I had a horrible experience with Jennifer Welch with my kitchen remodel! Her 2 week promise turned into 7 months. They started a fire in my kitchen and she refused to pay the full damages. She sued me for the final payment I was withholding due to damages. The judge awarded me full damages thankfully, cost me a few $ for withholding the payment. Horrible customer relations. I highly recommend you do not use her!

Jen is now my AMAZING broker! She had me at her genuineness. She's got it all and a bag of chips. When choosing a broker there's all the normal questions.... splits, training, facilities. Every firm has a different vibe and every agent is different. I chose to not be just another number at a big firm that's going to take a huge gouge out of each transaction I close. I went with a family feel. A family I chose. Again, I'm so pleased I made the choice to better myself and be AMAZING.

I have moved frequently my entire life. In the last couple years I count myself very fortunate to have worked with Amazing Reality. I don t even know where to begin My family and I had put our house on the market with another realtor- who with thought had out best interest at heart. He staged our house, had pictures taken and paint touch ups done. Then we would get last minute calls or texts saying someone is at your house ready to see it. I have 3 kids under the age of 12 and two dogs. I cannot tell you how stressful this was for us. Having our home in a constant state of show ready status since there would little to no notice of people arriving. Our house was on the market for nearly a year and had several price drops. The realtor ended up needing his staging furniture for another client, and since we had to get rid of most of ours to make space for his, we were left with nothing in the living room to sit on. We take our house off of the market and nearly give up hope. A friend of mine at work suggested a realtor friend of hers who was amazing and she was sure could sell our house. Well it turned out that realtor did not work our area but she was able to recommend a wonderful realtor to us. Within 48 hours, in walks Devin Forbes. He was like a ray of sunshine in the darkness. Devin showed up prepared with comps and all of the other necessary data to help us understand the best way to sell our home. If it hadn t been for a leak in our roof occurring a few weeks after hiring Devin, I am sure he would have sold our house in less than 2 months. Devin helped us to set a price point that helped us to compete in our neighborhood, it only took one open house, which he did an AMAZING job with to get our house sold. He went to bat for us and worked the numbers to ensure we came out on top at the end of the sale. If you choose to work with Devin, you will NOT regret it. He gave us plenty of notice before showings and he had feedback or some kind of update for us within hours of each walk through. We had to pester our first agent for days to get a few words from the people who had seen our home. Devin will do everything within his power to make sure you are happy and comfortable throughout the process. HE is truly an amazing realtor and now lifelong friend. If I could go back I wouldn t change a thing so happy he came into our lives when he did. Thank you Devin!

Amazing Realty is the absolutely the worst ever. At least our experience with one of their agent Sarah Thompson. When we rented a house, Sarah was managing the property for the owner. We first moved into the house in July. The property was not ready and she try to rush it make sure we move in by the first week of the month. When we moved in, we quickly realized the AC was not working and with the Texas hot summer it was definitely not inhabitable. We left messages and calls to Sarah. She was completely unprofessional about it. She blamed, the AC maintenance companies and our availability as the issue and that she had no part taking in the matter. This went on for many days until WE called the AC company and had it fixed. Also, when we moved in the big sliding window door in the living room that opens to the back yard did not close. After closing and opening couple times, the door completely came off. When we asked Sarah to help us fix it. It took nearly 6 months to fix the door. Always her response was, "We are getting the quotes" We might as well as camped out in our back yard. We basically lived through summer and cold like this. It was so hot during summer and it was insanely cold during winter. At one point our electric bill for the month was $800. It's a single story 1500 sqft house. I am appalled by the experience I had with Sarah. Her irresponsibility, blame-game and unprofessionalism represents Amazing Realty as a group? Then, I sure hope you all don't have to experience the same thing we went through.

Since I have yet to receive any response back to my numerous requests (via text, email, and phone) to receive itemized invoices for expenses I was asked to pay for at closing (expenses which were added to the "commission" line rather than listed separately at the bottom of the final net sheet like they were on the original net sheet I received -- in different amounts of course), I assume one of the following: 1. The expenses are legitimate, the invoices exist, but since the commission has already been paid and the sale is complete, Jennifer doesn't really care enough to provide me the information I have been requesting for 3 weeks since the closing. 2. SOME of the expenses are legitimate, but some of the work I requested to get done was in fact never done (as I am in contact with the new owners and they confirmed some of the work was not done), so proper invoices do not exist and and Jennifer thought she could just scoop a little extra profit out of the deal by shuffling things around. 3. This is an honest mistake that could easily be corrected with prompt and open communication between parties, but I have been told, "Of course I will get those to you!" -then- "Oh my assistant already sent those, you didn't get them?" -then- "Here is one invoice, I'll send the rest soon" -then- completely ignored after that. So it's becoming harder and harder for me to believe that it's an honest mistake. At a minimun, I feel as if the service has certainly stopped after the sale. I've met Jennifer exactly twice: the day we discussed the listing and the day it closed. Those dates were roughly 6 months apart. In selling a home I realize there will be many frustrations, and had I simply received proper invoices for expenses that were said to have been paid on my behalf, I would not be writing this review. But even a realty "layman" like myself can tell when something is fishy. And we aren't even talking about a lot of money. Only $390 is in dispute on the sale of a home of more than half a million dollars. But it's the principle that matters to me: It seems as if I was billed for work that was never done, then put-off and ignored when I asked for supporting documentation for those expenses. So Jennifer, if you read this, please either provide me the invoices that I have requested numerous times or refund the $390 that you have yet to prove you spent -- and please keep in mind that I KNOW some of the work was in fact not done.
