Marco Polo's Pizza Review

Walked in at 9:50 pm and was told they were closed....sign says 10 pm....3 stars is probably higher than I should be giving here...

Really good pizza! Really terrible delivery service! I've been ordering pizza for delivery for a few weeks, and now today suddenly my house is to far away to deliver. I guess my house grew legs overnight and moved itself. They should learn how to run a business!

They're good people. a local buisness that does their best and cares about what they do Is always welcome. Pizzas great and the garlic knots are better .

We were on our way to Wild Florida and looking for lunch. From the time we walked in, Lauren was so nice and upbeat. We ordered Garlic Knots(6) and a 12 inch pepperoni pizza...just over $11. They have a few tables inside and a couple outside. We dined in and it was so quick and very delicious! Some of the best thin crust pizza we have had. We would drive the 25 minutes to come here again.

I live 2.8 miles away and they wont deliver. I see an empty building coming soon

A friend recommended this spot.. very impressed with the pizza. family enjoyed XL pepperoni and veggie... Excellent service, price is right!

I d give zero stars if I could. We ordered almost $40 worth of pizza and when we got it home the bottoms we BURNT. As we waited for ours, a customer came in and complained of the same thing. We called the store and they said our oven might be off so take a picture and we ll call you tomorrow. They NEVER called so We called a few days later, sent them a picture and the manager said that s not burnt it s CRISPY (not surprisingly, crispy tasted a lot like burnt)!! Never knew you had to tell them you wanted non crispy pizza or you d get crispy/burnt pizza. We ended up throwing half of the pizza away. We were a regular customer but NEVER again!! Now we go across the street to Marco s and love it!!

Move to Florida from New York on September 8 and was recommended this place. Pizza taste almost like the shops back home. Will come back

Best pie in Osceola county ! Seems to be Dirty Jer-z Style. Meatball and ricotta cheese pizza . I recommend it !

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Not only is the pizza and garlic bread amazing but the staff is so welcoming and amazing! I come and get pizza (take out) and although I'm only in there for 3 minutes max, the staff is nice and very welcoming with everyone. Sometimes I caught them 30 minutes before closing and instead of the "ugh what can I get for you" that most people get from a business when you're trying to get something quick right before they close, I get a "Sure thing, what would you like to order" and smiling faces waiting for me to pick it up and thanking me for my business. Amazing place keep it up!

This is honestly one of the best pizza shops ever. I m from NYC, so the pizza here is the closest to home I ve found in FL. My family loves it, and we usually order once or twice a month. However, ownership is way too relaxed and inconsistent with their business hours. Far too often I call/show up and they re closed early, closed, or their oven isn t working . It s wildly frustrating. Please invest time/money in updating your internet presence. You will gain a more trustworthy following if you give your customers a heads up online. It s 2019, a hand-written note on your front door is ineffective and irritating to customers.

Slow service and no att given to the people clearly waiting for much longer than needed!!! No mannagers where and if they where i feel sorry for the owner that put him there!

Pizza is amazing, but they never answered the phone to place order. Sucks

Used to be our to go place for pizza every Friday evening for over 2 years until we started noticing changes on their customer service. The ladies on the front have actitud issues combined with lack of customer service skills. We also noticed that the quality of the pizza ingredients have changed. We found better pizza and service at Touch of Basil. Best pizza around!

The place has pretty good food. Staff customer service is lacking. They don't actually put meatballs on the pizza, they shred them. What's the point of that if you're ordering meatballs on your damn pizza?

Good pizza with fresh cheese and pepperoni the only downside is the dough is unnatural. I like the fact Marco hire the original crew of Napoli pizza that used to be next to nature table they are very good making pizza they really make this place stand out. Not bad but not the best either, their pizza is a little more greasy then it should be, not enough cheese on the pizza when I order I'll make sure I add in extra cheese that way I'll have good amount of cheese on my pizza and the price is ok for two large pizza. Marco is good pizza place in town but not the best. They don't deliver and the quality and price is ok. I can find better quality with cheaper price in Bella Roma and they deliver.

Come to Marco Polo's for lunch about once a month; their service and food has always been great. The place is cozy for a quick meal.

Hospitable and friendly. My first visit to St Cloud and to any of its pizzerias. Owners are down-to-earth people who love running their pizzeria. I had a Buffalo Chicken submarine sandwich. The photo says it all!

I paid $20 for 2 Medium pizzas which were basically Smalls. 6 very small slices of pizza in each. The margarita pizza had a pesto sauce which I did not like. I much rather prefer fresh basil. This was my family s first time here and it will be our last. Very pricey for very small pies.

great place to have a nice lunch, though why would you go here for lunch if you could go to Marco's across the street and have their pepperoni magnifico?

Pizza is still good. Nice specials. Good employees. However, if you have a problem management is somewhat confrontational.

Rant Marco Polo's Pizza (near Publixs): Make sure you cut open your order at the counter when you double check the order with them. I ordered a Calzone and the Phone agent marked it down as a Stromboli. I don't eat either these as it is my wife who does. I do Pizza and wings. I called after I got home asking if they could just get a Calzone made and I would bring the stromboli back as my wife doesn't do Onions and peppers which are in Strombolis. Was told by the Manager that they won't do anything as they are made differently in appearance. As I explained, I don't order these and did not know the appearance was different and I cannot see inside to see that it was wrong. Again, was told I was an idiot and the appearances are different and should know. Really poor Customer service. So bring utensils to double check your non pizza items.

Very good pizzeria, the variety, the quality of the dough, Exelente, the excellent calzone.

As far as florida pizza goes this one is pretty good. As a New Yorker there's nothing quite like a NY slice. It's the water, not the cheese, or the sauce- it's the water. Service is usually pretty friendly here, even when they're really busy. They really need to add delivery service though.

Great pizza/ they have a 18" a 22" and a giant 24" pizza

The staff was friendly. The pizza was very good. I was excited that they had chicken parmesan subs, cause some other pizza places don't in that area. I wish they delivered

We had a large cheese pizza and I got a white pizza which I like best, and usually no one else does. Well, that white pizza was soooo good everyone had to have a slice. Next time I expect we will all get it. Regular pizza was good but the white was outstanding.

Nice people but pizza was horrible.. I got a slice that was probably the last from a pie and I asked for simple toppings. My slice was super dryyy . Onions were not cooked and spinach was dryyy. Slice was super hard!! I asked them to put some sauce and cheese to make it juicy.. still no bueno.. my hubby slice was fresh lookin not mine at all. NEVER AGAIN..

It's bad enough to mess up a simple order of pizza and wings, but then to expect me to pay more to fix your mistake is unacceptable.

Get there 30 mins and still isn't done. Not a big deal but when you have 3 kids 9 yrs old and under. It turns into a big deal. 20 mins turned into 40 mins.

We just ordered 3 medium pizza s and they were awful. My pizza they forgot the onions and they put them on and put it back in the oven and it burnt the crust. The ingredients were cheap on all of the pizza s. They hardly had any sauce on them. Never again will we order from them.

Such good food. LOVE their Philly cheesesteak subs!

I don't know if is under a new administration or what. One of the employees is too loud and makes a little uncomfortable eating in the restaurant.

Had the pizza from the old place these guys ran loved it.went there after they left and I was disapointed.So glad I found Marco Polo's.I don't mess around when it comes to pizza,It has to be NY.style with quality ingredients or I wont eat it.This place is Legit.Try extra cheese extra toppings ,its worth the price.Ty Guys.

Ummm there's ALWAYS hair in my pizza when I order from here, worker tried to convince me it was "oregano shavings" NO LIE. I've also heard there's an employee who dropped garlic knots on the floor and still served them to customers. Disgusting, kitchen looks dirty, the pizza here used to be way better I really don't know what happened. Don't eat here! Needs to be inspected and shut down

Arrived at 9:20 and were told they no longer did dine in even though they do not close until 10:00. First time goving this pizza place a try and were very disappointed.
