Park Plaza - Gurgaon Review

Sushant lol phase 1 gurugram room no.45 Only one night stay and very good over all performance of parkplaza

Two week before our company had a pre Diwali party at Hotel Park Plaza on the Terrace. The ambiance was superb and the food and the service was great thanks Mr. Narayanan for providing us such a great service.
The best part of the party was the music provided by DG Event. The sound was so good and the operator Mr. Ankesh was best in his class with nice collection of Bollywood, Hollywood and all types of songs.

Big terrence, the staff is great....for pool parties it'll be good place to be...well organized..mid night biryani or buffet is awesome with great ambience n ofcourse 24*7 bar....

Beautiful hotel and good management. I love it and enjoy here.

Tasty and quality food served...

Absolute nightmare customer service. They will overcharge by almost double even when the rack rate shown is half. Then they will promise to send the invoice by email and never send it. When asked to register a formal complaint at the hotel, they will lie and tell you that no such feedback mechanism exists! So much for a star rated hotel and customer satisfaction!

3 months experience for food and beverage and housekeeping and last is front office

Not a pleasant staying for me this time in this Gurugram Hotel. Noise (not because of the Diwali but the cleaning at the restaurant at around 11pm), cigars smelling room (despite it was a non smoking room - that was changed after complaining) and I've got dirty greasy spoon on the table (discovered after having the first taste of a morning yogurt). I surely won't come back next time

A very disappointing rather unexpected behaviour by the staff of park plaza in the restaurant kebab factory
Abusive content , something which should not be used anywhere especially in the field of hospitality and management was EXPERIENCED by us by the chef (Sonu) , someone who is expected to take care of his diners used abusive language in front of all his guests
Secondly service was pathetic , no coordination between the waiters , mismanagement of food service at the Great Kebab Factory

It's a beautiful clean Hotel which is adhering to, all Covid Safety norms. Polite & Humble FO & F&B Staff.
Rooms are Clean with Sparkling White Bed-Spreads & Towels.

It's ok, worth the price you pay. Rooms are well decorated and spacious. Food is good, room service can be made better.

If you have mid night cravings then must go for a Midnight Biryani buffet best in taste and in cakes must go for a Valentine s Day special bakery.

Had Dinner on Terrace - Sky Lounge . Nice ambience and great view of Millenium city from top!

THE BEST HOTEL IN GURGAON , CLEANED ROOMS , VERY DELICIOUS FOOD AND THE SERVICE IS QUITE AMAZING. I'VE BEEN TO CROWN PLAZA BUT PARK PLAZA IS BETTER THAN CROWN PLAZA AS PARK PLAZA IS WORTH THE MONEY.

the place is open all night. tried pastries there. it lies in a little high cost segment. though the taste is worth it.

Awesome experience great staff checkin done in 5 minutes same for checkout spacious rooms great ambience amazing pool little details like they bring you towels without even asking when you are in pool, room ac was already on when i entered these little details make your stay much better and comfortable. great experience that too in such a great price everything was clean bed was comfortable all in all a great hotel loved it if you are a value for money person trust me you will love it

The midnight buffet is the high point of this hotel. The mutton korma and biryani is to die for... They have great hospitality and hygiene standards

Good food, better services, well educated staff, nd front desk staff so helpful

Very nice hotel. Near to yellow metro line which connects qutub minar and red fort. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast offers.veg and nonveg, south and north Indian food.

Rooms were quite elegant and clean restrooms. Swimming pool on the top floor was also good.

Located close by metro station.

Breakfast was quite ok however it could be improved with some varieties.

Service was also good. Nice view from the terrace and good to spend an evening.

The ambience of Park Plaza is ver good. It has a vallet parking. The view from treeace is awsome.It too has a small swimming pool on its terrace which provides a very good view for selfie lovers. In all its good. I liked the hotel. Morover its nearby Huda City Metro Station Gurgaon. Thanks

Went their for breakfast on Sunday with family. Opting for buffet breakfast.

Everything was good but got loose motion after two days constant dinner party
