I was sent to this location to finalize a storage lease at another Extra Space facility. What I didn t expect was the exemplary customer care that I was given during my visit. Leigh went above and beyond to help me. She listened to me describing my issue with the other facility and immediately offer her help. Leigh was interrupted several times with phone calls, a lock issue and other walk-in customers but that didn t rattle her in the least, she s a super multi-tasker. Leigh was able to get my issue taken care of for which I am so very appreciative. She has given new meaning the the phrase superior customer care ! I only wish my belongings were stored at this location.
