My experience here was great. Everyone was kind and caring and I moved efficiently through the system. The x-ray technician did a great job setting me up and nothing had to be redone.

0 wait time and everyone was super friendly and very helpful!

I needed unexpected x-ray and mri today. Lenox accommodated me very smoothly and professionally.

Very professional. Quick service and great experience. I had a sonogram done and I was in and out the door in one hour. Would go there again!!

I came in at an odd hour so there facility was not crowded at all. Because of this check in was a breeze. I appreciated that because when they were Park Avenue Radiology you had to check yourself in using a clumsy machine that was not intuitive and time consuming only to then fill out tons of paperwork. I experienced none of that at Lenox Hill Radiology. The lady at the front desk was helpful and ran through questions quickly and discretely. And we were done. Fantastic. Sofia, the tech who managed my mammogram, is a dream. She is sensitive to the patient's experience and her friendly personality makes the process less stressful.

Leaving only 3 stars as it took more than 1 and 1/2 hours to be called in for my MRI. That is too much of a wait when we are already given specific appointment times. The employees were all nice and polite and no difficulties during the MRI. But wait time was a huge disappointment.

MRIs are never fun but the staff here makes it just a little easier

Convenient location. The staff is very nice and helpful. It was my first time at the Park Avenue location. Great first impression.

Great experience. Woman who checked me in was nice, professional, fast and organized. The tech who did the MRI was excellent. He was also very professional and kept in contact with me during the test. My only suggestion is to put up a sign telling other patients not to make phone calls unless it's critical to their medical care. One rude woman was making a hair appointment for 15 minutes while we were waiting!

Even though the MRI machine was down when I arrived for my appointment and I had to wait the administrator who helped me check-in and both the technicians were very helpful. I didn't get the name of the tall gentleman who helped me get ready for the test but he was very kind and saw me back in the waiting room and checked to see if I got everything I needed. The technician who ran the test accommodated my request for Prince music while I was in the machine for 20 minutes... made my day.

I need someone to tell me why they believe it was a good idea to have construction workers in the SAME AREA where females are in hospital gowns waiting for procedures. I came out of the mammogram room and there were construction workers everywhere. Unbelievable!! Unacceptable!! I had other issues with this place but was never forced to write a review until now. I work in an office environment that was once building out and the construction workers worked at nights. I have never see them, just their finished product.

I was in and out in no time. Facility was very clean. Staff were courteous, helpful and efficient.

Clean environment, professional staff, respectable workers and efficient service. No long blood pressure raising wait either. Will encourage all to go there for services.

MRI: clean location for waiting area, complete with water and clean bathroom. Took me in at my appointed time. No wifi available in the waiting area for MRI. Staff was friendly and efficient. Clean lockers to place my things before going into my MRI. Offered ear plugs and mandated headphones while MRI was going on. Would return, would refer.

Though no one loves getting an MRI or CAT scan, if you have to do it in New York City, this is the only place you want to go. The staff is very friendly, calming and professional. I ve never had to wait long either, which is always appreciated.

The wait time was just ridiculous and something I have never seen. My appointment was for 7pm, I was there at 6pm with plenty of time to fill up any paperwork. I was called into the exam room at exactly 830pm. Didn t get an apology or explanation for the delay. This was unacceptable. I will not return to this location. No way.

I was greeted immediately upon arrival by reception desk - didn t wait longer than 5 seconds. I am particularly appreciative of one of the receptionists who went out of her way and made 3 separate phone calls to make sure I wasn t charged a much larger-than-expected amount for my visit; my insurance company had said I d be covered in full, but upon arrival, I was told I owed $300. The receptionist took the time to make the calls and resolve the issue around how the appointment was entered into the system so that I wasn t over-charged. I was treated politely and professionally by the radiology technician, who respected my body, my privacy and my time. My appointment was over within 30 minutes and I stayed on schedule. Last but not least, the reception area was clean, comfortable and tidy. Very pleased with the service at Lenox Hill Radiology

Mri scan Appointment supposed to be 11.30. After waiting and not hearing anything, i was told at 12.45 sorry for the delay, due to a broken scanner. 1pm called in for mri, and was told it was due to my insurance (even though I was already told I had approval and had paid my copay). Placed on the first scanner. After attempting to get an mri scan, was taken off machine as it was giving error messages (i had been placed on the broken scanner).
Placed on next scanner. After the scan the technician must have said something to me, but i still had the ear plugs in and couldn't hear him. He threw his hands up in the air and said, "well our conversations over, I will show you to your locker", as he walked out the room, which is extremely unprofessional. He then realized how upset and in pain I was and I was now in tears and was empathic and telling me to feel better, but at this point I just wanted out of the whole experience.

I t would be useful to have your system archive client information and avoid repetition.
Having to complete forms with the same information every time i engage your service. That repetitive process is madding time consuming and inefficient.

Courteous and professional. It is a clean and up-to-date facility with a generous staff. Any future radiology based needs will definitely be taken care of at this facility.

Polite, professional and efficient. I arrived late on a Friday as a drop-in for an xray. Was in and out on under 45 minutes. The xray tech was lovely, and the room was warm!

I went in to have a brain MRI, and was very fearful because I was dreading being closed in!
The tecnician was so kind and we did a test run .
I was anxious and came immediately out!
I was determined to do this, and so with her patience and also realizing that I can indeed see some light from the room , I was able to complete the mri !

The staff here were very professional, friendly and nice. The doctor I saw was amazing. She explained everything I was going to encounter and feel. Everything she said would happen, happened. I felt comfortable and safe. The registration staff helpedal me get my authorization for all my procedures and explained the one I could not get. But told me I can just reschedule when I get authorization at a later date. I was not left in the dark. I can't wait to come back here for future tests and imaging. Amazing experience!

Very professional, but changing room and overall appearance looked like it was under construction.

I had an MRI and I was in and out in about an hour. I even had time to almost pass out, but Carlos was quick with the orange juice and all was well. I rarely write reviews, but they were phenominal. Thank you for making it so comfortable. I will recommend to everyone I know.

They didn t have the script my doctor has sent the week before. Phones were down & fax machine didn t seem to work so they couldn t get the script when my doctor tried to resend (other patients had trouble too). They got a verbal instruction from her office though so it worked out. Waited 45 minutes to be called. Despite front of house confusion, the technician and doctor were both lovely.

I had an entirely easy visit for my scan. The location is clean and upscale. I was greeted at the door by someone who took my name for check in. The paperwork was easy to complete and I was taken in for the scan on time. Everyone I encountered who worked there was pleasant and efficient. Good job, highly recommend.

Very nice staff. Carlos was very efficient and very kind in instructing me about the exam and the process of an mri. Waited less than 20 mins for the exam to begin and I was out before 1 full hour passed. Highly recommend this facility.

I went for MRI of spine.Was taken care of by Carlos and Miguel.There were my angels because I have severe claustrophobia. Then this year i had an MRI of my head.Same great treatment.Same are the best.Have to get MRI of my knee. Hope they are still there.I can only use the wide machine or else i get a fear of doom and death.

My experience, today--Sept 09, 2019 at Lenox Hill Radiology, Park Avenue, for 3 procedures (1 MRI, 2 MRA) was handled quite professionally by the attendant. The procedures are annoying, ear splitting (even with earplugs and covering) the occasional desire to swallow (but knowing it is not good for the MR's)--but alls well that ends well (at least with the procedures: I survived. Thank you Lenox Hill Radiology

Easy check in. My radiology staff that I've been dealing for years was around to give me a warm welcome.

The experience was excellent and well organized from beginning to end. The receptionist was clear, kind, and patient. The nurse, who escorted me to the radiology area, was lovely. The gentleman, who was the technician, was caring and clear. He made the entire experience of the MRI free from anxiety by telling me what to expect and alerted me when we were half-way finished. He also checked in on me to make sure I was calm and comfortable. I commend the staff on their excellent care.

I walked in and was taken right away. The women at the front fest we so efficient and friendly. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything to me prior to me having an MRI. I was a bit nervous and he was very kind and reassuring. I highly recommend this facility

Horrendous wait time. I had to stay on top of making sure they saw me as I was forgotten about several times. Wasted an hour.

Extremely professional staff...short wait time and insurance approval was done quickly.

I was treated with courtesy and patience. I was served immediately upon completion of my sign in paperwork. Very happy that we do not have to sign in at the kiosk.

One suggestion: Please remind me to bring my Rx, insurance cards and photo ID AND remind me NOT to use creams or powders or deodorants when I come in for my mammography!

They were very hospitable and welcoming to me while I was there. I would recommend them to other people.

The space looks great having undergone a recent renovation (almost complete), staff are kind and friendly and very professional.

Really, really, really bad service. The office is under construction and nobody tells you that the entrance is around the corner ahead of time. I have really big issues with mobility. Once I arrived I told the very young receptionist that I was there for a Cat Scan and she told me follow the hallway down to the right. She failed to let me know that I was to rake an elevator or what floor to go and that sent me down a maze of different cubicles until I was found by a very nice lady that took me all the way back to the elevator and the proper floor. Once there Chris and the technician were very nice and professional but then back to the reception it was where I was waiting for a cd with my images to be burned and the very young receptionist was now very animatedly telling a story to some other employee at a volume loud enough to be heard by the next building. I waved my hands and was asked to sit and wait. The conversation continued details and all. The young receptionist apparently received a poor review online or something and proceeded to read it and dispute everything that the review stated. At this point the other receptionist acknowledges that I am there and tells me it shouldn t be much longer. The conversation continues. Full blast and volume someone else arrives much more professional and immediately acknowledged me and apologizes for my wait the volume and conversation get somehow modulated after that lady arrived. My cd is now ready the lady that arrived escorts me out very kindly and wishes me a Happy New Year in the background the conversation has now gone back to full blast engagement and volume. SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE.

The scheduling system is impossible to use. You must call to make an appointment and you are put on hold indefinitely, while they tell you about all the improvements they have made. I'm ready to go elsewhere.

Great team of women!! Didn t enjoy the mammogram who does but they made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The whole experience was great with the exception of the woman at the front desk who did not acknowledge me while I was standing there waiting to be checked in. When another woman came in she assisted her first. I ended up being checked in by another woman who eventually came in. She was very polite and helpful. I thought given that poor introduction to the place that the experience was not going to be good. I was pleasantly surprised. Marina, the ultra sound tech, was very gentle and empathetic. Overall I had a good experience.

Fast and efficient. Who could ask for anything more. And waiting room is pleasant. And staff is great!
