My wife and I traveled from Statesville to look at a f150. We drove my trade. Looked at truck and was interested. I told salesman Harris that I need it to be $20000 out the door with my trade. He kept going back and forth to the finance manager. Couldn't do it. I said no problem I will go somewhere else. He didn't like that so as my wife and I sat in his office he's talking to the finance manager. Finally the finance manager comes in, sits in front of us, didn't say hello or introduce himself, just got to talking about numbers. As he was talking he was spitting tobacco juice in the office trashcan! Very unprofessional!!! So than he tells me that I should keep my car because it was a piece of junk all because a week ago I broke my drivers side inside door handle and had pliers to open from inside till my new one came in. It's a mercury Milan in excellent condition. He rubbed me the wrong way. He said to stop making payments on it and get this truck. I said that's unprofessional and walked out. Went to Hilbish Ford and got what I wanted even better with the price I wanted plus $3000 on my trade. Will never come here again .
