It has been an exhausting experience with this clinic. I think the physicians I have been with have been great, but the front desk is horrible. They are not very polite, impatient, and horrible at communication. The last straw was me calling a day before to check and see if I could walk in for a vaccine. I was told yes after being transfered twice and having my information pulled up twice. After driving 30 mins to get to one of the few places that take my insurance the lady at the front desk tells me she needs my insurance card because of a system update in June. I am confused to why I wasn't informed of this change that wiped out my information when it happened and why was I not informed when I called to ask if I could do a walk in. How is it all of the sudden all my information is gone but someone was able to pull up info on me over the phone. I am so tired of issues like this happening and staff not caring enough to communicate. I AM DONE.
