I've been working for 4 years and I've seen and lived everything in this company. Psychological and power abuse by supervisors and managers are the most frequent. People earn high commission based on fraud and perks. Work right and be satisfied with 1 minimum wage and a maximum of 300 reais commission subject to absurd discounts. Supervisors expose employees to ridicule without any modesty in the operation and we cannot count on management to appeal any rights.
