They are horrible to deal with. My daughter got into an accident with one of their insured customers. My rep was changed and never even got a call or email advising me if this. Claims rep doesn't answer the phone or reply back to e-mails.
They messed up on rhe rental reimbursement and I'm still waiting for a reply.
