Every time they are from bad to worse, they have 7 attention modules, one person attending, each time they adopt more bureaucratic and more inefficient systems, it seems that they want to stop serving the public and work only online.

It is not what it was before, it is not a wholesaler, nor a distributor, it is no longer even a retail store. It is a vulgar reseller that takes weeks to complete orders that in other stores arrive in 24 hours. Too bad after so many years and prestige to have fallen to this

Terrible service. The article never reached me. After communicating with them, they told me that I had to send an email. Send email, they never answered me. Then I called warranties to cancel my order, and they sent me a form that I had to fill out. I do not understand how they are not responsible for the orders and do not notify anything until one contacts them. The next day I bought the same product online and everything is perfect! No setback. The product has already arrived by cyber door, and the PCEL money has still not returned it to me. I never buy again with PCEL.

In short, if you need PC components, it is your ideal place, reasonable grounds for most of your products. They have advisers to clear any doubt you need about a component or even to build your own PC. The only bad thing I see is that they do not handle laptop batteries and some other accessories for you.

Terrible service, they do not answer the phone and when they answer they transfer you and hang up the call again, even the lady of the switch brazenly hung up the phone 2 times, they take time to send the products even having them in physical existence in the warehouse, they send the products badly or the order arrives incomplete, a complete DISASTER, had since 2001 buying them now in 2019 their service is on the floors. I will no longer buy with them. They stopped being a reliable store.

BUY ONLINE TO GO TO PICK UP AT BRANCH PAYING ONLINE, SPEND TWO HOURS AFTER I MADE ORDER TO JUST KEY IN THE ENTRANCE AND PICK UP BUT WHEN I KEY TELL ME IT'S NOT PAID. I GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TELL ME IT TAKES 24 HRS, AFTER THE HORNS WERE NOT IN STOCK, AFTER ALWAYS IF THE ORDER WAS REFLECTED BUT I HAD TO BRING THE PRINTED SHEET, ACCORDING TO WHY THEY ONLY HAVE PRINTED OF THE SMALL WHEN NEXT TO THE BOXES YOU HAVE A MULTIFUNCTIONAL. WHEREAS I WAS NOT BLAME THAT THE PAYMENT WAS NOT RECORDING. I OCCUPIED ONE OF THE THINGS TO BE ABLE TO WORK ASI Q I BUYED THE SAME THERE BECAUSE THE OTHERS HAD A WEEK DELIVERY TIME AND THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DELIVER IN PARTIALITIES. WHEN I GO TO COLLECT WHAT I HAD PURCHASED EXTRA I SEE THAT THERE WERE THE HORNS THAT I HAD REQUESTED, I THROW A NEARBY CYBER BECAUSE THERE THEY DID NOT WANT TO PRINT IT FOR ME, AND THEY ALREADY DELIVERED ME WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO NOT HAVE. AND WHAT IS MY SURPRISE THAT THE HORNS THAT WERE DELIVERED TO ME WAS Crashing THE PLASTIC OF ONE OF THE TWO BUT I REALIZED TWO DAYS LATER WHEN I OPENED THEM AND THE VDD IS NOTHING CLOSE TO ME. PESIMO SERVICE OF THE CHAVOS FOR NOT BATTLE ONLY THEY GIVE YOU LONG AND THAT CANNOT. I WILL THINK AGAIN TO BUY AGAIN THERE.

Good assortment of materials, but lousy customer service. I have visited the store on many occasions and they go from BAD to WORSE.

1.- Lazy people, without training or some type of customer service training.
2.- If you ask them for something, they send you to the modules even though you ask them for something specific (I requested an 8-pin MOLEX adapter cable, they did not know what I was talking about), being in the modules takes a lot of time.
3.- It is no longer possible to arrive and want to see the technical characteristics to compare even a simple adapter cable, this because, THEY DON'T LEAVE YOU. The PCel website does not have all the necessary information or is sometimes incomplete, even without information.

Customer service is what leaves the business well and leaves many profits, something that the PCel owner completely ignores.

I hope and at least read my comment, if you have questions, I will gladly answer them.

The new customer service methodology they tried is very interesting, basically you arrive, you take your turn and an advisor will help you make your purchase, then you pay, you wait a few minutes for your product and that's it. The only "but" of this is that sometimes some advisors seem unoccupied and do not take the client's turn and give a bad impression to the latter.

Seriously not a star deserves.
1 month and a half ago I bought a PC component by component, to begin with, in the assembly they told me that it would take 2 days and it took a week. Later, they gave it to me with windows installed incorrectly, I took it to have that problem fixed, it took two more days. Then, my hard drive was damaged and my PC didn't read it, I took it under warranty and they told me it would take 6 to 10 days ..... I've been waiting for almost a month to get it.

Of the cheapest that can be found in Monterrey, its employees are friendly and if they are able to guide you if you have any questions. My only complaint is that due to its long clientele, its parking lot is almost always full.

Bad: 1) When you pay with a card they don't tell you that you will pay as a "paypal guest", paypal refused payment for "security reasons" and it took 5 days for paypa to return the money to me. 2) When I tried to buy the same product again, it was already worth $ 200 more. I paid for it, and it turns out they don't have it in stock, so it's been several days and they don't give me a guide or anything. If I do well with these guys I will have my product in 10 days. I don't have my money, I don't have my product.
