Location and facilities were good customer service was good but I closed my account on price. Rental increases every 6 months was unacceptable. Found another location of similar value at literally half the cost.

So far, would recommend based on service, still waiting to use the facilities. Online and phone service are great, user friendly and accurate expenses based on availability and pricing.

Update 9/4/2020: Upgraded to 5 stars due to service. They continue to monitor, clean and keep up with the storage units maintenance. Great service

Gail was a delight to speak with. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about storage. We are not ready for the unit yet, but we will certainly be back to see Gail when our home sells.

I was looking for a unit in PTC to move my items from Stockbridge that had enough space, called Ms Gail and she had a unit available perfect for my needs. Very friendly and professional attitude, I was surprised that they had a unit that big & the price outstanding. I recommend this Storage to anyone, perfect location, clean and very friendly staff definitely a 5 Star location.

I've always friendly, exceptional service from the folks at Extra Space Storage. And when I moved things out, after almost 2 years, all was accounted for and in good shape. Great team and convenient location. Gail Kollar is doing a great job. Even after I moved out, I've had to call in for various 'proofs' of rental and I receive it promptly - sometimes immediately.

I was sent to this location to finalize a storage lease at another Extra Space facility. What I didn t expect was the exemplary customer care that I was given during my visit. Leigh went above and beyond to help me. She listened to me describing my issue with the other facility and immediately offer her help. Leigh was interrupted several times with phone calls, a lock issue and other walk-in customers but that didn t rattle her in the least, she s a super multi-tasker. Leigh was able to get my issue taken care of for which I am so very appreciative. She has given new meaning the the phrase superior customer care ! I only wish my belongings were stored at this location.

I am really satisfied with their services. I was in the process of moving and had already purchased a storage unit somewhere else. My mover's recommend Extra Storage.
When I went there and meet Gail, I was sold.
She not only saved me money, she was very knowledgeable about what needed. Gail was extremely pleasant and not trying to just get a sale.
I feef very comfortable and that my things were safe. I immediately called the other storage place cancelled and get my money back.

We stopped in to get a small storage unit for extra space when moving into an apartment. The associate that helped us was named Tammy, and we were extremely impressed with how prompt, professional, and helpful she was! I highly recommend this place!

I have rented my share of storage units for the last 25 years and I have never had such wonderful customer service extremely friendly staff and absolutely the best choices of any storage units in the area they also take very good care of this place it's clean it looks good and everything is maintained on a daily basis because I have seen it. This is the only place I've ever given five stars two and I highly highly recommended again. I moved from San Diego to Georgia and they held this particular unit that I really needed until my movers got here without one penny cost. Because of this type of service and the girls who they are this made my move much less stressful and I could depend on them.

I had a great experience with renting my storage space! The staff was very friendly and Leigh(Lee) was very professional and kind. My experience was not rushed and I got exactly what I needed during the process. I would recommend anyone to choose extra space storage especially the one in Peachtree city!

We love Extra Space Storage. Tammy and Gail are extremely helpful to me and my 78 year old Father. They are always willing to drive out to our unit and answer all of our questions. We have rented numerous units, or varying sizes over the years and will never use anyone else. Thank you Tammy and Gail.

Very nice staff and all storage was very clean and a great value for the rates they charge. Highly recommend for any of your storage needs, air-conditioned or not.

WARNING!!!
We found rodent droppings and dead bugs all over when we moved out of our climate controlled unit. We were in a separate building across the street. There was a coffee company in the front half of the building. This is where I assume the rats came from. Needless to say I was not thrilled. I called the office and they came down and took pictures. I asked them what they were going to do about it and they just kept saying "if you find any damages call the insurance company." So we took pictures and called the insurance company and put in a claim for our mattress and boxspring. A set of sheets that was on top of a box had urine on them. The boxspring cover had been chewed through and the mattress had stains on it. The rodents also ruined an art project that I had made out of playing cards. The cards had bite marks all along the edges.
The insurance company denied our claim because they do not insure against damages caused by vermin but they do cover loss or damages caused by strikes, riot, self-propelled missiles or spacecraft and sinkholes.This is the insurance that they forced used to purchase upon moving into the unit 1.5 years ago. So basically the only thing that they cover are freak accidents and alien invasions.
When I went back to the Extra Space Storage office, they told me that they had someone come inspect the unit. The inspector said they were little plastic pieces not rodent droppings. Which is complete crap! All 4 of us saw the droppings. They said they were not responsible for the damages and to call the insurance company. I told them what the insurance company said and they said they would not help me.
I rented a storage unit in Fairhope, AL for 3 years and never found spider webs and eggs all over the boxes or bugs all over the floor. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I can't believe they are allowed to scam people into renting an unit in the "brand new climate controlled building". I also found things that had melted in my boxes.

Also, after the first month of moving our stuff in, they increased the monthly rate by $40 without a notice. We just paid it so we wouldn't have to move our stuff again.
I do not recommend this storage facility to anyone unless you are ok with being ripped off and rodents crawling all over your stuff.
