There are certain things in life that are simply hard to come by easily. And, as humans we all have faults and come expect some level of disappointment when dealing with others. But very now and then and rarely when you are planning something with so many variables do you find an organization that delivers perfection. From the planning to the mouth watering food they plate up and serve you can t ask for a better team. The hoops we all have to jump through to make any type of event happen these days can be maddening. With Patton s every step of the way was either a slam dunk or nothing but net, swoosh! I hope you already know about their food. If you haven t I suggest you add Sunday brunch to your calendar very soon.
We planned a wedding and replanned it during the pandemic.Then we had to sweat out a late season hurricane that threatened plans a, b and c. No one saw that hurricane coming. We had to come up with new contingency plans less than a week out and Erin from Patton s was there to listen to me rant about things beyond anyone s control then offer some new alternatives.
Fortunately we were able to stick with plan A and it will be a celebration that will be hard to forget.
