I took my daughter here for a cut and was more than satisfied. The ladies were awesome and Jade did a great job. I had a hard time at first finding a place to cut my daughters very curly hair since she is of mixed race. When I called Payton Place they were professional and so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone.
AMAZING! I can't say enough great things honestly! From the location, down to earth friendliness, comfort, value and Oh My Gosh you get an extra treat when it comes to getting a shampoo. So awesome that I actually stopped talking mid sentence! Haha! Angela and her staff are so sweet and welcoming. They weren't bothered by the fact that I had them look at several pictures of my hair when it's fixed. I have already told my mom, best friend and daughter that I'm taking them there for a treat next and I'll be telling the girls at work too! Thank you so much for a great experience and a hairstyle that I love!! I can't wait to see y'all again!

One of the most top notch places to get any kind of hair treatments. They really know what they are doing at this place and Angela the owner will not settle for anything less then perfection from her staff. Angela, the owner of Payton Place Salon, has been coloring and cutting my hair for many years and always does a fabulous job. I have thick, naturally curly hair that can be tough to manage, but no matter the style I choose - longer or shorter, curly or smooth - I come out of her chair looking fantastic and I always get lots of compliments. She is a very talented colorist, too, and we have gone lighter, darker, added highlights, you name it. Tanya and Dev are wonderful, too. My husband has his hair cut by Tanya. Going to PPS is a treat - a wonderful break from your routine - and you'll emerge feeling and looking great.

They are part of our next generation's salon atmosphere that provide a variety of services that reflect the desires and fashion hairstyles of today. Don't mistake me. I have many older clients that strive to maintain their beauty while remaining age appropriate. My salon is very quiet and laid back, avoiding the loudness of a busy salon. But as pros our job is to guide you in those choices and keep you on trend, but comfortable with trying new things. Peyton Place does this.

My hair appointment today was one of the best I've ever had. The difference between this and the place I went before was night and day. I had constant care, reassurance, and pleasant conversation for over 5 hours as I anxiously went from gold to platinum blonde. Aside from the end result being precisely what I wanted, maybe even better, there were a few moments Angela and Dev (I think that's what she said...I'm so sorry, I don't remember exactly what her name was!) went beyond good customer service. First of all, I have a LOT of long, thick hair. This wasn't an easy process. Neither of the two complained of the fatigue I'm sure I induced, but both went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable. Second, Angela knew of a product she doesn't normally carry that would help my hair. She actually ran to the store and purchased it (gone maybe 15 min) while I waited in the care of Dev. They answered all of my questions and explained every step of the process in great detail, which eased my mind as I went through this major change in appearance. Finally, they took before and after photos. For the after photo, they updated and improved my makeup (!!!) and styled my hair. Through the entire appointment, I felt they were excited to do my hair, boosting my confidence and keeping me entertained for the full 5+ hours. I was a former Payton Place Salon customer, left for several years when I went back to natural hair, and probably won't leave again anytime soon. These ladies care about their customers and bend over backwards for them. I recommend this salon to everyone!
I've been to Payton Place Salon a few times now, and just love Angela and the staff. Everyone is so nice and professional and treat you like family. I wanted to find a salon close to home and not have to travel into Little Rock like I had for years. I had just had a baby and definitely needed an update and to try and feel myself again. I always feel pampered and the one-on-one attention can't be found at other places - that is what I love about this place. I immediately hit it off with Angela and talking with her is like talking to your best friend that you've had your whole life. She connects with you and really cares about you and making you feel your best self. She's wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone. I always look forward to going there for my haircut and pampering! I always walk out feeling pretty and more confident!
This is the best salon I have ever been to by far. Angela is just perfect at cutting women s hair and the lady that shampoos takes the time to give your whole scalp and neck a massage. Everything is done to precision according to your needs and what you want whether it be the type of product you need or the cut and style you get. Love this salon! They re always so kind and personable, they even offer you drinks while you wait. They re also amazing talented, they know their products! I ve had my hair bleached and dyed at a different store before and I ve never really loved it, it always looks so brassy. But here they know what products work and what doesn t so they know how to make your hair look straight out of a magazine!
