I went in expecting another turn down but then the clouds opened and down came an angel in a blue polo shirt and his name was Albert. This man was 110% committed to helping me get in the car of my choice and by gosh he did just that.

Searched online for several days. Parks had the best price for the value of the car. Negotiations and transaction went very well. I was satisfied.

Carmen was a delight to work with. My wife wanted to adopt her and take her home. She was patient with my wife and made sure she showed her every vehicle that my wife was in the market for. She did find what she was looking. Carmen went above and beyond by starting to help my wife on Friday calling and asking her what she was looking for. And then continued to stay in touch until we got there on Saturday. Thanks Carmen for all your help and would recommend her to anyone.

Then the Nightmare started the next Friday. Dealership called and said that my wife had not been approved for loan. Question how can you be approved and then a week later not. Well I found out how after several phone calls. I don't know who BUT someone falsified information on my wife application. She was not asked to fill out one they just asked her a few questions. ( what her hourly pay was and how many hours a week she worked ) Answer was part time X amount per hour and 25 to 30 hours a week. Simple answer right. Wrong because someone needs to take math over again when they put she grossed 2600.00 dollars a month working part time. Called several times trying to get everything worked out but every place the sent her info to get it financed had the same falsified info. Long story short called my bank gave the correct information and within an hour she was approved with a whole lot better interest rate than dealership offered the day we left with vehicle. My bank said there was no reason she should had been denied other than false information the dealership provided.
Tried several times to contact some kind of management there But of course they are always with a customer or in a meeting. Have yet to receive a call back from anyone. To date I have left 15 messages and no response. Very disappointed

I have had 2 vehicles repaired at the body shop. They did excellent work. On one job they didn't get the paint color right to my liking. He said it was within allowable ranges, but because I wasn't happy he repainted it, without any attitude. Very courteous. I liked that a lot. I have bought 4 vehicles from there and Harris Dixon was my salesman. Harris is the guy you want when you go to buy a car. Knowledgeable and professional. I have called him on multiple occasions to ask him questions about vehicles and he was helpful and courteous. They have the best prices on vehicles. I research for weeks before I buy and nobody has lower prices. I have all my vehicles serviced there and I drive almost an hour to get there. They do the job right. That's just my two cents. Good people deserve notice.

The employees at this establishment know how to treat their customers with care. I worked closely with a gentleman named Gama and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to show me what options I had within my budget. Overall, I was able to find something I was satisfied with. Austin Rice was a phenomenal sales rep. I walked in only wanting to discuss financing possibilities and review my options, as well as estimate my trade-in. I walked out with keys to a brand new (used) Nissan Altima. Couldn t be happier with my purchase and the level of customer service provided. 6/5 stars all the way. The surrounding staff members were very welcoming too!!!

Had oil change for about the 4th time. When I asked what brand and type in the beginning I was told 1 brand of oil. The next oil change when I asked, I was told they had changed brands to a synthetic blend which was better. I asked to purchase a extra quart so if I needed to add between changes I would have the right type. They sold me a quart. This time when I asked at check out after my change to purchase a extra quart I was told he did not know what brand because it came in bulk but according thought it was dexos synthetic, and to go back to parts dept to try to get a quart.(my 1st time visit to parts.( In the past they always brought me one to the checkout) When I went to parts I was told they did not have any qts because it was all in bulk. I asked what brand and type so I could purchase the qt. elsewhere. Was told They did not know! I showed the parts man that WHAT SERVICE CHECKOUT HAD WROTE DOWN FOR ME dexos syn. and he said that was not what put in my van! The books called for regular oil, not syn. for my van. At that time a mechanic came up to the parts counter also. I said there is a 5000 mile next service change sticker is on my car. I thought regular oil should be changed every 3000 . He said we are putting 5000 stickers on ALL VEHICKLES NOW ! So I asked what brand reg oil it was so I could get a extra qt. and Neither the mechanic or parts knew!

Felt like I was lied to by manager he called set an appointment for me to come in on a promise he could help me. They couldn't help me but took up 4 hours of my day and promised to call me with results. I wanted a used car but they were trying to get me approved for a new car. I will never use them again or refer anyone to them. Very poor customer service.

He really goes above and beyond, & he called me today (a week after my purchase) to see how things were going with my new car and to see if I had any questions.. Decision on a stock number with vin number was decided online/call with the manager and sales person, upon arrival they said that they made a mistake showing the wrong unit with the stock number online, then wanted me to consider another unit. I had travel an hour and a half. Hummm. Unusual. Left the dealer and the next day I called another dealer found a legit deal travel further I hour plus and drove out with a better deal in a two hour less process. Make sure when you travel to buy a unit online/call and you make you have the correct unit and confirmed it. I did confirmed but still the dealer claimed that made a mistake. Oh well. I pray for this Dealer s management get their online services corrected. The Vietnam War Veteran. Happy to be alive.

Poor customer service and angie the manager wasn't of any help she wasnt willing to come down any on a new 2018 they didnt sell she said they aren't aggressive dealer like sir Walter Chevrolet so they couldn't help me

Pitiful ,I drove over 400 miles to buy a polaris slingshot,upon arrival,the unit had double the miles that was advertised the salesperson broke the hood hinge and then tried to deny it,I asked to speak to the owner and of course ( unavailable) sales manager Greg,of whom reassured us that if we stayed the night ,he would gladly reimburse us for our motel ,all we were required to do was send and itemized receipt.which we faxed to the dealership with his name mentioned as asked.to date NO REIMBURSEMENT NOT EVEN A WORD FROM THE DEALERSHIP, I WOULDN'T TRUST THEM AT ALL ,TRUST IS EARNED,THEY APPARENTLY DO NOT BELIEVE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR DO THEY KEEP THEIR WORD.BUYER BEWARE.

Finally fixed the issue with me Car after taking it 3 times.

Short and to the point: Parks Chevrolet...and Brandon Suits in particular....are one of the few transparent and ethical dealerships out there. I would highly recommend them if you want a small town mom and pop type ethically run experience.

Our family has done business with Park Chevrolet in the past for both servicce and a purchase. My wife had her vehicle breakdown late in the evening in front of their dealership. They took our vehicle in, (not a Chevrolet) made the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. They also worked with us when we were looking for a new car for our daughter. We got a reliable used vehicle at reasonable price with a warrantee.

When I went to Park Chevrolet this time I wasn't fully committed to purchasing new vehicle and was really still just kicking tires. My circumstances were that I had multiple vehicles to trade, both paid for and one of which had high mileage. My expectations were that even with high mileage one of my vehicles had a reasonable retail value. I knew this would require some negotiation on my part. The Sales Representative was upfront about the reality of what my vehicles values were, but was willing to work with me. We reviewed the numbers and I left with the offer with some descions to be made.

The following day I had an appointment to have one of my vehicles serviced and was given an appraisal that was a noticeable difference. This dealership had almost the identical vehicle and was going to give me several thousand dollars more for my trade-ins. I went back to Park and they were willing to work with me and came back with a new offer. They increased the trade in values of my vehicles that made the deal happen.
Their Sales and supporting staff were very pleasant and profeesional . They were flexible and willing to work with me to make this happen. We have dealt with several dealerships in the Triad area and Park Chevrolet by far has been the best experience in both Service and Sales. They will be the only dealership my family and go to for our future business.

I highly recommend Sofia pulido. She has a great personality and she is so easy to talk to. She has a positive energy with good communication skills. She ll answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

This will be the third vehicle I have bought from there and it will be the last. The value given for my trade seemed to be fair at the time of the deal. Afterwards I see that the car had not even gone through their inspection process and was listed at over 50% of what I was offered in trade. What bothers me about this is that I was assured, there was "no way, we will list you vehicle at that price" To put it simply I was lied to and that is what bothers me the most. I understand profit must be made to stay open. But this was is just simply unacceptable. This is taking advantage of people. For anyone interested in which car. Its a 2011 Camaro SS in Red Jewel Metallic. I highly suggest you don't pay over 15.5K for the car. Thats a 20% markup over what was given for the trade. Folks, do your research and trust your gut.
