I have been going to Peak Health since the practice opened, my husband and I followed a prior PA along with Eric Adrid from another family practice to this one. I have always felt well cared for. Eric nudges me on my trouble spots which I appreciate, but always follows the level of care I ask him to. All my questions get answered. I like the fact that it's a training practice and newer people to the medical profession come through, it's a great place and atmosphere for them to learn. I've seen Diane Barton once when Eric was out and received the same level of care from her as I do from Eric. Consequently I'll continue to come here. I'll admit I had a run in with a front desk person a couple of years ago but she has gone out of her way to make my visits there pleasant ever since. It's a little concerning to see low ratings from some but not unexpected. There are always factors behind the scenes that cause someone to feel they had a bad experience. Lack of communication on one or both sides, or unrealistic expectations are usually the prime reasons someone goes away disgruntled. I'm sure the staff has their fair share of stories of hardships endured by patients and they have no real recourse like writing a review such as this. Food for thought.
