Bad attention to make an appointment. It seems that whoever answers the phone does not feel like working or is angry with the world. You have to know how to face the public, especially if it is about health issues.

I can already leave an opinion after a few months of being operated. I can't have any fault at all with how everything went. They have never been slow to attend to me, I say it for all the comments that are around here regarding that. The price is what it is, in my case I had surgery why I wanted it, so scabies with pleasure does not itch.
To thank Dr. Raquel Medina and the nurse who is treating me all these days and I do not know what her name is, for the personal treatment.

They are friendly and good professionals but they are totally saturated. It can not be that you have to wait more than 2 hours for a doctor to tell you if you can operate or not cataracts when in the previous consultation you had already done all the tests. 2 hours waiting for that and on top of other patients who arrived later entering earlier so disappointing in that regard.

A shame of clinic, if it was not enough to be waiting 2 and a half hours, see how it happens before me someone who has an appointment later is the drop that fills the glass. I have left without giving me the results for that reason since I prefer to do it in a clinic that is serious.

Very good professionals, the waiting time is very long, the children finally get tired of waiting so long that they have toys in the waiting room, for my modest opinion, they should give fewer daily appointments and thus expedite the waiting time, at least in the area of children k is where I go, x the rest an unbeatable deal, I recommend it

I am happy with them, medical professionals and with a treatment with the patient of ten. I do not put the fifth star (I have been about to drop to 3) because it cannot be that you have to wait that long, if they have spent years with the same problem that give the most spaced appointments, that is, if Dr. X treats 20 people in one afternoon and always ends at 21:00 to say something, that the appointments put them more or less well, that you already have experience to spare. In three years that I arrived, I always have to wait at least an hour until they call me.

Insufficient as if they were in a hurry to finish the consultation to be the first time they have not even looked at the prescription of the glasses that is a pussy I say

Very poor treatment. I do not get to go, I can not value the ophthalmologists, I'm satisfied with the treatment obtained by telephone from the receptionist. Of course I do not recommend this clinic. If you are treated with that arrogance when making an appointment, I can not imagine the rest.

I have gone to a consultation with my daughter and the treatment has been very good. But the waiting time has been exaggerated (two and a half hours). I agree that each patient has to have some time, but I have read opinions and this is a common problem and not something specific that would probably be resolved by giving fewer appointments.

Today I had my first and last consultation at this clinic. I arrived at 12:15 hrs. I had several tests at about 1:00 p.m. and they have not happened to me with the ophthalmologist until 15:40 hrs. When I left the clinic it was 3:55 p.m. In other words, for a consultation that lasted about 15 minutes I have been waiting for three and a half hours.
I could'nt believe it. I do not know if they realize that the time of those who were waiting there is also worth money, which seems to be what they do, making money without considering people.
An absolute shame. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I called through phone to ask for an appointment and they asked me to go directly to the clinic on the same day. Upon arriving there, I think the receptionist didn't know that I was coming and that I called before going there. But anyway, I was checked by the assistant and then by the doctor who were both very nice to me even if I can't really speak good Spanish. Good job!

As professionals I have no complaint. But the planning for patient care is lousy. Routine check-ups are not less than two or two and a half hours. They should organize better or take fewer patients. It is a disregard for the time of the users.
