Please stay away from this company they are very rude and careless about there policy holders.

They did not pay my friend claim and he should sue them . Scam. I am glade I left them .

Very dissatisfied with my experience thus far. I will be writing the president of the company a letter as well as reporting to the better business bureau. I was rear ended by a town car insured by this company. Can never get the same person on the telephone, and the people I have spoken to thus far do not return telephone calls that are left on their voicemails. I was told 3 different things by 3 different employees and still have not received repayment for over $1000 that I had to pay for repairs to my vehicle (repayment request was made twice since January and the accident was in December). Something seems very shady with this insurance company. The reason why I gave 2 starts and not 1 is because although frustrating, the staff was courteous and they did send an appraiser to look at my vehicle promptly following the accident.

Park TlC scam .They keep your money no refund no pay claims no service nothing .

Stay clear of this fraudulent insurance company. They are suppose to be paying out on a claim and haven't in almost a year. Every time we call them, they say that it's in the mail. Clearly the Attorney General will need to get involved. And the attorneys involved will have charges filed against them for unethical practices.

They are horrible to deal with. My daughter got into an accident with one of their insured customers. My rep was changed and never even got a call or email advising me if this. Claims rep doesn't answer the phone or reply back to e-mails.
They messed up on rhe rental reimbursement and I'm still waiting for a reply.

When I call company and operator said: why you fvcking call us again(second times).How many time u call today ? I was shocked I m just a victim and customer. This company is maaaaaaaaaaad horrible

We were hit by a clients of Park Insurance and it is has been a terrible time dealing with this company. I live out of state. The employees are very rude. It took me 2 weeks get the Police report from NYPD. Their client never turned in he was in a accident in the Bronx. I had to call the employer of the limo company to get the insurance company and I turned around and called Park Insurance to make sure they had coverage and the gentleman I spoke with was VERY RUDE with me. I ask how we can go from here and his comment to me was there is a thing that we have called a email. It s not my place to make sure your client turned it in where he hit my car. I shouldn t have to do all the leg work just to get my car fixed. Then on Monday July 23rd I get the pleasure(not) to speak with a lady who was very rude to me. I spoke to a supervisor but I m sure nothing was said to either one of them. I live in Ga and I still haven t got my car fixed and today is 30 days. I m still trying to get in touch with the adjuster. I hope they fix my car and they don t cancel my check because I am not paying to get my car fixed. It s a brand new car and I didn t do the damage to my car their client did I will get a attorney if I have too.

Bad customer service when I call to ask a question they yell at me thet are very mean. They keep giving me phone numbers that don't work. I recommend u to not get insurance from them.

This company, very simply put, is dealing in preventative and illegal practices. If you are insured by them I strongly encourage you to switch. As someone who was hit by one of their drivers, the number of times I ve been given the runaround here while attempting to get my claim check is wild. Currently having a lawyer look into their illegal practices.

Stay away from this company. They are unrated and insolvent. They force you to install gps tracking devices through a third party company that your policy instatement is contingent upon. Although essential in trucking I don t find it fair or ethical to make it mandatory through a very expensive third party to keep gps trackers installed. We should be able to do that on our own accord.

Then we can move onto the recent debacle of our insurance going from an already exorbitant rate of $9,000 per month for 5 small box trucks to $17,000 per month because they forgot to endorse two new vehicles that we added on last fall. So, surprise!! You owe us an additional $17,000 in one month or youre screwed. We all know insurance is a joke but these guys take it to the next level. Luckily for us we are selling our company so we no longer have to deal with such an ineffective insurance company. Good riddance Park.

Unprofessional. Horrible service. I have a no-fault claim with this insurance and they are just horrible. Ryan D. never answers his phone/emails and don t hold your breath waiting for a call back.

worst company to deal with they hang up on u when ur trying to have a conversation and i dont know if these guys are getting paid by the hour because they sure dont car about collecting claims im assuming they dont get comision maybe thats why the guy dosnt care

After taking a day off, Natalie Tomasic needed 2 business days to fill my claim in the computer.
She was extremely unpleasant and did nothing to help me.

Avoid this company as much as possible

Although the staff was polite and professional. It took a dozen phone calls, email and me personally going to their office to get a claim check for one of their insured drivers who decided to back into my brand new car. I was given the run around, and found out the manager told the assistant to "hold off" on mailing my check. I was never called about the "hold" and if I didn't call a dozen times they never would have told me that they never mailed my check. Disgusting....

They are scammers . Just want collect money . If you do TlC stay away they have legal issues and they probably will not cover claims. .save your self headach and go to a real company. Also there broker superior is scam artist just want take your money .i am pretty sure that place will close soon as that s not the way to treat customers.

Very rude. My husband got into an accident with a person covered by this insurance. They were claiming it was 50-50 at fault but then we told them we have a camera in our car, we do, they completely switch and claimed 100% fault on their driver.

Debbie snapped on the phone and screamed and yelled like nobody s business. The woman has issues.

They give you the turnaround with everything.

They send you a check for the damage and they cancel the check before you cash it. They claimed that they were informed that we were going to go through our own insurance. Not true.

The mechanic dealing with them did not trust the insurance after the phone calls and claimed that we should pay cash because he will not trust a check sent directly to the mechanic.

I m pretty sure this place is riddled with all kinds of illegal stuff. Terrible place.

All I can say the state should investigate how this company runs . They lie lie lie .bad stay away unless you want chase them in court

from reading the other ratings, Park insurance is a scam, fraud, and doing illegal things. I had the displeasure of finding out that park insurance had cancelled my policy when i provided them with my banking info, when i was pulled over by tlc police. Now my vehicle is in a towing lot and i was told to return my plates. This company should be shut down immediately and im currently going to file a lawsuit against park insurance. stay away!

The worst company ever. Better choose any other company because once you sign in they will get your money! The most expensive insurance provider! Choose somebody else but Park Insurance!!!

I had paid my payment on time every month, and they still reported me at dmv for cancelled my insurance witch I don t know why , I am about to go back to America tri

I got commercial insurance policy for over a year from Park,over 16k a year.
Park cancel my policy and force me to install a camera on my truck.
Camera that cost me $653 and installation $135 plus monthly payment of $38 dollars.
So not happy about it.

Easy to communicate and I would advice to go and ask for more details. (Epecialy for foriegn students)

Whatever you do...... DO NOT do any kind or type of business with this company. They'll do anything to take your money, Swindle you out of your money. I've left Park Insurance Company back in February of this year for TLC purposes, somehow they have finagled their way into the system and still have me as their customer, for this reason TLC will not renew my vehicle license. I have been with another insurance company since March of this year signed all the proper transfer paperwork, and somehow again Park Insurance still has me as their insured. I've heard terrible things about this company and how illegal their operation is, whether it's their Russian immigration scheme that they have going on or their insurance fraud that goes on with their third party brokerage firms, it's amazing to me how this company is still in business in New York City, but wait.... they probably pay their way off to continue business here in our corrupt city of New York...
