Probably one of the worst (if not THE worst) web portal. It is poorly responsive, takes forever to load, cannot retrieve the reports, it is a hit or miss at best. I get an email that I have payment from a payer. I log into Payspan. It takes forever to load the pages. Once logged in, the home page says " 1 new report". You click on it, it cannot find it.... and it happens every single time, time and again. I have never had a good experience with their web portal. It is a terrible design and poorly executed, and does not function the way it is supposed to. I am shocked how this company has not gone under already. How do you survive? I would give them a negative 5 stars if I could.
Answered my phone call very quickly. Judy was very helpful in resolving the issue. Thank you.
Unbelievable that I had to stay wait on the phone for over an hour...still waiting, as I was locked out of payspan. Tried to get help from another payspan department, and they were disinterested in my issue and sent me back again to wait...wait...wait. This costs me hundreds of dollars. Frightening! Our company experienced embezzlement by the office manager who was the administrator on our payspan account. For 2 weeks I called, wrote, waited on calls, spoke to numerous individuals up to supervisor Ashley to freeze the account and remove the office manager from the account. Only when I sent email stating I would report to HIPAA and PCI did they close account. All that time they left us vulnerable to the office managers whims of fraud. I have waited on hold for over an hour just to get someone to explain to me why the remits are not showing up in our portal. No one ever answers the phone and I have emailed provider support several times and all they say is "call us directly" and I call and they dont answer. I am stuck in this loop where I need claims payments posted but cant get the remit and no one will help me. Very frustrating and I'm contacting the carrier directly and telling them my experience.
