Called the service dept several times, I got no response. my car has been there for over a week, diagnosed, and there are cars still in front of mine to be fixed. The guy at the service department wanted to argue with me about who my service advisor was and the girl wanted to argue with me about leaving a message on my phone. I can show her that there are no messages. I left a message for the general manager Ray Cox and he has not called me back. I will drive to Shreveport from now on for any car problems that I have.
