I got a price quote for a 2016 Tacoma from the internet sales rep of Paul Miller Toyota in West Caldwell but was not honored by the manager. I showed the email to the manager when I first went to the dealership and since I did not bring my car for trade in I came back last Saturday to finalize the deal only to be told by the manager that he won't honor the price anymore. To make matter worst the sales rep who was assisting us and got all the info for the trade in was instructed to take care of another customer in the middle of our transaction.
12 month service only (3000 mileage) was done expeditiously.

hands down best visit ever had to ANY dealer. dropped off car for recall and safety check and got a loaner for 2 days. in those 2 days, I've received a video walk-through by the technician and an ereceipt to my email answering all the questions i had. top notch service.

Bringing the car in for service is a breeze and they pay attention to all the details!
Overall the experience was very positive. The staff seemed professional and very helpful explaining the operation of the car. What I found annoying was the upsale of the extended service contracts. After spending nearly $40k on what is supposed to be a great reliable car why would/should I need to spend another $5000 for extended coverages.
My husband brought my car for an oil change and tire rotation. He was so pleasantly surprised to learn the car was ready in less than 30 minutes. Wow..a dealership that thinks your time is valuable.

Great purchase. Everyone at the dealership was very Professional.
25K mile service done (@26.7K), and driver's windshield wiper fixed. All fine. Ralph went the extra mile when I asked what more complimentary services I have. Since my mileage is lower than Audi's planned dates for service, he advised me to be sure to come in for the major 35K service before Dec. 12, 2020, even if not yet 35K miles. And he printed out a Vehicle Data sheet with specifics! Great service! Thanks, Ralph.

The sales process was relatively quick,but not painless. I liked how Kelly took care of my concerns quickly and answered my questions thoroughly. The pain came with the finance area. The internet price was different from the starting price on the finance sheet and the explanation was less than satisfactory to me, but because I still felt the price was in line with other Toyota dealers, I accepted it.

I have been trying to cancel my extended Service warranty with Paul Miller Audi, since my vehicle was deemed a total lost. I went in Nov 29, 2017, business manager, Mike Motasis told me to bring in a letter from the insurance company. I went in with the Dec 16, 2017. They said the finance department do not have the time, but my salesman, John Regan said he would follow up. I have called left messages, too date no reply.

During the pandemic I had to have a warranty issue corrected. Domenic had my vehicle picked up at my home, corrected the situation and returned my vehicle in a matter of hours. It was a complete no contact and no worry experience. Thanks to all concerned from a senior veteran.
Quick and efficient service, as usual. One special observation - the tech who serviced my car dove it out to the parking lot when he was done. As he exited the vehicle, he took the time to sanitize all the surfaces he contacted inside and outside. I was sitting in the waiting area outside the service entrance but he did not know that car belonged to me and that I was watching. He sanitized the car anyway, even though, to him, no one was watching. That was awesome!
This is the beginning of the dealer/customer relationship, the online inquiry that leads to a purchase. This process was super smooth and no pressure. Got the price and figures I was looking for, showed up and closed the deal. Simple- now we ll see how service appointments go and I will definitely post once that phase begins. The service part will make or break whether I repeat as a customer.
If you're reading this I hope you're paying attention to this review. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership at the end of May. The service and price was amazingly well. The first time I drove the SUV at night I noticed a problem with the headlights. After finally getting an appointment with Mazda I got some really bad news about the SUV. Mazda stated to me, that the SUV has been in a front end collision and that's the reason why I'm having problems with the headlights. The Mazda service dealership did try to fix it as best as they could. I called over to Paul miller Subaru and spoke with an Anthony. I stated to him what was going on and he stated that he will let the general sales manager know about the situation. Finally got to speak with the general sales manager Sunil and he stated I had to bring the SUV in. I brought the SUV into the dealership and they noticed exactly what Mazda saw. The front bumper was replaced and it was two different colors. The service manager who was with Sunil stated that people change front bumpers all the time. He stated that's common. I stated to him, that's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard of. It's been more than a month since I brought it to their attention and it's still an ongoing issue. The auto response from Jscott is just a way for them to say we responded. I emailed Jscott on 8/23/17 and her never replied back to me. I reported this to Subaru and they didn't even get a response. That speaks volume. I also have paperwork proving that the car was in a collision from Mazda. STAY AWAY!!!.
They re also lying stating they offered to trade in my mazda for another one. Please, show me where you offered to do this and please provide the date.
Unprofessional is the extreme here. Paul Miller Honda is the worst dealership. The sales manager is horrible. Everything the sales rep Taz promised was a lie. The car was not cleaned even though they made us wait 4 hours to detail it. They gave to my wife with a quarter tank of gas. On top of everything they forgot to place the inspection sticker on the car. My wife drove it around for 2 weeks before they notified us. Upon picking it up. They laughed in our face. No apologies. They take no fault in anything. Told me to leave once I got upset and called the cops on me. Said they wouldn t give me the stickers. Police came to help me get the stickers. Simply the worst dealership and management ever!
When you go in to service your vehicle you have to wait in line for a period of time, while the techs are sitting there right in font of you not attending to anyone? Oh and be prepared to be told your car need a list of other services, when you only intended to get an oil change for example. This is another way for them to increase there profit. I feel like they see you as an ATM machine whenever you go in to service your vehicle. Don't get me started on how long it takes them to render service to your vehicle, be prepared to WAIT!!! I could go on and on but Don't have the time.
I saw a car online that I was interested in purchasing. I negotiated with the salesperson by email and phone. We agreed upon a final price. Here is the letter I got from the salesperson.

I called Bill on Monday July 31st at 11am and told him I would be there at 6:30pm to pick up the car. I arrived at the dealership at 6:30 and the greeter told me Bill left for the day. She gave me another salesperson named Paul. I told him I was here to pick up the car that I and Bill spoke about. He took me outside to the lot and showed me a car that seemed to be the car. But when I got in I noticed the interior was a different color and the car had 30,000 more miles then the car that I negotiated with Bill. Also I had my insurance agent fax them a copy of the certificate for insurance with the VIn number on it and this car had a different VIN. I told Paul this was not the car I was suppose to buy. He said the car I was suppose to buy was sold. Paul tried to pass this car on as the one that I had negotiated but clearly it was not the correct car.
His attitude was not apologetic but to bad take this car or leave it. I walked away from the dealership feeling liked they try to pull a fast one on me.
great place to buy a car , they just make you feel at home , fresh coffee, drink, bagel , ect .... #1 salesmen is Paul .. amazing person....just kind, genuine, respectful, knows the business.
