Internet connectivity went down on Sunday while they were closed and services were promptly restored first thing Monday morning after a ticket was created in response to the email that I sent to the helpdesk on Sunday. Didn't require an appointment for a Technician to come out as the issue was resolved on the backend. Compared to other ISPs that I've had over the years I would give Telmar 6 stars if I could for this experience as I didn't have to wait a few days to get an appointment that requires you to be home for several hours waiting on a technician to show up at the end of a four hour window.

Long-time customer: initially we tried the Fiber and Wireless connection services (dish) in different areas of the province of Vicenza for years, receiving assistance and answers in a short time, indeed very short if we encounter obstacles. Good relationship with customers and always available to meet requests! For some months we have rewarded the company by requesting the creation of a personalized website which also includes the management platform of the e-mail boxes. Thanks to their services we have given an extra gear to our working reality! Their Web Agency is made up of a nice team of very available people, very professional and attentive to requests (I tried to put them in difficulty but they still found the solution)

I'm a gamer. Many times I have had ping problems. If I download the games it takes forever ... Unfortunately, after several calls, thinking it was my problem, I find that to download large files (over 5GB) I cut the connection. The answer was that otherwise there would be no connection for everyone. I pay the 20mb all. I will change my connection as soon as possible.

I have been a Telemar customer for almost 3 years....

I have been a Telemar customer for almost 3 years. I live in an area not served by cable internet. The company's radio connection works flawlessly. Over time I have also been able to ascertain that customer service is of rare competence, kindness and speed. This last point has a great value, also for this I put the 5 stars!

We were offered a paid intervention for a technical release. very "listless" staff who asked us to pay in cash and did not issue us any receipt. two days later we receive the unilateral cancellation of the contract due to "technical problems". Indecent behavior to terminate a contract perhaps not + economically advantageous. unspeakable behavior.

The industrial company where I worked had requested a quote for a connection to be used as a backup in case of failures to the normal connection provided by another operator.
Before signing the new contract, the owner asked to also insert the P2P protocol. The representative of Telemar, with questionable tones, replied that he does not do it otherwise "at night you start unloading", and refused the contract.

Despite my persistent complaints (as your disservice was insistent), I proceeded to pay the bill of your technician for empty appointments. I have also paid in full for every single two months for the connection not working (we are 5 months now). The result, as expected by an unimpressive company, was an elusive attitude of your technician in front of my requests to come and repair your equipment and restore the service once all, without considering the falsity of the operator, Luckily registered (as it is my right to do and use in case of a legal dispute), is it ever that you deny this too.
I am no longer willing to tolerate this situation further, reply to emails.
This company is not recommended, very bad experience.

ps: I forgot; the payment made and - not due - to your technician will probably cost me a further bank transfer. Given the impropriety of the latter to tell me an incorrect number iban shortly before the transfer and writing me as an answer to the receipt newsletter in email (sent in a hurry from the undersigned to plead again his intervention following my payment NOT DUE, hoping that at least this time respecting days and times) that the iban has changed. That is, he had the bank's new iban at hand and wrote to me by email the old one (all provable), with the complicity of the operator that I heard on the phone before the banking operations. But by chance, did not you know? This happened in less than two hours. The star is a gift, just to publish the review, because it is not possible to make fun of people in this way.

This provider would be good if it weren't that I often call for ping problems and because the connection doesn't always arrive at full band, for example today I called for a ping problem (over 100) and they replied that it's all normal and which is probably my problem, so I downloaded an application (pingplotter) that shows me where the ping problem comes from and it was derived exactly from mix.telemar and it is not the first time it happens for this I am not very happy .. anyway for when the connection goes without problems .. it is good
