This practice is unlike any primary care! From the moment you walk in to the office you are greeted by the warm and friendly reception staff. The providers are all extremely compassionate and have an incredible relationship with their patients. This is a wonderfully managed office that truly does a service to its patients!

Dr. Quigley is the best doctor I have ever had. She actually takes the time to get to know her patients and listen to them. She isn't one of those in and out doctors who are rushing off to see their next patients. I love that she really cares and actually remembers things that you talked about that weren't even medical related. Highly recommended!

I'm a new patient here. All of the staff is amazing from being charted to the wonderful ladies at the front desk. I'm sure all of their doctors are great but Kelli Vitale and her nurse will do what it takes to better your health.With Peak Health Family Medicine your in good hands!!!
The team at Peak Health is wonderful, caring, attentive and takes the time to be a partner in my family's overall health and care. I've recommended Peak to many of my friends, and they all share this sentiment. I can be seen same day if I have an acute issue and can schedule out at a convenient time for me if I have a different type of need. I trust Dr. Quigley implicitly and value her skills and expertise. It's important to me, as an older athlete, to have a true partner and a physician team who understands my health and fitness goals and supports me in achieving them. They also place the same value and targeted, caring treatment and prevention for my son, a teenage athlete with asthma.

Was the best now with with new staff and office manager a complete joke. Care is something they had but now don't try to speak about your concerns its just a broken record.. Good luck to anyone that goes to them.
First time was their were no problems, but after that just plain horrendous.. needed paper filled out to travel with a pet and they gave ultimatum or they wouldn t sign it.. weeks later I get statement from last year.. come to find out they didn t file my claim in the right time and they tried to bill me.. luckily I caught it and called my insurance... Now I need medicine for my day to day.. all my doctors would give me a prescription refill through the phone no problem.. Peak Health is again hitting me with a ultimatum for me to get it.. save some time and find a competent health care office that doesn t put themselves on pedestal

Really like PA Kaley Tucker but called early today to see about getting a motion sickness patch for on the water, and was connected by automated system to her assistant. Message said that if you need an appointment today or needed assistance within the day to hit 0. I did so and was connected with the operator, telling her what the message said and she said all she could do was schedule an appointment. I explained the message on their system and she seemed disinterested in that. I called back and left message explaining the above and did not hear back and it is after office hours now. The message said that messages were checked twice daily. In fairness, while I had one other time where I left a message and did not hear back, the staff seems good when you are there. Maybe a little better training and checking the messages they leave for patients are not accurate.
1 star is too many. This place is a joke. If I wanted to voice my health concerns to a medical assistant then have them ignored by an NP, I would have just gone to a walk in clinic. What's the point of having a PCP if you never actually see the physician? This is a money printing operation, not a doctor's office.

Front desk and Office Manager are the worst to deal with. Every time we have gone we have either been charged a copay when we didn t have one, charged twice instead of once, had our copay credited to another patient, and not have a fee for missing an appointment they canceled on us.
Eric and the other Doctors are outstanding and will miss them, but my family and I refuse to deal with the front desk staff anymore.

This place is a joke. Every time I call to schedule an appointment I get placed on hold for 10-20 minutes. Their scheduling for a simple physical requires 2 appointments. Had an over the phone consult with Diane Barton to which NOTHING was done, the call ended with her saying to call back if it kept hurting and she charged me $200. Looking for a new doctor

I had was very ill with the Flu. The initial visit was okay, but I found the receptionist to be very difficult to deal with. I had to call a few days later
when I developed a secondary infection in my eyes. When I called in to see
if a prescription eye drop could be called into the pharmacy, I had a very difficult time. The receptionist was rude, and was refusing to deliver my request to the PA. I had to call several times to get assistance. It should not be this hard. The receptionist also told me that I did not owe anything, and then received a bill for $171.00. Need less to say, I will find a new practice.
I love the staff at Peak Health Family Medicine. I've been going there for about 4-5 years now and they truly are the best. Dr. Quigley and Eric are awesome, as are the nurses and the front desk staff. They get you in as soon as they possibly can. I don't typically wait very long once I check in and I love that I can email questions, request for refills or check my test results via their patient portal. They respond within 24 hours to online questions or voice mail. I highly recommend Peak Health Family Medicine.
Dr. Quigley has been the best doctor I've had. She's warm, compassionate, and down to earth. The long commute I travel to keep her at my doctor is worth it 100%!

I love this place already. I was seen by Kaley and let me tell you this one is smart woman! In the past, doctor's that I have seen always point out the obvious, assume I am stupid, and don't listen to the important parts of my medical history. Well not this practitioner! I am highly impressed with her knowledge, competency and ability to discern the important items. Not to mention, her treatment is working. I am so happy to find Peak Health and would be happy to refer them to friends and family. Additionally, Dr. Quigley treated my Mother recently for a bad Staph infection, and she also went above and beyond for her. Thank you Peak Health for being a cut above the rest!
My wife, a Nurse Practitioner, and I have a high regard for everyone at Peak. They are friendly, caring and compassionate and they don't make you wait when you have an appointment. They take their time, pay attention, and provide effective treatment and advice. We don't need to look anywhere other than Peak for our medical needs.
I have been going to Peak Health since the practice opened, my husband and I followed a prior PA along with Eric Adrid from another family practice to this one. I have always felt well cared for. Eric nudges me on my trouble spots which I appreciate, but always follows the level of care I ask him to. All my questions get answered. I like the fact that it's a training practice and newer people to the medical profession come through, it's a great place and atmosphere for them to learn. I've seen Diane Barton once when Eric was out and received the same level of care from her as I do from Eric. Consequently I'll continue to come here. I'll admit I had a run in with a front desk person a couple of years ago but she has gone out of her way to make my visits there pleasant ever since. It's a little concerning to see low ratings from some but not unexpected. There are always factors behind the scenes that cause someone to feel they had a bad experience. Lack of communication on one or both sides, or unrealistic expectations are usually the prime reasons someone goes away disgruntled. I'm sure the staff has their fair share of stories of hardships endured by patients and they have no real recourse like writing a review such as this. Food for thought.
I have had every good experiences at Peak Health. I get greeted at the door as I come in by every friendly girls. This is the spot I have left other doctors because the office help is not friendly, no matter how much I like the doctor. I love Dr. Quigley. I feel she understands me even if I can't express myself properly.

I switched over to Peak several years ago and could not be happier. Best choice I ever made. Everyone there is personable, friendly, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Jill and Eric couldn't be more understanding and patient if they tried. No matter what you come in for, they are there for you, they want to know what they can do to help, they are great listeners, and they make you feel like family. If you are seeing anyone else, you are missing out. Add to that they are obviously very well educated medical practitioners, there is no better combination.
I haven't been to a doctor in over a decade. I always hated how it felt like I was healthy, and had to spend an hour waiting around people who were sick. At Peak, I was in the waiting room for maybe 5min, then waited back in my room for maybe 2 more. I like the efficiency that they operate with.
From the minute you walk in the door, it is evident that the staff at Peak Health love their jobs. There is a camaraderie and positive culture that I've never seen in a medical facility. The medical staff's attention to detail is also a rare quality. This clinic is obviously in business to help people first and foremost!

Dr Quigley and ALL the Staff (front desk and nurses, etc) are exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. I am a pharmacist and I appreciate working with Dr. Quigley because she is very knowledgeable about all of my medical conditions (won't bore you with them) and open to discussing alternative options to drugs which may cause unwanted side-effects (which I understand from my training and from my life experience personally). So if you are looking for competence, professionalism, with a tremendous "bed-side manner" (empathy for the pain and snuggles of ill-health) and want to get on the best pathway to restored health, give the office a call . . . now or soon! I have been going to Peak Health Family Medicine since they opened and have never had a bad experience. All of the staff is so friendly, professional and caring and they treat you like your family. Dr. Quigley is truly the best doctor I have ever had and I would never consider going anywhere else. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
I had been seeing Eric Adrid I thought he was a good doctor. After a physical and charging for basic questions, I called into the office to dispute the charges. I spoke with Angel and she was rude and unprofessional. After interrupting me, she hung up on me. I called Eric with no response. They (Jill Quigley) dropped me because I questioned their billing. Moving on.

We ve relocated to Az but will keep Eric as our PCP for as long as we can make the trip to Co. The entire staff is to be commended for their awesome, caring performance. Four stars just don t do them justice. You ll never wait more than 15 mins for your appointment. You ll be met with compassion and the never ending support of everyone from the front desk to Eric and Ann themselves. Give them a call soon, I m going to try to relocate them to Az too
My husband and I sometimes drive 2,000 miles just to see Eric Adrid/Ann Quigley because of the awsome treatment we receive. They have seen us at our very worst and compassionately did all that was needed to make us feel better, even if that meant a 30 minute conversation. Always there, always cares. From the front desk ladies to the assistants runinng in the background, this practce is handled professionally and most important, compassionately. Eric recently had to tell us some sacry news and stood by ourside,over a holiday weekend just so we knew what we needed, My husbands' last words to Eric this week were, "Thanks, I ALWAYS feel better after seeing you all!' We've been with Eric since 2010 and hope to remain with our medical family till our last breath. I cannot say enough good about this practice except 'Angels do walk amoung us and work at Peak Health Family Medicine. We love you all and won't let your hard work go to waste.

Terrible and what a joke. Not deserving of even a 1 star rating. My 1 star (would have been 0 if Google would allow it) goes to NP Diann Barton and her assistant! It appears I am not the only one on here that has had problems with Diann.
NP Barton was okay at first but at my most recent visit, prescribed me medication she was unable to explain. When I asked what I needed it for and to explain it, she told me "not to question her because she had years of experience and knew what she was doing". Are you kidding me?! I asked to have another physician there at the office confirm I was in need of the medication she prescribed (THAT was a problem for HER apparently). I later found out that she contacted my pharmacy and yelled at the pharmacist over the phone for helping explain more about the medicine prescribed.. seriously? How unprofessional. What is wrong with this woman? Any medical practitioner who tells their patients NOT to question them because they "have experience", yells at a pharmacist for helping the patient, and then not contacting the patient to explain requested information, should NOT be in the medical industry. What a disgrace.
Update 6/9/20 - They don't mind billing you immediately for their services (which I want to add, Diann's tech added on extra procedures that weren't needed to BILL MY INSURANCE for MORE MONEY) but NP Barton has a problem taking the time to explain things. She doesn't mind getting money but has a problem with her patients asking questions. 0 stars all the way - if you go to Peak Health, do NOT ask for Diann (you're better off getting someone with legitimate experience, who takes your health concerns seriously, and doesn't make you feel "beneath her" for asking questions). Better yet, find another place - you ll only have issues here.
Update 9/29/20 - I called the office (two separate days) and left a VM with Diane's medical assistant, requesting some documents be sent over to my new doctor. I purposefully did not leave specifics and asked that I receive a call back. Their answering machine claims that they'll return calls within "24-48 hours" - not only did I not receive a call back for both calls (5 business days later), I followed up with a call to the manager. She took care of it right then and there. But then I got a call from Diane's assistant later that night at 9PM on a Monday night - SERIOUSLY? The first thing I asked her was, do you know what time it is? Are you seriously calling me this late at night? She wanted to know what she could do for me but I told her the manager had already taken care of it (clearly, they need to work on their internal communication and it makes me wonder what record keeping they actually do). These people not only need to work on improving their communication (internal and external) but also knowing when is and is NOT an appropriate time to call a patient (like 9PM on a week night).
Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse with this office, they prove me wrong yet again!
I Was looking to find a new family practice and am extremely happy I found Peak Health Family. My co-worker referred me and I had no idea it was right next to my pediatrician's office! I went in for a sinus infection and Hailey was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I recently referred my husband there. He saw the NP and she helped diagnose a very big health concern that he had seen his previous doctor for months ago that just "brushed" it off. I am so thankful we have decided start coming to this practice. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Everyone at this office is nice and caring and helpful! The doctors are thorough and great with our whole family. My husband and I have moved a lot over the years and have gone to many different practices and we can both say without a doubt this is the best we've been to. They are also super great with our three young children ages 8, 6, and 4.

The front desk is great in person and the nurse staff pleasant. I cannot complain about wait times. Dr. Quigley broke patient/client privelege in a big way and I will never set foot in this practice again.
I have had excellent experiences at Peak Health Family Medicine. They always try to work around my schedule when I need to be seen. They have tried to work me in to be seen when I have had an issue come up that I haven t secured an appointment for. The front desk staff and other staff are always helpful and personable. I always enjoy seeing them. Dr. Quiggly is very professional. She is patient and understanding and takes the time necessary to LISTEN to my concerns. She gives me her professional opinions and answers my questions. Dr. Quiggly, has a great sense of humor which I enjoy, and I really like her.

Started a month and a half ago with a physical, I was prescribed $1,200 name brand medication, knowing I don't have insurance.
I had a bad reaction to 1 prescription, called to discuss. I was told the side effect was not related and don't worry about it. She ended up upping my dosage and sending me to ER, just to find out that side effect is actually life threatening. And THEY kicked me out the practice after discussing my frustrations.
Long story short, I am over $4,000 out of pocket in a month and a half, still have side effects and a bad prescription that I now have with-drawl symptoms from.
And I am pursuing legal action. So if you want this route, go here...

This medical clinic is great! We transferred from another one because they didn't listen to us, return calls or seem to care. Dr. Quigley and her team has made it a mission to really connect with the patients and see that get high quality medical care.
Calls are always returned in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and helpful. The med techs take time to listen and really understand what you want.
Dr. Quigley & Eric Adrid,P.A, have both been on top of their game. They have recommended things that were needed and didn't side step any issues. They will be honest and sensitive.

This medical center is the epitome of generating revenue at the patient's expense. Run primarily by PAs, you'll be asked to continue coming back for a condition (like moderately high blood pressure) that could be controlled by simply changing your diet and exercise. It all looks great on the surface (customer service friendly office staff), but it's just another business enterprise with a focus on making money. If you want to feel good about yourself, because they are good at doing that, buy a self help book at Barnes and Noble for a fraction of what you are going to pay them. Or you can go to a Family Practice that directly treats the problem, not just the symptoms...

I feel fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Quigley & the staff at Peak Health. Blood drawn in June and I saw the Dr. in July. It's wonderful to have the blood results in advance of the visit, as it's important to me to be able to discuss the findings with the Dr. during the appointment. Dr. Quigley took time to answer all of my questions. I found the staff that I interacted with on both visits to be knowledgeable, kind, and extremely helpful. My wait time was pretty much non-existent.
Best medical practice ever! Dr. Quigley is fantastic as is her entire staff. She takes her time with me and never gives up on finding the best possible solution. Her kindness and caring are extraordinary. I get in quickly and have never had to wait in the waiting room. Prescription refills are promptly called in. Just can't say enough - it's the best!
The office staff is very friendly and efficient. We felt very comfortable and welcome. Really enjoyed meeting our new doctor, Dr. Lohr. She was incredibly nice, and friendly. She was also very thorough and efficient. Altogether a very enjoyable experience at your office.
Having had some very uncomfortable experiences with some of my past medical facilities personnel, I feel as if I am in "Seventh Heaven" when I am being treated and/or assisted by Dr. Quigley and her staff. My medical history is very extensive; so, I have had to endure a few snub comments because of it. With Dr. Quigley and staff, I am very, very comfortable, as they cover every aspect of my medical needs in order to provide the proper and appropriate treatment for me.
Along with their making me feel relaxed, and not self conscious, in my visits to their clinic, I look forward to keeping appointments with them because this "little ole lady" (only 80 years old) basks in their compliments, cheerfulness, friendliness and kindness.
I have to travel from Colorado Springs to Denver for my appointments with Peak Health, but, I prefer doing that to having to deal with some of the negative treatments of the past. My husband is treated at the VA Medical Center in Denver; so, that is another plus where my going to Dr. Quigley is concerned. I would not hesitate, in the least, to recommend her and her staff to others. One of my best friends recommended Dr. Quigley to me, and I still am very grateful and appreciative.
Dr Quigley has been my primary care physician since before she started Peak Health. I have been treated by Dr Quigley, Kaly Tucker, and Eric Adrid. I have received exceptional care from everyone at Peak Health. I have had to contact Dr Quigley on the weekends through the patient portal. She responds rather quickly and usually getting in contact with your doctor on the weekend is impossible. The high level of care Dr Quigley and everyone at Peak Health give to their patients is something I have not experienced anywhere else.

I am currently attempting to resolve some medication issues for my son who chose this group of physicians. Diane Barton has been helpful but the managerial staff here lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I have been hung up on 2 times now by the office manager. In an attempt to resolve a crisis on behalf of my son, she has been very unprofessional and rude. As a customer and someone who provides customer service on a regular basis I realize the lack of empathy being given by this person to be counterintuitive and unprofessional. A physicians group and their representitives should recognize and respect their obligation to empathy and posess better communication and problem solving skills than those being offered by the staff I have spoken with.
I've had nothing but positive visits and interactions with staff at Peak Health Family Medicine. PA Kaley Tucker is very knowledgeable and patient oriented. I'm quite surprised at some of the poor reviews, since that hasn't been my experience. Being a pharmacist, I was encouraged at the professionalism and time spent with me.

Peak Health is by far the best practice I've ever found. Dr. Quigley is simply amazing and her staff is equally matched. I've never gotten more thorough, professional and personable care by a physician. She leaves no stones un-turned my periodic examinations. She clearly keeps up on all the latest findings. Almost the moment I met her I thought "This doctor is going to add ten years to my life".

I was taken in for an appointment on short notice. I expected not to get in for a day or two, but was received within hours of calling. I suffered from a chest bacterial infection, so, getting in soon was important. The staff's responsiveness was amazing. I also use this office for my annual check ups and the service is unbeatable.
I can not address the quality of the medical staff because the front desk ruined the visit for me. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled blood draw and was told there was one person in the lab already and I would be next. While waiting, two patients were taken back for blood draws despite arriving late for their appointments (one of them a half hour late). Thirty minutes after my appointment time I asked if it was normal to wait so long for an appointment (they make a big deal about how short the wait time is in their office). I was told this is normal because I didn't arrive early to do paperwork; which I was never told would be necessary for a blood draw.
I told them to cancel my appointment and the physical I had scheduled in a few weeks because I would not be coming back. 45 minutes later I receive an email that I have been entered into their patient portal - not necessary because I am not a patient there. When I called to discuss the matter it took 3 tries to get a live person and was then put on hold immediately for nearly 10 minutes; at which point I hung up and was not able to resolve the situation.
Perhaps if you are a new patient this office is easy to work with but it is clear that new patients are not given the same value as existing patients.
This is the best physician office I ve been to. They have robes for when it s cold and you re in the Johnny even! Adriana Lohr, her medical assistant, and formerly Bethany Summers and her medical assistant all have been amazing. I now live in Texas and when I showed the printed out one-pager Peak Health gives at annual physicals, the TX office was so impressed and want to implement here too. I will miss this office and hope you consider going here!
Do not go here! The billing is ridiculous. I just received a $140 bill for a 7 minute phone call with a provider. I received the same service for less inside a walk-in clinic at a grocery store the previous year so definitely take your business elsewhere!
Recently changed to Peak Health Family Practice due to insurance changes. I chose this practice based on the reviews I read on-line and definitely know I made the right choice. The staff has been great and Eric and Savannah did a great job caring for my son when he got ill right after our first visit with Diane. I appreciate the entire office! A+++
After calling to schedule a appointment today, I was told I was terminated from the practice because of a review I left for them. Needless to say, I was shocked and confused because my honest review stated that I felt rushed and my concerns were being brushed off by their new PA Bethany. I was hoping to see another PA in hopes that I'd have a better connection with her. So I guess if you want to stay a patient at this practice, you better give them a good review! I also spoke with the practice manager who gave me a nice story about how they did not terminate me based on my review and yet when she spoke with me she referenced how I felt rushed. I would NOT recommend them to anyone I know! This will also be posted on all other review sites.
The staff is very nice. I haven t needed a primary care for much but recently was the sickest I have ever been. I had blood work drawn July 24th and just got a call aug 7th saying my labs are unremarkable. I have called and emailed requesting my lab results for 2 weeks with no response. What s upsetting is I have been to the ER twice in the 2 weeks since my visit and knew my labs are in fact not unremarkable and I actually have a virus that has to be reported to the cdc. I now have a primary care that has to follow my blood work every week until it normalizes and I still don t have a copy of my labs from this office, the ER printed them for me. Perhaps routine care will be great here but for illnesses I haven't received much care/communication.

I'm a new patient here and love them! They are very attentive and ontop of things when you call or walk in right away. I am glad I found this office.
I absolutely love Peak Health Family Medicine. I have seen every doctor there and have had nothing but great experiences. The front desk is friendly and will do everything they can to make sure they can get you in fast (it's a popular practice so they can be booked far out sometimes). I think the only reason I would change practices is if I moved out of state. Thank you guys for always helping me and making me feel like family.
Best Doctor in Colorado!!! I found Dr. Quigley at another practice and was upset when she left UNTIL I found that she had opened her own practice. She took her expertise with her to form the most caring, efficient, friendly practice I have ever been to. Dr. Quigley is one of few doctors that actually listen to your health concerns and am very thankful that she keeps me as her patient. I have been a patient of Dr.Quigley and Dr.Adrid for well over 7 8 years or longer. When she opened up her new practice I went with her. The entire staff knows me as well as my family and I would not go anywhere else. They take the time to talk to you, listen and give a proper evaluation. Every person that I know that needs a Dr, I always say I have the prefect dr for you. I even Dr.Tucker, but I believe her last name has changed and I don't know it. I love the entire staff, and will remain going there forever. Thank you for all you do there, as well as your entire staff!!!
Peak Health has great people in their office. I have been seeing Dr Quigley before she started Peak and have not thought of going anywhere else.
I was originally seeing Bethany Summers but she left the practice and I got scheduled with Dr. Lohr for my annual visit. Dr. Lohr exceeded my expectations. She was kind, thorough, and seemed genuinely concerned about me.
Peak Health Family Medicine is great! I have been pleased with the office staff as well as Dr Quigley. Will continue to refer patients to them also.

This is the most fantastic Doctor office in the US. I met Dr. Quigley at Altitude was devastated when I found she was no longer there but THRILLED when I found that she opened her own practice. She has chosen the Best!! staff ever. Trish at the front desk is ALWAYS so polite and helpful getting you in to see the doctor, great when you arrive and during your very short wait if any to see the doctor. Angel previously drawing blood now admin is same as her name a true Angel. And I can't say enough good things about Dr. Quigley. Dr.Qugley takes the time to listen to you, has always prescribed the correct medicine to cure but goes several steps beyond by speaking in laymen terms so you understand and then even takes the time for follow up visits or at a minimum has her assistant contact you to see how you are doing. She truly cares about her patients. Even as busy as she is she never rushes you out of the office. I would never change doctors and would vote for her as doctor of the year if I knew how. Dr. Quigley you and all staff are the best!!!

very pleased with each visit. kaley has been a great listener, supportive and knowledgeable. the staff has been professional and friendly. i've never had to wait more than a few minutes and appointments have always been available at a time/day that works with my schedule. highly recommend!
Office is organized, no wait, phlebotomist on site and follow up was excellent. I left the office with a smile on my face - I have found a new DR.

Peak Health Family Medicine is an efficient, caring and passionate group of family health care providers. They are patient-centric as opposed to practice-centric and the difference is evident in every thing they do.
Having experienced the opposite for many years, Peak Health Family Medicine continues to exceed my expectations. Everyone is friendly and helpful, they get me in quickly when I need it, and I am never kept waiting. I also don't get caught up in voicemail loop when I call. When I need to be referred to a specialist, it happens very quickly. Overall, I am more than pleased.
P.H. FRONT DESK-Unfriendly, & RUDE! Trish is the worse one yet. My bloodwork were sent to 3 different Out of Network labs on several occasions, therefore, not covered. Took over 3x months, to resolve the bills. No one took any Ownership or cared enough to help! I would leave messages for the Dr...never would get a call back even if asked to have the Dr call, only the MA returned calls on their time & Not in a orderly fashion. My records never properly made it to Dr Q.'s(I was told they never received them bc My old office didn't send them. Which was not true! I filled out the requests 3x and finally asked to see my old Dr office notes which was indeed taken care of properly) Truth is they were not honest & messed up & were not organized! There was Never any follow up! QUALITY is not a Priority here! This office runs like a Buisness, not a Health Clinic! No Compassion, No Empathy, No Considerations, Not Honest, Patient Care is almost Non- Existent! You are just a Number and as long as they get your money=They are Happy! Sadly, NO ONE GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR YOU AND YOUR CARE!!!!!
