If are considering these guys make sure you get a very detailed understanding of what it is they're going to be doing and shop it around with other firms. I liked the engineer I worked with personally (Gary), but the owner Ed is about as arrogant as you'll find in the business (I was warned by several people, but we had a nice first meeting so I decided to go ahead and hire them)
It cost me over $3,000 realize my business wasn't big enough for their liking. They basically took a survey I had previously paid for, and put a rough sketch over the map, came to one 30 min working session with the town and that was it.
I thought maybe this is what all engineering firms do, but I switched and have had double the results and production for half the cost with another firm. Since then I have heard from three other people that Parrone is a money pit. From my limited knowledge they seem to be competent, but I found them to be way overpriced.
