I've been here twice. I don't remember much about the first visit. The second visit I had a general routine preventative care stuff done. Dr Miranda was great! Seemed helpful and to actually care and all. The room was quite stuffy though...which made the waiting periods a bit uncomfortable (as if sitting in a doc office with nothing but a paper sheet covering you isn't uncomfortable enough). But, stuff like that happens.

They were quick getting back to me about some test results. However, getting back to me about results for something that was a main reason for going in in the first place....I called once, they redirected my call, went to a messaging system. Left a message. Waited...waited...waited. No cal back. Called again, redirected, get the message machine again...left another message. Waited...waited...waited. Nothing. Called a third time and pressed the issue. I want answers! And it's definitely been long enough of a wait!

I got shuffled around a little bit on the phone until finally somebody picked up. Explain who I am, when I came in, and why I was caling. She sounded unsure how to answer....like, were notes about it just not put in my file? Or what?...puts me on hold. Comes back a few min later...still very unsure about anything. Put on another hold. When she came back, she's like "Well, there's signs the point that direction, so, why don't we make an appt to bring you in and discuss treatment."

After all this time thinking they were looking into this matter to come back with an "Um, well, maybe it's this. Let's start treatment.",
