Receptionist was welcoming, which is unusual I medical offices today. Typically, people at the desk don t bother to look at the customer. Yes, a patient is also a customer.
The MRI technologist, Carlos, was extremely considerate and forthcoming with answers to my questions and concerns.
Waited an hour and fifteen minutes, including a receptionist who sent me to the wrong waiting area and forgot that she had checked me in/ needed to send my prescription down to the MRI area. Really not a fan.
Love coming to this place. The staff and technicians are fabulous and helpful. They take good care of you from once you step in. I always select this place for my MRI. I feel more relaxed and it s quiet from other places I have gone to.
All the staff was very courteous . The office and machinery was very very clean and comfortable. Technician was extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable and answer all my questions. I will always use this site for any future MRIs
My first mammogram and the experience could not have gone smoother. Very nice staff and clean facility. Was in and out in 30 minutes, including paperwork.

There's a bit of confusion about how Park Avenue Radiology, where I have been going for so many years, became Lenox Hill Radiology, but so be it. Former Park Avenue Radiology patients will be happy to know that the operation thrives in great form as a Lenox Hill facility. The desk assistants are lovely, knowledgable about the intricacies of Medicare, and other forms of insurance, anxious to help make your experience easier, and will go the extra mile to help--thereby possibly saving you some money, as they did for me. It's a thoroughly professional organization with great technicians, and I will continue to go to them for any radiology testing I may need in the future. I trust them.

Waited over 1 hour to be seen. And noone advised of any delay in appointments. I had to go to the front desk and complain before anyone took any action. I was told the reason was because they were running behind schedule. Well if that was the case it would be good to alert patients to come in later than the scheduled appt prior to making the trip to only sit there and waste their time.
I would've loved to give 5 stars if I didnt have such a hard time calling into the office. I waited almost 18 min in the freezing cold today for someone to answer. This was the second attempt. All calls go to a central call center rather than directly to office. I needed to know which office I was scheduled for on Park Avenue, and there are two, 17 blocks apart. Ofcourse after walking from York Ave over to Park and trying to reach the office to confirm location, I was on hold until I decided to take a taxi headed to the wrong office. This meant the taxi driver is screaming "you told me to go the wrong way!" I wasted 20 dollars and the operator gave me two options, go in and wait or reschedule. I was told they would try to still fit me in at the other office. I arrived at 10:25 am for my 10:10 am appointment. Eventually was seen at 12 pm and leaving at 12:30pm. This was extremely stressful and unnecessary. There should be a better call system. Besides the bad phone system, Carlos the radiology tech that did my MRI was fantastic. He was very courteous, kind and professional. The ladies at the reception area on the lower level were all very helpful and professional. The staff at this center are really great. Its a shame the first impression you get is that this place isnt organized. They don't even answer the phones. I called both offices and didnt immediately realize all calls are routed to a central center. Please, please change this practice!

I must say I have been going to Lenox Hill radiology clinic more than a few times this year this was my best experience The staff there were great my technician was very patient very professional and very concerned about my comfort he inform me of the process as he was doing my MRI i really appreciate all of his help I think the other centers Could learn a lot from this individual and this facility yes I would recommend it to another friend
Very nice and welcoming staff throughout. A typical 30-40 minute MRI ended up being only 12 mins for me because they seem to have some advanced machines so that was the cherry on top couldn t have imagined a better experience to say the least. If I ever have another injury I know exactly where to go.
Carlos and Miguel who performed the MRI are superstars - they were so nice, very professional and helpful. They were awesome- thank you guys!!!! If it wasn t for them I don t think I would have stayed cause the front desk staff - not so great.

Managed to get all my appts scheduled on the same day--one stop for my mammogram, several ultrasounds and a CT scan. Very helpful to not have to make multiple trips. Thanks to office manager for helping with one u/s that had fallen off the schedule, and finding a space for me. Not having to come back another time was a great gift.

My experiences (3 this year) have all been professional, caring, and definitely above average. As a hard of hearing adult, just making an appt. can be stressful. This is not the case at Lenox Hill Radiology. Everyone spoke clearly, rephrased or repeated questions or information, and showed genuine concern for my concerns and fears. Yesterday, as in two previous procedures, the technician took her time to explain what was involved in the process and how the machine used the lowest possible dosage to create images. I appreciated her explanations, professionalism, and ability to put me at ease. I highly recommend Lenox Hill Radiology !
my recollection of the appointment went well until
after my CATSCAN was completed and then the problem
began.
Immediately after completion, I felt my arm being pulled
upwards in an aggressive manner by the attendant who then
told me she wanted to "help" me get up.
This was unprofessional! If she was planning to "help" me,
she needed to ask permission, which she did not, and she
needed to then "help" me by moving my back, not by pulling
my right arm upwards. I have pain in my right arm as a result.
Don't you guys train your staff?

One of the staff members saw that I was waiting a long time in between my mammogram and sonogram and she brought me a snack, drink and tons of magazines to keep me occupied. How nice is that??!!

No heat, it was terrible to be wearing just gown with inside temperature at 43. (Yes l checked it). Front desk staff rude and unprofessionals. Thanks God Technicians were so attentive, friendly, considered and on professionals.
Everyone was so friendly, caring and so patient, calming my nerves before the MRI bc I am claustrophobic. The machines have an opening at the top and bottom so it was relieving to see out. I would only go here from now on!
This was my very first time ever getting a MRI. The staff there are very polite, friendly, helpful and they make you feel very welcome. I was very scared because it is not so common to have such welcoming feel! The most who did the MRI had told me the process of it and she definitely made it seem like I was at a hotel ( I went to sleep by the way)! I so recommend this place!

Amazing experience, beyond expectations. Went for an MRI. Got an appointment quickly from a helpful person. Got checked in quickly by smart agreeable people. Went down almost immediately and was met by a personable and knowledgeable tech who led me through the process with confidence and clarity. AND when I wanted a copy of my images, I had hardly sat down again before they were there.

Very professional and well trained. Marina the technician, very patient and reassuring. The Hispanic receptionist was very efficient in responding to my concerns. Last but not least. Zorina the sight manager, listened to my concerns regarding timely results of my Ultrasound. She gave me her direct line and said call her from my Dr. office if results were not on hand. That's unheard of. Complemented me for asking the right questions. All 3 should be commended.

This was my first visit to Park Avenue Radiology, however I was quite pleased with the professionalism and quality of service provided by the entire Staff. It was definitely five star. Everyone was very pleasant, proficient and I recommend this location.
Before I came there I was checking out reviews and most were negative , to my surprise this was one of the most make you feel at home place I've been to in a long time, the receptionist was wonderful and very helpful with any questions I had, the technician was one of the sweetest also, she too explained all that I asked the radiologist I had was kind and very funny he said I was funny but he had jokes too, over all loved this place nice friendly environment

Went to the office on Park and 6th this morning. Little to no wait time. Receptionist was courteous and professional. Technician was courteous and professional as well. My overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend this office.
Positive experience. I did have to wait 15 minutes after the appointment time. The check in person was very helpful. I normally go to 77th Street; here on Park Ave/60 was far less crowded.

The receptionist skipped my name on the Sign-in sheet and took 3 other people after me, and I sat there waiting like an idiot for 25 minutes. When I asked if there was a reason I was skipped, the receptionist just gave me a rude look and said, "We'll be with you shortly. I just came back from lunch." No apology, nothing.
I was greeted at the door with a smile and a hello. Temper checked! Instructions was given to me as to what I should expect while waiting for my appointments to begin. Each person I encountered was professional and kind. They made me feel comfortable.
The technician was supposed to take a minimum of 4 images - only took 2, one of which had to be taken again.
Extremely disappointing and concerning.
They are so professional. No nonsense approach. And my attendant was a real perfectionist.
Patient receiving could be better. The check in staff seemed disinterested. I waited to be called. A customer came in and stepped in front of me. The receptionist started to take her first . I interviewed. She asked me to fill out all of the insurance work but I pointed out to her that I had been there before and probably didn t need to do all that again. She agreed. I shared that I had emailed her co-worker my authorization. Then silence.
After a few moments of silence I asked should I wait for the other receptionist? Then she said oh, no I ll take care of it . Never a smile from either one.
In contrast the receptionist down stairs and Radiologist were great, really funny, really personable, they get 5 stars
Went in for an MRI. Wait time was okay (not the fastest but not going to throw you back too far). Both the reception and the guy who gave my MRI (Carlos) were fantastic and are the type of people that make you have a more pleasant day! MRI was quick and easy. Billing and insurance clear. Awesome experience

I had a very long wait for a simple MRI, the place was under construction in a shambles. The tech was nice enough but kept adjusting me over and over again but I like the fact that she gave me a blanket and earplugs to muffle the loud noise.
This was my very first mammogram and I had an 8am appointment. Got there about 20 minutes early and the waiting area was empty. Even after I filled out the forms and did the mammogram (they even took me in early), I got out of there by 8:01. I highly recommend getting that 8am slot if you can. My results were ready in less than a week, even during the holiday season. Mammograms are never fun, but it was relatively painless (a little uncomfortable but not too bad) and smooth sailing for me. The staff members were pleasant and the technician was very patient when moving my body in weird positions.
