Convenient and really good value for money as always in Decathlon.

A huge range of sporting equipment in a well laid out shop. Decathlon's own brand items are extremely well priced for their quality. Highly recommend!

The best sports shop around, it has got absolutely everything you want and at a great price as well.

Ok, it s very cheap... but expect stuff that is supposed to be in stock not to be there, click and collect to take more than 24 hours, a loud and chaotic atmosphere with a layout that makes no sense (bikes on the second floor??) and staff who really don t care. More stressful than Ikea on the best of days.

Treat a visit here like going to a jumble sale organised by idiots.

Absolute best I their field. You name it: price, quality, process maturity (buy, order, return, etc)... not a single flaw so far. I hope they keep it like that!

I was in fishing department last week and Roman helped me out to find everything I needed for Carp Fishing, I never did Carp fishing in my life and he explained me in detail EVERYTHING (How to setup the line, what type of sinker to use in different condition, what type of boilies to use, How to setup the hook, what type of line to use in different condition, different type of terminal lines suitable for the ground condition, how to fish in lake and river etc.) He literally given his best to explain me in detail how to do it, he also draw for me (on a paper) some terminals that are used commonly in Europe. That guy is great, amazing as f***. I will be back to purchase more item from Decathlon. I didn't expect him to talk italian as well, as I have brought one of my pal with me, they both was talking Italian and Bangladeshi. 100% Reccomended

Super lovely staff! Was in the middle of a bike ride and decided to buy some energy bars but couldn't make the payment because of my phone, and this staff lady that was helping out at the cashier offered to buy me the energy bars, how friendly is that!! Thank you very much :) just regreed not asking her name to taken her more for the gesture

Excellent range of products. Very well priced. Sure to find exactly what you want! Be sure to check online if you have a particular item in mind as many of their products are own branded.

Today i arrive at the workshop with the cycle and i was receiving the help from Radu. From now i can say i find my perfect store to fix my cycle and have the best advise ! A very good and affordable store that sells decent sports wear and winter wear.Snow boots I bought for my 5 year old daughter are a nice quality.I have bought her winter jumpers and coats here before,which have lasted her.However staff are not always easy to locate if you needed to ask about a product .

Love these stores, but at Surrey Quays the sales assistant dissappeared part way through an exchange and had put back an item which we were still considering getting which delayed things further. Seemed clueless as to the delays that were caused whilst we stood there like lemons.

Great shop, has a huge range of products for almost every sport.
Most of staff are very friendly, willing to help you at all times!

The new stores parking and layout really good, stock in the cycling department was a bit sparse fortunately had the sizes I wanted

massive decathlon with all your sport and outdoor needs. you can find nearly anything here with good discounts. I've come here for workout mats, socks, ballet shoes and water bottles. there's self service checkouts which makes it a bit quicker as there's usually a line to be served.

I couldn't describe it: the clothing: the tyre i needed: what would be good for training: She dropped everything and made sure I had everything i needed including the reward points because I forget my card. Going there today!

Big store. You ll probably get everything you want from going, swimming, yoga stuff, weights, clothes.

Very good shop but the only problem is that you can't scooter around the whole shop

What a good shop to go to when you need your fishing rod and fish food

Lots of choice, parts, tools.. good starter and mid range equipment.

If you need anything for any type of sport or activity you will find it here. But I didn't like that there are just few brands for clothing or bike accessories.

A p clip is something every bike/diy shop has in store... Except Decathlon because they know nothing about bikes.

Caught my bike chain between my cassette and hub on my ride home and completely froze the mechanism. Carried the bike to Decathlon on the off chance they could help, no booking or advance warning, and they couldn't have been better and more helpful. They took the bike straight into the workshop, pulled the cassette and freed the chain. Took maybe 10 minutes and they didn't even charge me. I'll definitely be back when I need a proper service.

Absolutely huge warehouse with comprehensive selection of sports, skiing, hiking and other miscellaneous outdoor equipment! Ground floor has sports and skiing gear and first floor has bicycles, scooters, ballgame equipment and camping gear. Basement has a car park and restrooms.

MASSIVE store, has everything you need for fitness and a large selection of bikes is the cherry on top.

Great prices and huge selection- a nice place to browse. Check out the slackline upstairs.

The products are good but the service is slow and self service doesn't ever work. They need to change their system.

Love this store. So big so many bargains....but still sometimes you can't find what's on the website. It is currently under renovations to become mega mega store which will be just ace!!

Forget about contacting them by phone, nobody will pick it up - ever - any department. There is just an answering machine with the wrong opening times. Pity because I quite like their products.

My favourite shop. Basically that huge shopping with great price, perfect environment, rest area, WiFi available, fitting room, testing area, friendly staff and easy payment matches. Highly recommended

The go-to place for all sorts of sports/activities gear. Many of their own-brand (Quechua) items are excellent value for money.

Usually great but during covid was a disappointment. Sole purpose of driving for an hour there was to buy my daughter a bike. Get there and there are no bikes on display because they don't want people touching. Understandable but it wouldn't kill to have the bike on display and then the staff take it off display to try it for size etc then wipe it over with an alcohol wipe.

Some members of the staff at that shop are in desperate need of customer service training.
If you want to buy a bicycle and you need someone helpful, wihout attitude, with enough expertise to help you make an informed decision, why would you want to go to that place? Go to Evans.

Decathlon moves to new primises which one is just opposite of old one.
Old one was more organised , beautifully stocked.
I didn't feel shopping spree as I experienced old one. All cash till gone , now self checkout . I have to call someone for help at checkpoint. Security guard strictly maintaining 2 m distance rule .also maintaining in and out two separate way .
I went for running shoes . There is no reduce price or sale at the moment .
I maked telephone call before I go there. I belive there is a problem .I wasnt able to connect myself with customer service.

First ever visit this super store is large and filled with great deals, the store was not that busy. Be careful when packing out the items from your basket, that it doesn't charge twice because, while the basket is on the side, of the counter, it some how calculated it before you scan the item at the check out.

Shop well staffed . Social distancing procedures in place . Friendly staff

They've put away most items so there will be enough space for 2metres distancing, very nice every thing is still on display but no trying and they will exchange if need be

so ... your employees doesn't know where is what and what is where... I ask for help they come after 20 minutes... they rather talk between them and laughing instead of talk with you ... some price are over the real price ... for example More

I would like to thank the whole Decathlon team for their help on January 10, when I needed new cleats and instead of shutting down the shop in the evening (I arrived late), they waited and let me buy the product. I appreciate you all waiting. I would have given 6 stars if it was possible.

I will say they are very affordable and their stores are really nice and have literally everything you could ever need for cycling and a bunch of other stuff.

Huge store made up of two large spaces. Has everything you want. Easy to reach by public transport. Use all the time and never been let down. Good value as well.

Just had the worse visit ever. I was leaving the shop with a cheap t-shirt from Decathlon branch and I heard the alarm. A very rude security guy came asking my receipt and I said I didn't have it because I never carry paper in my bag, and as I pay by card I don't need one. I came back to the cashier to discover the Self Service till is not working and the transaction didn't go though. How should I know the machine is not working? I paid for the t-shirt and when I was leaving the same guy came accusing me of stealing, saying that I've just paid for that. I asked his name and he refused to tell me. I spoke with the manager, very nice guy, I believe his name is Andrea (He had a Italian flag) and he told me the name of the security guy is Salim. I always enjoy shopping in there, but after being accused of stealing a 6 pounds t-shirt, I'm not planning to come back.

A wide range of products available with some bargains to be had. Friendly and helpful staff always on hand.

All the time I went to the shop they never have what I need. I will never go there again.
