Beautiful place, super friendly and welcoming staff. My boyfriend and I had a great time

I'm not happy, just buy the dinner package ... I'm not as good as food 2 years ago ... sorry, just give 3 stars ..

The hotel is conveniently close to the city center and the Cikini commuter line station. It is very much like the double tree welcome cookies. The swimming pool is quite pleasant equipped with children play ground special room near the pool. Breakfast is very diverse and waiter who are helpful and fluent english.

I never imagine that Double Tree is a good hotel. When i got there i was impressed by the Koffee corner, and when i got into the room.. it's room. I have good experience when i stayed in Double Tree.

It is an amazing place to stay in Cikini area. Very convenient and location is in central Jakarta. Easy access to go any places in Jakarta. But not many people recognizes this hotel, even though they travel daily here on this street.

The cheap version of the Hilton hotel is no longer here but the location is still adequate in the Menteng area even though it's not on the main road
The advantage of this hotel is the large swimming pool

A modern and magnificent hotel. The interior is contemporary in style. Spacious, clean and contemporary rooms. In the room there are standard facilities + the luxury of the hilton network.

The gym and swimming pool are on the ground. The view of the pool is very beautiful surrounded by shade trees.

Nice big old trees and roomy lounge for tea coffee

Food was excellent. Was there for work and the atmosphere was nice. Didn't expect it to be so spacious at first, but the design just awed me. A perfect combination of luxury and nature. You can hear and see parrots flying around the iconic trees. I'm glad they keep the trees.

Nice hotel with great service! Stayed there for a special event and the staff didn't disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond to make sure it was a memorable one.. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel. The swimming pool is even cleaner and more beautiful than the pictures show. Gorgeous views of the city from the higher rooms.

Koffee is a nice place to hangout. Love their juices (fresh) and cappuccino.

Poor driver, there is no signal at the base of the parking lot, the waiting room is not feasible, there is no waiting room for those who don't smoke, the position of the driver's waiting room is far from the parking lot position

Great hotel and the service of the staff is very good. The most special is the complete coffee menu at breakfast. There's espresso, americano, latte, cappuccino, machiato, piccolo, mochaccino. Complete. Baristanya good. Overall special.

5-star hotel whose facilities are very luxurious, the swiming pool is very spacious

The pool is long, quite large in size for hotels in Jakarta. When checking in, you can find good cookies

Nice hotel but too quiet at times, not much activity in the hotel.

Nothing short to expect from a DoubleTree Hilton, however certain details are quite lacking in general. Overall a good clean property with extra security services. Prime location (10min drive to Thamrin in moderate traffic).
Two different world within it's boundary of tranquil and the exotic busy street right outside it's premise. May not be that safe to wonder outside it's premise alone if you are a foreigner. A busy train station is adjacent to the property, sound of train sometimes travel to your room. Not too loud for you to be disturbed.
Bedding is too soft and quilt use are not suitable for the tropical climate. You get too warm after awhile. Rooms are spacious though. Views are good too.

In this vast property, most employees are very professional, perhaps is me I felt they lack the personal touch in hospitality. Other than the lounge desk officers who are friendly and chatty . It's like hospitality without ity. The whole place lack of a spirit in my humble personal opinion. I took time to write in to the GM regarding certain feedback however no formality reply is yet received.
For the rooms wise, travellers beware, walls are a little thin , slamming of doors could be heard from a distance. My experience while staying there was not so lucky, there is a local family staying a few doors down . I think they brought the whole village there. At least 4 kids(maybe more) playing around at night. I'm too exhausted then to do anything. Luckily I knock out pretty fast.

Small place, easy to reach, just a bit below average service

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. We had excellent breakfast and food at premiere lounge was good. A bit dissapointed with the fact that they let kids roaming around at the lounge and they were pretty noisy.

5 star hotel, in the city center, coozy & nice place

Like an oasis in Jakarta. Sufficiently private but not far from the action. Rooms are comfortable and pleasant.

I came here as invitee from one of famous OTA. Indeed, iftar ramadan invitation at Sea Grain on 3rd Floor. From my point of view, Sea Grain was cozy place with city view and delicacy food options.

Hotel with a very long swimming pool. Very comfortable. There is a kids club with playground that is liked by anak2.plus there is activity on every weekend.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is also spacious and clean and complete toiletries are provided.
Breakfast menu is available with varied menu choices and 5-star class taste ...
Very happy to stay here. Kids like it too.
