Unbelievable that I had to stay wait on the phone ...

Unbelievable that I had to stay wait on the phone for over an hour...still waiting, as I was locked out of payspan. Tried to get help from another payspan department, and they were disinterested in my issue and sent me back again to wait...wait...wait. This costs me hundreds of dollars.
