Frightening! Our company experienced embezzlement by the office manager who was the administrator on our payspan account. For 2 weeks I called, wrote, waited on calls, spoke to numerous individuals up to supervisor Ashley to freeze the account and remove the office manager from the account. Only when I sent email stating I would report to HIPAA and PCI did they close account. All that time they left us vulnerable to the office managers whims of fraud.
