Park Plaza - Gurgaon Review

Nice place to stay. Good hosting, service is good , food tasty , veg- nonveg both delicious, nice Bar ,
Must visit and stay.

Good hotel in Gurgaon. A bit far for Delhi visitors however the nearby Metro takes you to Delhi but takes 15 to 45 minutes depending where you want to go. (Metro is faster than car.)

The red velvet cake was really good and the staff was very good and courteous. Also had a pastry and that was also good. The chocolate truffle cake was average and the taste was not good. The chocolate had a weird taste.

Good business hotel. Breakfast was excellent and so was the service

Was looking forward to give 5 star but kept one star for some improvement areas. Staying first time here and like the service. Lot of Hotels spend on infrastructure, ambience etc and lack the basic in service industry I.e the personal touch who connects with the client, this personal touch is great at Park Plaza, Gurgaon. Keep it this way all the time.

We came to the hotel and one room was unavailable due to some technical reasons but we were not notified.

Value for Money. Decent Spread. Buffet Dinner with (Served) 2 Veg & Non veg starters. Enjoyed

Amazing rooms for stay. The service was great probably because it is not a huge property. Although we had to face some issues initially at the from desk but overall stay was good. They serve tasty food

Very nice hotel if you could get it for under 4k per night..

It is always hard to compare hotels from different countries and in different price ranges. But for this rating, I compare it to a hotel in Sweden that cost more or less the same, but in Sweden, this would be an average hotel, in India this is an expensive one. I visited the hotel on a business trip and stayed for almost 2 weeks.

At first glance, the hotel looks nice with all its marble. The hotel is well staffed and everyone is polite (a bit too polite for me as a Swede). The room looks well cleaned. There is a pool, a small gym (equipped enough to not let you go totally) and two restaurants. The bed in the room is quite hard, which I appreciated but I think it would be too hard for many. The hotel offered a possibility to change your money to smaller bills, which was highly appreciated.

But when you look more thoroughly you find a lot of issues, issues that should have been adressed.

* The bathroom sink was cracked.
* The refrigerator is hidden inside a cupboard - looks nice but make it impossible for the refrigerator to stay cool.
* The room is cleaned on all open spots but there are a lot of spots that were not cleaned at all, for example, I moved the phone to another table and by doing so extended the cord, which was cover in a thick layer of dusk. Multiple such spots could be found.
* When I ordered room service I was asked when they should collect the dishes. Two hours after the said time the dishes have not been collected. I put them out in the hallway, the morning after they were still not collected. When I got back to my room in the afternoon they were gone. This was repeated multiple times.
* The non-slip bath mat was moved to a new position every day. A small thing but when it seems like they want to do everything else in perfect repetition every day it was annoying.
* There was a small nail in the threshold that destroyed my sock one day. However, this was fixed as soon as I pointed it out.
* The pool is shallow and in a weird shape making hard to do any fun in, your more or less left to get in the pool and just sit there, maybe walk around a bit.
* There are only two chairs suitable for sunbathing around the pool, one of these was half broken.
* It seems to be a bar close to the pool, however, every time I was there it was closed.

The food in the restaurants was good but nothing special, a bit expensive though. Especially The Great Kabab Factory, but on the other hand, you could eat as much as you wanted.

I only visited the breakfast once, it offered a lot of different dishes and seemed nice but nothing special.

So, for the price, you don't get that good of a hotel. But there is nothing majorly wrong with it either.

Bad location, but okay hotel. We struggled to sleep because it was party every night on the suite with screaming and dancing in the corridor all night. We took this up several times with the hotel, but they apologized for the fact that it was the owner (!!) attached and therefore they could not do anything.
So simply staying here will never be more or could recommend this hotel to anyone. On the contrary.

Good view easy to find situated at the main road near to Huda City center metro station it it's situated at corporate type area but posh area

I visited kabab factory..so can't much review for this hotel..

Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids one being 12 years paid 4700 online but then they again charged 1500 for extra bed which is not done anywhere else... Ordered milk at night around 11:30 for 2 years daughter which was not provided at all... Pathetic!!!

It was very poor experience staff is very bad they don't care about you once you confirm your booking
Food quality is also bad and rate is to high
No one is there to help u

Overall good but be careful with what food you order for room service, as the restaurant staff has no clue of some items from the menu. They don't speak English and they don't know the names of items listed on the menu.
Otherwise a good experience with the hotel. Staff is courteous and the room is ok. I'd say its just about a 3 star hotel.

Good Place with Terrace Top Party arrangement along with swimming pool.You can have Day night Party ,kitty party , reception , wedding arrangements

Option limited but can't complain it's midnight brunch

A nice biryani destination. And not to forget the great kabab factory too.

The hotel was nice and the terrace area was well maintained, but service was a bit lacking.

Went for buffet dinner..Was good though not as many selections
