Park Plaza - Gurgaon Review

Room are well maintained but food quality is average.

Booked rooms for the marriage.. poor room service.. also the sheets were not clean. Washrooms and lighting were also not in good condition. Inviting guests and not cleaning up ,highly disappointing. With the catering at the function the counters were never ready for the guests service at any hour. Poor service and hospitality.

Well located, clean rooms, and facilities. Rooftop pool. Rooms look a bit dated. Breakfast is decent, with live egg, South Indian, and pancake/ waffle counters.

Executive Rooms are too spacious and very neat & clean, i loved to stay in this hotel, breakfast was very good.

The place has really good/spacious rooms for the price and location but the breakfast buffet was really bad

Nice open terrace party place along with pool & that's just amazing

Check in was smooth and staff was cooperative, we booked it from booking.com so whatever amenities and facilities they mentioned there half of those were missing

We attended a marriage on 19th Jan They have small rooms but starters were very nice

Very much disappointed with Air condition. That was not working well. I cannot believe that receptionist not hear properly what guest felt. Bruhh you were charged fully cost of rooms but not gave a proper service. Very bad experience with you guys.

One of the best hotel around HUDA City centre metro..

It's been 6 years since we stayed in this hotel... But the experience was truly amazing.
We were treated like royals! Staff provided everything one needs before we even had a chance to ask. Lunches that we had in the hotel were very, very good and the waitress served us with passion, explaining every dish and showing best ways of eating them like locals would. Saloni was very informative, friendly and helped to make our stay feel special.
Not to mention, we were upgraded to wonderful and modern executive suite after we've made a mistake and checked in Park Plaza in completely different part of Delhi

I love this hotel , roof top swimming pool and all sitting areas maintain so beautifully way.

hr executive Mr.Hardik was nice and humble ,have a great conversation with him regarding new plans and businesses.

It is a good place to have a offical meeting at the cafe. The place is calm and nice.

Poor Parking space and very less drivers for vallet parking.. Service Road in front of Hotel is too narrow and unsafe for driving...

Everyday when visiting able to see any one of flower. It is amazing...

Excellent staff who is always serving with smile. Kabab factory food and choice available is great and so is breakfast. The location is easy to get, it is 5 minutes from the HUDA city center metro station.

Limited vegetarian food options on new years party at 31st December. Overall all good ambience!!! Can be explored for small parties and get togethers!!!

The management was very bad means very very bad.
Ambience and taste was so bad the main thing is management and behaviour with guest is very bad worst hotel. Kitchen was very dirty all equipment was bad.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Waipa is beaten free and the buffet is enough for Indian food experience. I don't want to eat second and the curry was very delicious.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious. Situated on main road. Hotel staff was very courteous and soft spoken. Food in restaurant will satisfy your taste buds. Over all its a good option to stay here.
