I have waited on hold for over an hour just to get someone to explain to me why the remits are not showing up in our portal. No one ever answers the phone and I have emailed provider support several times and all they say is "call us directly" and I call and they dont answer. I am stuck in this loop where I need claims payments posted but cant get the remit and no one will help me. Very frustrating and I'm contacting the carrier directly and telling them my experience.
