Patient receiving could be better. The check in staff seemed disinterested. I waited to be called. A customer came in and stepped in front of me. The receptionist started to take her first . I interviewed. She asked me to fill out all of the insurance work but I pointed out to her that I had been there before and probably didn t need to do all that again. She agreed. I shared that I had emailed her co-worker my authorization. Then silence.
After a few moments of silence I asked should I wait for the other receptionist? Then she said oh, no I ll take care of it . Never a smile from either one.
In contrast the receptionist down stairs and Radiologist were great, really funny, really personable, they get 5 stars
