Very rude. My husband got into an accident with a person covered by this insurance. They were claiming it was 50-50 at fault but then we told them we have a camera in our car, we do, they completely switch and claimed 100% fault on their driver.

Debbie snapped on the phone and screamed and yelled like nobody s business. The woman has issues.

They give you the turnaround with everything.

They send you a check for the damage and they cancel the check before you cash it. They claimed that they were informed that we were going to go through our own insurance. Not true.

The mechanic dealing with them did not trust the insurance after the phone calls and claimed that we should pay cash because he will not trust a check sent directly to the mechanic.

I m pretty sure this place is riddled with all kinds of illegal stuff. Terrible place.
