I have taken admission in B.Sc. Agriculture. This university is quite old and ill maintained so Infrastructure is also not good. The most important thing is that they are not ready to co-operate with the outsiders(those who belong to other states and have taken admission through icar) rather they want us to follow their culture and language. Even professors are not good.
Moreover they have added many subjects that are just useless. The most important thing is that they have so much of paper work and formality. A lot of time is wasted in this. We don't get time to study and are just trapped in them. It would take atleat 2-3 months to settle all the work. Allover my experience in this university was very poor. I really feel that i have stepped in hell nd like running from here.
I got to know smthng more about teachers. They are very much business minded. They have got manual printed on their names and compell students to purchase them. Even professors give notes of each lecture to a photocopy shop and we r bound to purchase them everyday. These notes are not at all self sufficient. They themselves ask us to read books. They why to waste money on notes????
I also got to know that here some teachers are such those who don't know anything. They boast of being very experienced but they speak each and every word from their hand written notes. They can't speak a word with them.
So plz think 10 times before stepping in this university.
They don't refund security fee easily. You have to fill 2 forms and get them signed by respective teachers but they don't sign easily. They show so much of tantrums. It took me more than a week for it. They create a lot od drama about bank account and all. Just as to get my security refunded i needed to open a new account. They took it at once while admission that too in cash and now they are not ready to refund it.
Plz don't get admitted in university. It is just a money minting machine nothing else....
