deal and whatever they are still going to be happy and nonchallant about the situation. There is no empathy or concern for others here. Because I have seen this from several different staff members it is apparent to me that it is part of there culture at this Dr.'s office. It's so sad so see this happening from a medical care center because some people have no choice in who's hands their lives are in. They just don't have the time and know how to make changes for their better. I am now searching for a new Dr.'s office. If you have a choice I would not choose this place if you don't have a choice just be aware that you should really spend some additional energy to get the best out of the care you'll receive here. You should question everything and always ask for cost prior to receiving any new service from them. I have had several situations that makes me think they are more concerned with making money on the care than they are with really truly careing for their patients. I was double charged for the same visit just so both my son and I could have a strep culture and get the appropriate prescription. They blamed it on the insurance company wanting to see an appointment for me that matches a prescription. I used to work for medical company and I know it's total BS.
First time ever with this clinic and I had my appointment with the PA Danya she was amazing! Answered ALL my questions and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be returning here!
I had to switch doctors after running out of my seizure medication and finally running out of my emergency supplies and my local walgreen's was unable to get a hold of anyone at Peal Primary Care to have them refilled (after a hospital stay for it). When Dr Barnhart was my Primary, they were fantastic. I didn't start having seizures until some woman named Imhoff who thinks she is god's gift to the medical world told me to take flonase for a head cold sent me into seizures and into a week long hospital stay before a trip out of town. DO NOT GO THERE!! NOT RECOMMENDED. Only gave one star because you must give something to post.
The staff are very helpful, Kristin is so caring and takes the time to help you. I would recommend her to anyone
I have been a patient with Peak Primary for most of my adult life. The doctors there are good.... Some better than others .But I will tell you the people that work behind the desk that order your prescriptions and set up your referrals are terrible. The woman that works referrals (her name begins with Mar.) She will never pick up the phone. All calls for questions about referrals go to voicemail and she will never respond in less than 48 hrs and frequently it takes longer than that. If you have the pleasure of talking to some of the other staff behind the desk they will be sure to make you feel like a drug seeker when you ask for a refill or are trying to fix their mess-up. They will always blame the pharmacy or the specialist that doesn't receive the prescription or referral and they never accept responsibility themselves. I have to say one person is the exception, I call her Penny. She will go out of her way to help when no one else is doing their job. She is wonderful. And m I keep going because I like the Dr's. Especially Dr. Miranda. I'm so fed up with missing prescriptions, neglected referrals, and a generally bad attitude dealing with people on the phone. I promise you will know what I mean if you are a patient. They are literally mean and sassy when you call for a referral or prescription or test result. Give it a try.
I have been a patient there for the past 7 months. I agree that the doctors have been great and the nursing staff has been great, but the office staff has been horrendous. My husband and I have had several problems with the office staff. From them yelling things over the counter to me while I'm out in the waiting room breaking HIPAA laws, to never having done with they are going to do with our prescriptions, and to flat-out being rude. And of course when we have had enough and are rude back then they need to "turn it over to the manager". Which is okay with me because I prefer talking to the manager anyways. We are however in the middle of looking for new primary physicians and I would not recommend this practice only because of the office staff.
I really have nothing nice to say about this facility. Once you walk into the office you are greeted with rude front office staff who constantly hound you for outstanding payments. My issue with this is that they were asking for money before I EVER received a bill in the mail.
The nurses are just as bad, had one take my blood and give me a hematoma in the process, who does that but inexperienced nurses and then makes it like it is your fault it happened.
The doctors weren't much better, if you got one to actually listen to what you had to say, you were lucky that day, they would range from doctors who only wanted to push more/different drugs on you to ones that were COMPLETELY wrong about their diagnosis and ended up costing us a lot more money.
In the end the billing department is completely ridiculous. They actually asked us to leave (7 people in my family) for an overdue $36 bill.
If this is what you are looking for, bad customer service, doctors that are more about their ego than listening to their patients, then to be kicked to the curb for a late bill, then this is the office for you.
As far as I'm concerned, they did me and family a favor and I and now with another doctors office who is nothing like this one and I'm much happier.
It's described as a Medicaid provider, called to make an appointment was rudely told they don't accept Medicaid then hung up on. Not impressed and very unprofessional.

Imhof is not educated on the functions of an intact/normal penis. She retracted my son's foreskin even though I told her not to. Laura, on the other hand, is very good. However, the office staff "forgot" to notify us when they cancelled my child's appoinment. We wasted time driving all the way there and back. They also do not call or email to confirm appointments.
I've always gotten excellent service from the staff at the reception desk. Dr. Imhoff and all of the CNAs/techs have been personable, respectful, and helpful. I will continue going to this office.
Let me first start off by saying I have been coming to this office for a couple years and while the medical care has never been top notch it's definitely fall off substantially over the past year or so. However it is reasonably close to where I live so I figured I could live with it. First is the front office staff is a joke. They are extremely rude especially the lady named Mitzy. They act as if you are inconveniencing them when you either call or come in to check or out. Next the doctor's don't really listen to you. They try to cut every interaction as short as possible so the can just keep pumping the patients through like an assembly line. That's if you get a actual doctor you'll probably get a physician's assistant. I was going to make a complaint about the front office staff to the office manager but then I saw all the bad reviews on Google and figured that they probably know and they're probably okay with it. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I highly recommend you go elsewhere for your medical care.

Recently have been seeing a doctor here and was prescribed a medication to help with my depression. First I will say, the doctors here (stout and imhoff are AMAZING) and truly care about their patients. I have been on this medication for 5 months and recently switched insurance providers so I made an appointment to get it switched over and check up. I saw Kristen because my doctor was out of appointments. Since then, I have yet to receive any medication. I have called the office 7 TIMES in the past month to ask if a doctor can get this prescription sent over. They told me they would speak with a doctor and call me back but I have received no phone calls and have been cut off the medication out of no where. You would think it would be a priority to make sure their patients are taken care of and safely taking medications as directed.The staff here is extremely rude and disrespectful which drives me away unfortunately because I love my doctor here. I will be finding a new provider as soon as possible.
My family has been seeing Laura for years. I have sent other people there and they are happy. I have never had any rude behavior from the staff. There was a time we were in there twice a week due to my child's migraines. They were wonderful. They would do whatever ever they could to get us in and did what they could to make him comfortable.
We have found that Dr. Weingart is a great doctor and have been using him for a few years, but the way the office is run is very sub standard, no organization. I have been very frustrated, they don't relay messages to the Doctor as described, or return calls as promised, I am currently looking for a new Doctor but it is only because of the front office, someone needs to set new standards for this office and NOW! Dr. Weingart gets 5 stars.

I called to get a physical done the lady could care less to get my information tell me there procedure and seemed extremely annoyed at me for asking for any information. I got three questions asked before I realized if they're going to treat me like that on the phone I can't imagine what they would treat me like once I got in the facility. Sad you are in customer service....
Dr. Stoudt is quite possibly the best physician I have ever seen ... she actually engages with her patients and doesn't move people in/out like a herd of cattle. The staff, on the other hand ... they are quite possibly THE rudest people I have ever encountered. Every one of them. Whether you're dealing with them in person or over the phone - it doesn't matter. Rude for no reason. Rude even when nobody else is being rude. Rude beyond adequate description. How they are allowed to get away with it is a mystery to me.
Rude staff , careless doctor . They make me to make an dr appointment just for lab test , i waited for 45 minutes the dr come in then left after asking me to leave a specimen for the lab and didn t come back at all . I was waiting in the room for half in hour for no reason. I finally told the nurses that iam getting late for work . She told me that the dr. Is with the patient in the next room. Now imagine that! I ask her to draw my blood per drs request so i can leave for work .
So basically i waited for over an hours paid $50 just for a nurse visit. Off course i had more questions for the doctor to answer but she didn t show up again.
Had too many bad experiences, and they're not helpful online or over the phone. Will never go there again. You'll be better off anywhere else...
I can t speak for other people who have had problems here but I really like this office. I have never been treated poorly, I have always had my questions and concerns answered and the wait times have always been normal for a dr office. I am extremely comfortable with my doctor and I feel like he has my best interests in mind.
Did me wrong. I am suffering from insomnia. I have been taking zolpidem. Without any warning, they would not refill my prescription. Not good to quit anything cold turkey. Out of anyone, a doctor should not put me through this.
The Doctor James Weingart is nice and does a very good job. The reason I scored them one star is beacuse I have had it with their front desk personal, they are so unprofessional, they lack any customer service skills. They have no care about you or your medical needs! I have been going here for the last 10 years and unfortunately I will have to look for a new medical office.
Dr. Imhoff should not be seeing male patients. I was actually desperate enough to try and go back to Peak Primary Care and see a different doctor since they were familiar with my file but after making numerous phone calls throughout the morning hours and leaving a message at 11:00 am and never getting a return call I finally called back at 4:00 and was able to make an appointment for the following day but now have decided I will be much better off going through the process of searching for a new health care facility rather than continue with this frustration so I cancelled my appointment. As far as Dr. Imhoff goes I will just leave it as is and not get into why she shouldn't be seeing male patients.
DO NOT go to Peak Primary Care. The staff is very rude and incompetent. My Dr. there ordered lab work to be done for cholesterol. The letter stated lab hours are Mon-Fri business hours and to come anytime during those hours. I arrived, signed in, waited 40 min and asked how long it would be. I was told to talk to Cheryl. She then proceeded to talk to some people in the back and they all said they were busy. I don't think anyone even knew I was there. One tech even did not know what type of equipment she needed for a cholesterol test. I felt unsafe. I asked if I could make an appointment since they were all unprepared and she said no. No appointments. I have had issues with staff here being rude and incompetent in the past but I'm definitely done with them now.
Never dealt with an office staff this rude. Asked if a certain doctor was accepting new patients and was cut off with "no" before I could even finish my sentence. Didn't offer to schedule me with someone else. So I started to ask if anyone else was accepting patients, and was cut off with "who is your insurance company", so I told her and she said "I dont know. Probably. You'll just need to hold on." Waited several minutes on hold and finally just hung up. I have no idea what her issue was but I have zero desire to deal with people that rude and unhelpful.
I am absolutely tired with their front office. I was referred for a test in early January by the Doctor, their front office was supposed send the information to the testing party and they were supposed to contact me, nothing happened for a month, I called the Doctors office and left a message, no one called me back. On my second attempt I talked to some one and someone called me back and I explained the situation, the testing party called me and test was done. Then the Doctors office called me back and said the results are abnormal so I need additional tests and the testing place will call me, it's been a month since and I haven't got a call yet, today I called the doctors office and wan't able to talk to the scheduling person, left a message, no idea how much longer this will take. This is TERRIBLE! I'm looking for new doctors office.
I personally did not like the care I got from the provider. They wrote me a prescription for anxiety (among my normal scripts) and when I went back a year later, she was angry I used all 3 refills and accused me of selling them. First off, for an anxiety sufferer they are worth more than any money, and 2nd, why would you put refills on a script not expecting them to be used? Ended my patient care there immediately after.
The WORST doctors office I have ever dealt with. Will not return ever and would not recommend my worst enemy. Everyone is rude! No one calls you back even when it is something urgent.
I have been a patient at Peak Primary for close to ten years, as well as my children and my husband. I am always able to get an appointment when I need one. Dr. Imhof is amazing! I won't see anyone else, she is attentive and thorough, my husband sees Dr. Weingart and has been pleased with him as well. My refills are always done automatically and I never have to ask twice for anything. The front staff has been pleasant and even though I do see a different MA almost every time I am there they have always been nice and proficient. I would definitely recommend them and have several times!

I originally had an appointment for 10:45, this was my first time going to this place so i arrived ten minutes early to fill out paper work and by 11:20 they still did not call my name yet and two people who came in after me got called before me. There was no communication nor were there updates. I will never recommend this place nor will i go back.
The only review I wrote was to the State of Colorado Medical Board. Not the clinic for senior citizens. I gave one star because I had to, to leave a review.
I'm very angry with this office. I have been taking my family to Peak for the last 7 years and we LOVE Dr Stoudt so much that we chose to use her as our doctor for my daughter when she was born, instead of a pediatrician. We have been taking my daughter there for 5 years now and we never regretted our decision because Dr Stoudt is amazing and goes above and beyond to make her patients feel like they are truest cared for.
Just this Friday, we welcomed our second child and we never even thought about looking for a pediatrician (even though we're moving 30 miles away) because we were so happy with add Stoudt. I informed the hospital of our choice and called to make an appointment for his newborn check up and the receptionist completely change my perspective of Peak Primary Care.
She let us know that Dr Stoudt would be out for a few months and I had no issues with that and asked if we could make an appointment with another doctor in the office. She then informed me that Dr Stoudt was not taking new patients and I asked if that would be changing once she returned. Instead of assisting me, she rudely put her option in and asked why I wouldn't be using a pediatrician. I am sorry but that is not anything a receptionist should be asking and I'm pretty sure the doctors would not be impressed that not only did she push away a new patient, she pushed away a loyal family that gave several referrals.
I am very upset about the lack of respect I received and I will be moving my family to another practice immediately and I will be referring friends and family away from this office before they are treated the same
It has been an exhausting experience with this clinic. I think the physicians I have been with have been great, but the front desk is horrible. They are not very polite, impatient, and horrible at communication. The last straw was me calling a day before to check and see if I could walk in for a vaccine. I was told yes after being transfered twice and having my information pulled up twice. After driving 30 mins to get to one of the few places that take my insurance the lady at the front desk tells me she needs my insurance card because of a system update in June. I am confused to why I wasn't informed of this change that wiped out my information when it happened and why was I not informed when I called to ask if I could do a walk in. How is it all of the sudden all my information is gone but someone was able to pull up info on me over the phone. I am so tired of issues like this happening and staff not caring enough to communicate. I AM DONE.
Why I The world would you advertise in Cleveland TN . Do they really think we would drive 1,800 miles to lose weight. Plus you don't have good reviews.
I am following Kristen DelNegro to Peak. Wonderful customer service! I have spoken on the phone to 3 different Women with various questions to transition to this facility. They have all been very professional and helpful to me answering all of my questions. I am looking forward to meeting the new staff that Dr. DelNegro is now working with.
Went in for extreme back pain. Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment to see the doctor for 5 mins. She didn't even touch the areas that were in pain. Prescribed meds that will only stop inflammation not fix the pain or the problem. Extremely disappointed.

This was the only place that had openings, took my phone call and helped me find a date to get seen, and has a kind and patient doctor that didn't seem annoyed that I was there or all the problems I was having. This place is really good for someone anxious about going to the dr.
Dr. Stoudt is an absolutely amazing doctor but their service, call back time, scheduling, medication refills, and getting any general help is horrible at this office. Would not recommend to use this doctor s office due to the staff. There are two amazing doctors there but everyone else for the most part really brings their usefulness as an office down to the lowest possible score.
Went in for appt. Been having ongoing major health issues. Dr Barnhart refused to listen. Sent me to his associate both him and the associate did un needed Cat scan. I was told by Dr Barnhart "it's all in my head." I guess the past surgery I had was fake too. Luckily I saw a different dr because I have something deadly and was referred to see specialist at the hospital and I need surgery!! I would be slowly dying right now if I had just stayed quiet and not have been pro active in my healthcare!!! I think it's time all you at peak stop practicing. You made -way too many mistakes that could of cost me my life!!!! Paying for appointments to not be treated or demeaning remarks. Very unprofessional.
I am out of town for a week and a half and called in for a prescription for a recurring issue I have seen the doctor for, called 3 times and was promised someone would call me back the the prescription would be called in. Now the office is closed and no call back. Guess I just have to suffer and be in pain for the remainder of my vacation. Same issue every time I have to call the office for anything other than an appointment I will be searching for a new doctors office. Hopefully will find one that actually cares about their patients and no just about the $$
Ann Imhof is wonderful. I've seen the male drs. Here before and they are pretty terrible at bedside manner. Lately the office staff has been a lot better and way more friendly as well as helpful. Ask to see Ann here though. She really cares.

I literally paind over $300 before I came they said they would keep my card on file..I am literally crying in pain and left the physical card at home ..Refused to see me.Mind you , ive Been a patient for Years.So rude and unprofessional ..never going back!
I like my doctor here at this office but the staff is rude. Especially on the phone. Two ladies on the phone today spoke to me condescendingly while I was in tears from physical pain, begging to speak to a doctor. They were disrespectful and showed me absolutely ZERO compassion. I was thinking about finding a new doctor, but I don't want to. I really like Dr. Imhof, she's always shown me understanding and compassion. I have decided that I will continue to deal with less-than-friendly phone treatment so that I can get the medical treatment I want from the doctor I want. Plus - Laura M is awesome too.
It needs a zero! I accidentally wrote down my appointment as Thursday but it was apparently Tuesday. I also had 2 appointments on Wednesday. I called Wednesday morning to verify the times for that day and they told me I had missed 2 appointments the day before. I apologized for that major screwup and she said it's ok and verified my other appointments for Wednesday. Well Linda calls Wednesday at 10:30am and says they can't see us AT ALL because we missed appointments the previous day, however when I called to verify the times for Wednesday (that morning at 8:20am)the other girl said nothing about this so called no call we cancel you policy. Linda waited until 10:30 to call and our appointment was at 11:30. Also Linda had a rude, demeaning attitude. I do not suggest you use this place at all. We are all human. If you mess up and miss 1 appointment they will refuse to see you.....not good at all! Plus I just read all of these reviews here on Google....I will go elsewhere!
Very bad customer service with snappy responses to simple questions. The doctors are fair and decent people but the staff was just generally rude. The has been our doctors for a few years and since changing names to Peak Primary things have been steadily getting worse. Wish I could say something nice but out of the experiences we have had there not a single good story to share.
I am very excited that Dr. DelNegro joined this practice. She is a wonderful doctor and I was glad to follow her wherever she goes, but website needs to be updated so her other patients can find her.
If I could rate this place a negative I would. Went to this doctor office for the doctor to assume I was on drugs just because my pupils were dilated (although they had my blood tests right in front of them.) They also requested my records without my permission (I will be reaching out to the medical board on this one, for the page where they ask to request your records was in my purse.) I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Just a bunch of adults playing dress up.
I've been here twice. I don't remember much about the first visit. The second visit I had a general routine preventative care stuff done. Dr Miranda was great! Seemed helpful and to actually care and all. The room was quite stuffy though...which made the waiting periods a bit uncomfortable (as if sitting in a doc office with nothing but a paper sheet covering you isn't uncomfortable enough). But, stuff like that happens.
They were quick getting back to me about some test results. However, getting back to me about results for something that was a main reason for going in in the first place....I called once, they redirected my call, went to a messaging system. Left a message. Waited...waited...waited. No cal back. Called again, redirected, get the message machine again...left another message. Waited...waited...waited. Nothing. Called a third time and pressed the issue. I want answers! And it's definitely been long enough of a wait!
I got shuffled around a little bit on the phone until finally somebody picked up. Explain who I am, when I came in, and why I was caling. She sounded unsure how to answer....like, were notes about it just not put in my file? Or what?...puts me on hold. Comes back a few min later...still very unsure about anything. Put on another hold. When she came back, she's like "Well, there's signs the point that direction, so, why don't we make an appt to bring you in and discuss treatment."
After all this time thinking they were looking into this matter to come back with an "Um, well, maybe it's this. Let's start treatment.",
Do not use this facility! Horrible doctors and PA s. Dismissive to patient concerns, Was given two prescriptions that my new doctor identified as conflicting and hazardous to my existing conditions, even after I raised concerns about said medications. Prescription refills were a nightmare to obtain, not responding to King Soopers pharmacy requests. Always 30-45 minutes late in seeing me despite me being 10 minutes ahead of scheduled appointment.
I have had nothing but great experiences from this office. From the call to schedule the appointment to the wrapping up of my appointment, the staff have been kind and helpful every time. The longest I've had to wait from check-in to seeing my doctor has been no longer than 10-15 minutes. My doctor, Dr. Koenig, really listens and helps me through any issues and helps with recommendations until my next appointment. One of the few doctors that I've had that really seems to care for their patients.
I have been going to this doctor since I was a very small child and I can't believe the practice is still open the staff is rude and doesn't even try to figure out what the health issue is they guess and shove meds at you I have never had a worse experience. If they had put any effort forth they would have found my illness before it got out of control!!!!!!!!!
Absolutely the rudest receptionist ever. The care is good but the lady answering the phones needs to be fired immediately.
Dr Stoudt is the best physician I have ever seen. I would never go anywhere else.
Don t recommend. All the little girls who work the front desk act like you re inconveniencing them when you call to make an appointment and can t believe you actually showed up to make them work. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I was quite impressed with the doctor here. Wonderful thorough and friendly service.
Was told by my insurance that a physical is covered 100%. When I got to the office they tried to bill me $25. I told them what I was there for and explained my visit was covered they stopped asking me for money.
The next day I got an email that I owed $25. I called and they said it was a clerical error and I didn t owe anything.
A week later I called for lab results (because they didn t bother calling me about them) and they told me again I owed $25 because the doctor asked me more questions then was was allowed to be billed as a physical. Silly me, I answered them. And now I have to pay. This office acts like an scam auto repair garage.
Too bad we can't give minus stars. Worst office support of any medical office I have been to in my 60 years of being alive! Office people can not perform simple task nor do they seem like they want to.A lot of times they do not answer the phone and it does not go to voicemail. I should have known it would be bad upon my first visit a few months ago when I heard them talking about patients. Not sure if doctor Imhof is totally present at visits. I was over over prescribed meds at my expense. Not just once, twice. Medical offices are as good as they are led, it is a business so this says a lot about every person there. Nobody truly cares. Unfortunately, I am currently on state subsidized insurance so there are very few options to get care. Very sad and frustrating.
Wow!!! Just called to schedule an appointment. The staff is very rude and has no regard for others. If you don't like your job move on. After reading the reviews definitely glad I didn't schedule here. You obviously don't need my business to finance your paycheck!!!
This place continues to get worse. My lady called to make an appointment for our son and they told us they can't see us anymore because I guess there is a $400 bill that we don't know anything about that has been turned over to collections. For this particular son, he hasn't been there in over a year. When we asked for details they lady said she couldn't give them to us. Not to mention she wouldn't let us pay it either. We also haven't been contacted by the collections company.
The office staff is super friendly, take the time to explain things to you. Dr Imhof really made my son and I feel comfortable at our visits and Dr Weingart was great with my husband who doesn't like doctors much
I've had nothing but good experiences every time I've gone to see Dr. Imhof. She's the first doctor I've been who hasn't soley focused on my weight as the primary cause for my concers, much like other doctors I've been to. I think it's important to have a doctor who will take your concerns seriously and not just shrug them off as something that can be fixed by weightloss. The staff has always been friendly and helpful every time I've called or spoken to them in person.
I have NEVER felt so neglected. To be fair, my physician, Dr Barnhart, is wonderful. BUT...
the support staff SUCKS. They have no idea what they are doing. From leaving me sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appt because someone didnt put my chart up...to scheduling appts. for services the office hasn't performed in over a year, the support staff at Peak Primary Care is a complete waste of time.
It's awful, truly awful. They deserve ZERO stars.
I was going to Dr Weingardt for 12 years. My kids went to him, my boyfriend etc. We moved to Lakewood and I could not find a doctor that even seemed to care or remember me from appt to appt. I ve recently decided to make the long trip from Lakewood back to Peak Primary. It s worth the trip.
I've been going here since I was a baby (i'm 25 now) ..Dr.Barnhart is one of 2 good doctor there and the reason i kept going. However..both are getting close to retiring. The nurses are nice for the most part..but the staff at the front desk might as well be cardboard cutouts for all the help they are
