Although the staff was polite and professional. It took a dozen phone calls, email and me personally going to their office to get a claim check for one of their insured drivers who decided to back into my brand new car. I was given the run around, and found out the manager told the assistant to "hold off" on mailing my check. I was never called about the "hold" and if I didn't call a dozen times they never would have told me that they never mailed my check. Disgusting....
