It s all about attention to detail at Paul Miller BMW. Rose Batista was very responsive to my email inquiry and follow up questions. She s the initial reason I traveled to this dealership. Tom Bonarrigo is the salesman I was assigned and Tom is what salesmen should aspire to. Knowledgeable,Calm, pleasant and easy to work with. No high pressure sales that s common in the industry. It was a very nice experience. Tom made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. Paul Miller s staff in total is professional and courteous. Ray Oliveira is the finance manager and made the final step very easy and relaxing as well . The General Manager Luis Pabon thanked us for the purchase and followed up with an email to make sure we were completely satisfied.
