A beautiful shop but the staff are condescing.
They refuse to sell to individuals from the Genevois area saying that their boutique is only for individuals who live within a 2kms.
I would really recommend buying from Rolex. At least they are willing to work with you.
Today I came with my family to visit the museum, before coming, we checked the closure etc on Google and the site but when we arrived we came across a paper on the port that it is closed, you have to mark that on your site and on Google.
Absolutely the best service and attentiveness to my husband and I when we visited this boutique last week. Thank you
Great place to buy one of the most beautiful watches in the world
The staff very helpful and patience, even the watch we looking not available, they willing to serve you and show the watch you would like to try
Perfect home and professional intelligence ... j aime
This must be the most beautiful boutique in all of Geneva. The staff is incredibly gracious and hospitable. If you love Patek Philippe timepieces and the history behind the Brand, this is the place for you. I will definitely be back soon. 10/10.
Lovely presentation, with knowledgeable staff that is fluent in English, Spanish Mandarin and a bevy of other languages. Truly the right watch shopping experience.
History & Luxury and a Patek, with generosity, thanks to Thomas, best watch I ever seen.
Outstanding. Absolutely splendid. The new 2019 models are absolutely beautiful. These are the top of the Swiss matchmaking by a family owned company. Owning a patek is a true pleasure.
Swiss luxury watch and clock manufacturer founded in 1839. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious watch manufacturers in the world. Currently holds the title of the most expensive watch ever sold at auction, fetching 24 million US dollars in 2014
I had two watches serviced there and the service was impeccable. The staff explained everything well, was responsive to emails, and delivered the watches on the second floor carefully. They did almost give me someone else's watches upon pick up but I hope that was a rare mistake (they were the same complications and the same last name and possible same initials). The staff even helped install a custom strap I had brought in.
Patek Philippe is the leader of haute hologerie . The Patek Philippe Salon in Geneva is Patek s flagship and has almost all models on display, yes even the Nautilus range.
Visiting the Salon was a beyond expectations experience and a recommendation to true watch enthusiasts.
Looking forward to my next visit.
It is an Amazing place with the most beautiful watches and most expensive watches in the world. The setup is done very beautifully and elegantly and the staff is very polite. Very helpful and always smiling.. it is a must stop if you are in the heart of Geneva.. the security level is high which makes you feel very safe and privileged..
The staff is friendly and professional here. I got almost everything I want! Fantastic service and fabulous in stock!
Had my watch serviced here. Despite being a complicated watch it took only sixth month which I know sounds like a lot, but actually is very reasonable for a complicated time piece. The Salon is a monument in its own right. For first time visitors it can be a little intimidating. It reopened in the mid 90ies after a two year full restoration incorparating artisan building and restoration techniques. It does get busy from time to time but staff are usually friendly and always professional. Be aware: this place has really nothing for sale but they do have the near full Patek Philippe product range available to try on. Almost all watches are display models and although they are real they have been disabled (non fucntioning display models). This iconic place is a must visit, whether you are familiar with Patek Philippe or not.
Flagship store of the world renowned watch maker. Anyone into luxury time pieces need to visit this store. World class service and attention to detail as my wife and I was in the boutique. We were treated with respect and care throughout. We ended up picking a great time piece for my wife.
Just picked my watch which got serviced. Very un-friendly staff. No coffee offered. Strong vibe that I was not welcomed. Yikes - it s a $30,000 watch, would think service would be much better.
Very welcome, nice staff and smiling.
On the other hand, I find that the decoration and the furniture are a little dark to highlight the magnificent products exposed in the windows.
Quality service, even if my watch was set with the summer schedule (and that we are in November).
First-class, and professional work even for foreign traveler. The interior is awesome.
Nessa is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is enthusiastic and made the adventure a lot of fun! Nessa, is knowledgable in all of the collections. The experience was pressure free and I felt they really cared about finding the right timepieces for us.
Museum was shut. But only heard great things from people that have been
Very traditional. When you first arrive you sees all the watches in the windows. One amazing thing about it is the double door security. The watches are beautiful and the staff are nice.
Magical and dreamy place for lovers of beautiful watchmaking
Very disappointed, refusal of sale to customers, because they want to increase the price of watches and their market value, they have already increased the caralogue sale price by 25% which is shameful. But refuse to sell to Swiss customers because they keep the cronyism between cross-border workers. They have stock but will refuse to tell you the truth, lying is the key to their success because Patek makes bad watches with the worst movements in the world. I still wonder why everyone wants a Patek, one-way winding movement what a joke. An Aquanaut that normally costs 10,000.- costs 17,000 today and dust is shameful, not talking about nautilus. In addition to being ugly, these knockers are overpriced to make people believe that the target clientele is supposedly VIP.
A shame!
The Patek Philippe watch store in Geneva, on Rue de Ron, in Switzerland, is a more expensive museum in which each next room is even more striking in its splendor. In the windows there are various models of watches, which, oddly and very surprisingly, must be ordered and waited, more than one year, maybe even two or three)))), and some models sellers of the store accept the order and warn that earlier than in five years you will not become the owner of these watches, which, however, are made even of none of gold, but of ordinary steel))))
