Perfect reception venue. Great atmosphere, wonderful, attentive staff, delicious food. Would highly recommend if looking for a venue for a smaller reception.

We are so grateful that Patton s and their staff offered a Thanksgiving buffet this year! Every item on the buffet was perfection, but Stacy is what made our holiday so memorable! She was our server and her customer service skills are unmatched. We will be back for brunch just to see her!

Beautiful Venue! I did a wedding rehearsal here and they were very accommodating, it was set up gorgeously, and they had no problem with any requests made.

Patton's catered our wedding in 2016. Our experience from initial contact to tasting to our wedding was phenomenal. Their service and menu options are truly the best in the New Orleans area.

It has been well over a year since our wedding, and we are still being told the food was the best anyone has ever had. We cannot thank Patton's enough for making our special day even more perfect by providing us with a memorable meal and service that kept us at ease.

I contacted Patton's via the email form on their website Friday in search of a caterer for my wedding. I waited a few days and didn't get a response. I figured that since it was the weekend maybe they hadn't gotten to it or maybe they never got it. So, I called that Monday morning and was told someone would get back to me when they got into the office later that day. I called twice late in the afternoon and no answer (so I left a message). I still didn't get a response or a call back. I called the next day and spoke to someone else who apologized and said they would get on that and send me an email with information. I explained that my venue provided a staff and buffet tables and serving dishes/etc. and if it was possible, I would like a custom quote so I don't have to pay for those things twice (with the venue and the caterer). She said she would see what she could do and shoot me an email.
I STILL never received anything. No emails. No phone calls, no questions. Nothing.
I just called back, was transferred to a different line, and was then told they can't provide wedding catering "without the staff" because they've never done that before. I can understand that. So I asked about getting a whole package, including the staff and dishes etc. etc. etc. (even though I don't want to pay for staff and serving dishes/utensils TWICE). She said they won't do it at all because it's too far from them.
After all this time, no one could contact me and tell me that? I have caterers from New Orleans, Covington, and Pass Christian (all of which are farther from my venue than Patton's) that will travel and try to work with me and give me quotes... but Patton's can't even give me a call to tell me they can't/ won't?
I'm really disappointed. I was really hoping they could work with me because their menu is so wonderful and so perfect for what we want. I'm also disappointed that I had to chase them down and contact them so many times to be told flat out no.

If you're considering Patton's for their delicious catering, or their beautiful indoor/outdoor venue for a wedding, event, or private rehearsal dinner/brunch, don't waste your time, BOOK THEM NOW! We booked them for all of the above and couldn't be happier! They are absolutely top notch and have the BEST food in the New Orleans area, including their famous Jazz fest crawfish sacks. We had to reschedule and relocate our wedding during COVID and Patton's made it a breeze! It truly was a magical wedding weekend and all our guests are still raving about the delicious food and gorgeous venue. We can't thank Patton's enough!

There are certain things in life that are simply hard to come by easily. And, as humans we all have faults and come expect some level of disappointment when dealing with others. But very now and then and rarely when you are planning something with so many variables do you find an organization that delivers perfection. From the planning to the mouth watering food they plate up and serve you can t ask for a better team. The hoops we all have to jump through to make any type of event happen these days can be maddening. With Patton s every step of the way was either a slam dunk or nothing but net, swoosh! I hope you already know about their food. If you haven t I suggest you add Sunday brunch to your calendar very soon.
We planned a wedding and replanned it during the pandemic.Then we had to sweat out a late season hurricane that threatened plans a, b and c. No one saw that hurricane coming. We had to come up with new contingency plans less than a week out and Erin from Patton s was there to listen to me rant about things beyond anyone s control then offer some new alternatives.
Fortunately we were able to stick with plan A and it will be a celebration that will be hard to forget.
If you want to take some of the stress out of planning your wedding or next event I would strongly suggest giving Patton s a call.

I would rate Patton s 100 stars if I could!!!! Patton s did a phenomenal job for our wedding!!!!!! The food was awesome, the service from the staff was out of the world!!! Everyone was so friendly and professional!!! All of the food was hot and fresh !! ALL of the staff was eager to help with anything we asked, they even helped me load my car with my gifts and left over food at the end of the night because I was exhausted!
Erin helped us from beginning to end with our menu, she is very efficient and helpful she is AMAZING!!! I would recommend Patton s to ANY AND EVERYONE!!!!!!!! We Thank EVERYONE at Patton s soooo much !!!!

Patton s catered my daughter s wedding in April 2019. They were easy to work with, very professional and did an amazing job! Best of all, the food was delicious and our guests all raved about it! Thank You Erin and Roxanne!
