Park Plaza - Gurgaon Review

Good hotel. Very cooperative staff. Good food as well. Great ambience.

Ok place, nothing too great. Breakfast was not good IMHO.

We had Rooftop booked for our corporate dinner. Property is beautiful, they have an amazing pool. But food was not as good as property and at the end it matters the most.

Lousy buffet today . Sickening salad arrayed with equally bad choice of main menu . Have visited this restaurant a number of times since 2006 never as appalling as today !

They have two restraints in ground floor which serves very tasty food.

Went there for midnight Biryani buffet after all the hype. Didn't live up to the expectations. They have only one veg/chicken Biryani, Paneer salan, salad, raita and phirni. Limited options for the price paid. No starters or anything.

Location-
Located in the heart of gurgaon, with just a stones throw away from the main huda city Centre metro station, this can easily be termed as one of the nicest business hotel in Gurgaon.
Staff-
Polite, informative, well dressed and courteous staff os what greets you at the front desk.
Rooms-
Separate zones/ floors with clear demarcation for smoking and non smoking rooms is a good idea. Nice, spacious rooms with clean linen and all basic amenities welcome you when u check in the rooms.

In room dinning-
A well elaborate menu and multi cuisine options to choose from for your in room Dining desires.

The best part is it gives a wired connection for internet. Very good for skype calls and meets. Food is a bit better than average. Facility is 4 star. Staff is courteous.

Nice property good food if you are looking for some kababs and all visit kabab factory very good mughlai indian food and kababs.

Park Plaza is a very good hotel ... But for some reason they hire interns for their front office work which messes it up.. the Dinner n breakfast buffet is amazing.. overall a good hotel for business trips as well as leisure..

Wonderful place to stay in Gurgaon. Helpful staff, fast check in, amazing breakfast, great gym, rooftop restaurant, midnight biriyani are the ones which definitely helps me decide on a place. If it's yours as well give it a try, you won't be disappointed

I felt a little uncomfortable here in the conference hall.

This hotel is located nearby HUDA City metro station which makes the location very convenient to spot and commute. On the other since my visit was for a professional purpose I could suggest that hotel could be chosen as one of the optimum places to select for any conferences, meetings, business lunches or corporate stay. The hospitality is super warming as is the food and banquet hall have good space. The hotel rooms are also nice.

Rooms are comfortable, having king size bed along with study table, single seater Sofa are few to note. Temperature controlled rooms. Buffet breakfast was Good. Staff was polite.

The great kebab factory is an ideal place to take foreign visitors for an Indian dinner

Infrastructure is good, but Service is not up to mark.

Staff are friendly, rooms are quite large with a desk to work from.

We went there for lunch. Their restaurant named The Kabab Factory is excellent. Very tasty food and interior of restaurant is also very charming. Both veg and non veg food was excellent.

Loved the stay here. Rooms were good and cozy. Breakfast was good only thing I missed in breakfast was something sweet dish. The location of this hotel is good it's just few meters away from Huda City Center so it's well connected to Delhi and Gurgaon. The only issue i faced was I booked through Booking.com but due to some issue on their it got booked for day so i then booked again at Hotel counter for night stay.

Very nice hotel. Good staff. Clean and good ambience. The service is consistently good. Never had any complaints. The location is a bit tricky and sometimes google maps can end up taking you around in circles.. but it's a visible building from the road. Traffic can be heavy though because it's right in the hub of Gurgaon close to Huda City Centre. Amenities are not that great but that's to be expected for a Hotel this size.

The great kabab factory serves good non-veg... Pastry shop is good.

Loved the stay. Room size was good n cleanliness up to the mark. Mattress could have been better but overall loved it.
