My room was small, as you'd expect for London. Outstanding customer service from all staff I encountered over three nights, I can't speak highly enough of them. More akin to that you'd expect from a 5 star boutique.

Brilliant boutique hotel wth a very modern twist to your stay. Try to avoid the rooms below due to limited network. Reception is warm and friendly. Location is awesome to get around the Earls court area. Price made a whole lot of sense compared to those around with less sophistication. Stayed a night but wished I could stay more.

Great location, nearby subway and many restaurants, great service, very nice room and the bathroom floor was heated! I could just sleep on that floor since it's pretty cold in the room. (took me a while to figure out how to adjust the temperature)

The receptionist with long brown hair needs a lesson on customer service ( maybe the lovely one called frankie and the boys who took my luggage can teach her ) and needs to learn how to talk to her colleagues too.
This was on sunday the 7th July at 5 pm .
Perhaps the manager can check his cameras as this behavior went on for 2 hours.

For the price, this has to be one of the best hotels in London. To say the staff was friendly would be a massive understatement. All front desk and porter staff were super friendly and patient to explain all hotel amenities. Room was spacious, clean and very well stocked. The free wine and snacks were also a much appreciated bonus! My room was quiet and dark at night, so paired with the comfy bed I had a great night sleep. The location is super convenient for Earls Court as it's steps from the tube so it's super easy to get anywhere in London or to LHR. Definitely will stay here again my next time in London!

The staff was very accommodating. Location was central to the tube and other necessities, and tucked away from the city noise and commotion. Rooms were tidy and modern - they had a US outlet option (definitely a pleasant surprise!). Due to our long stay, they offered to upgrade us to one of the largest rooms (no charge). Would recommend and would visit again!

We came here for an indian afternoon tea. This place was absolutely horrible for a vegetarian and coeliac!!
After having sent multiple requests they served us dishes with chicken and gave my wife (who's coeliac) semolina pudding (semolina is wheat!!!) This is a place to avoild and vegetarian or anyone with allergies. Never again!

We had such a lovely stay at this quaint hotel! Great location in cute neighborhood just blocks from the tube. We had a room on the 5th floor with an awesome view. The friendly and amazing staff graciously decorated our room for our anniversary, which was a wonderful unexpected surprise! The room was on the smaller side, but was nicely equipped and had A/C, which helped us feel more comfortable on the hot days. We never tried the breakfast or in-house restaurant, but the menu looked good. All in all, a great stay! Would highly recommend.

This Hotel starts with a great team of staff, very careful with guests in all aspects.
It is located in the center of London, next to the tube, in one of the most beautiful residential areas in the city.
Very good.

How can a hotel not offer a refund with the CV outbreak? Some aren't able to get to London on an international flight. I think they need to reconsider using some empathy and compassion at this time of a serious virus outbreak.

Ideal location in London. Can catch a single line train from nearby Earls Court station
to Heathrow Airport.
High standards all round; staff were exemplary and work as a team when required.
Breakfast area decor, effective layout and the staff provided an memorable experience.
A bonus was the skill of the barrister making superb flat whites.

I called to say it was my friends birthday when she was staying in London. The manager on duty (Alex) said they'd take care of it and put something nice in her room to welcome her and decorate the room. How sweet was that?
Anyway she just sent me photos and the hotel went all out for her - such incredible customer service. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
She was so touched!
Thank you, thank you, Park Grand London, Kensington

Free upgrade, always nice. Hotel is very modern and clean. Staff is helpful and polite.

Not the cheapest of hotels, but when compared with the nearby comparable Marriott, park grand would have my preference.

When you are looking for a hotel in a perfect location (very close to the subway), in the Kensington area, where the customer is spoiled, taken care of, right rooms, with all the possible options (there are even bathrobes, now rare in hotels under 5 stars) '' this is the right hotel. We had a club room, on the third floor, in Valentine's week. Excellent staff, and there are also two Italians at the reception for those who do not have knowledge of the language.

Excellent hotel, location is very good if you are a tourist. All London Attractions are near by. Nearest tube station Earl's Court is about 250 meter from hotel. Rooms are very good with all amenities. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They also have some Indian items in restaurant menu.

Waited until a few hours before we were due to turn up to tell me that they were full and couldn't honour my booking. They offered me a free refund as if they were doing me a favour. Very unimpressed. Won't bother with Best Western again.

I did make booking in this hotel on the 15 of September 2018 for 3 nights, however, when I arrived the reception guy told me that we apologise coz your room, which you booked, it is not available although I called the hotel when I arrived airport by one hour before arriving hotel. They offered me a worse room seen in my life underground. I lost 4 hours of my day from airport to hotel and looking for another hotel.

Just had a fantastic 4 day stay at the Park Grand Kensington where the staff were so helpful and attentive in particular the 3 girls on reception Oriana,Mariana and Alex. We were celebrating our first anniversary and this was made very special for us to remember. The location is fantastic for the tube at Earls Court with only a short walk to the hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good value for money, we were also offered a free complimentary breakfast with cake. Will certainly come back to this hotel again when we visit London in the future.

Rather lovely hotel with comfortable and modern rooms. The room has a microwave which is a plus for me. I asked for slippers and the house keeping was happy to bring me one. The food was tasty. The bathroom was amazing, the bathroom had a floor heating button which heated the floor. Though I had issues with turning the heating on they have came few times to fix it for me which I am grateful about. I would definitely recommend this place.

My experience with this hotel was confusing at best. At noon on the day of my arrival, they left a garbled voicemail saying I'd been moved to their Paddington location at no extra charge. This was puzzling since I booked two months in More

A good base to explore, however, disappointingly overpriced. We were put in a basement room, which meant that the view from our window was a wall below street level. Not a great start.

The corridors were lined with plastic sheeting as the gym was being refurbished and the place was just generally a little tatty.

I suppose that this is a standard price for a hotel in London, but I expected more for the price I paid.

We may as well have been staying in the Travel Lodge or Premier Inn, as it wasn't the height of luxury.

Having stayed last year we was impressed with the hotel but this year completely different for the money we paid the only extra we got were the cleaners banging a door chatting outside the door and making loads of noise as they cleaned the food was dreadful the restaurant supervisor pretty much is clueless of making the customer happy and spent the time we were there making the female waitress do everything

The room wasn't the best. It smelled weird. the bed sagged on one side, which made my back hurt. The was no elevator to the bottom floor, which is where my room was located. The a/c barely worked, it turned on and blew some air, but it wasn't the temperature that the thermostat was set to. There was no TV remote. The breakfast was subpar, all the fruit, yogurt, and juices were warm.
