Gentlemen, how are you?
My name is Eduardo Alberto dos Santos and on 06/15 I received an email and a call from Bianca Do Parla's recruitment and selection claiming that I had passed the interview and that I would start at the Parla on 06/18.

It was the best news I had received in the past few days given the market situation.
On 06/15 I already ran with Xerox of documents and photo, and fix everything to start on 06/18. When I arrived at Parla, I was well received and made the integration with other employees of different products and areas of expertise. I filled out benefits documentation among others for hiring. After lunch, I was called for separate training on Parla's management tools like electronic time sheet and etc. After finishing this basic training I went to a room where my peers and coordinator were waiting for me. I was introduced to each of them and expressed their anxiety on my arrival to help with the operation.
After taking a photo for the HR badge, I was called by an HR analyst where in a room she informed me that the client had not signed the growth and therefore I could not continue with my hiring. The analyst handed over my documents and asked me to wait for a position in this process and if I had any other immediate opportunity I would get in touch for a specific interview, since I have already gone through the entire internal process of the company. After a day of hope, anxiety and brilliance in seeing a company that I identified with, I came to disappointment.
After a month, here I come across the following images on the internet:

New vacancies were being posted for Telemarketing Supervisor and I was not called for an interview or the possibility to participate again through a selection process.
As I sought more understanding, I noticed that I am not the only one who is going through this with Parla:

Then I ask, is it simply a NON-SIGNATURE OF THE CUSTOMER NEW GROWTH?
Of course not! This is already a company profile due to the poor preparation of an inefficient company R&S team. The bad thing is that for sure other people continued to be deceived due to the lack of transparency of this company.
I would like to thank the opportunity not given by PARLA and demonstrate my indignation to everyone on the Board. I hope this email will help others like me who need it so much and after long interviews and waiting for an opportunity they can REALLY celebrate a new start at a SERIOUS company.
