I joined the initiative of the Versailles tour in 4h ... the only availability left was the afternoon tour from 1.15 pm departure from Paris and 17.15 departure from Versailles at the price of 59 euros. ... admission, with a skip-the-line ticket, took place at 3.00pm ..... meeting scheduled on the bus at 4.40pm .... so time to visit the castle, gardens and trianon (supplement on the admission ticket) 1 h and 40 UNBEATABLE AND IMPOSSIBLE. A theft .... unacceptable !!!! I recommend getting to Versailles. with the RER and dedicate at least one full day per visit.

APPALLING. We got a ticket for the Eiffel Tower and they did not clarify that we did not have to go to the tower directly, but that we had to go through the agency first. We queued for more than an hour, the ticket did not serve us and when we returned to the agency they did not reschedule the excursion or return our money. They also treated us very badly.
Let me start by saying I had actually booked a tour of Versailles for the previous week- I was planning a two week trip between London and Paris and became overwhelmed, naturally, a mistake was bound to happen. So when I showed up to the meeting place to take the bus out to Versailles, and they explained I actually selected the Thursday previous, I was mortified and disappointed. I went outside to cry out of frustration and chain smoke on a bench. Then a woman from the company, (Paris Tours 41 rue des bourdonnais )came outside to offer me two of the same tickets for the next afternoon for half price. It really was a generous and kind act on their part, because honestly it was entirely my fault for just being a spaz. She was helpful as was the other woman, Claire, who arranged our replacement tour. The tour itself is simple enough as you have an audio guide and are free to walk around the gardens as you wish, and we had a very nice guide on the bus up there to answer any questions we may have. The company itself truly just went above and beyond to accommodate my mistake and it was incredible of them.
I really liked everything, from the attention to the moment they left us at the hotel, Mr. Erve was attentive with everything, very good experience I recommend it to everyone, on the booking sheet he says clearly everything that needs to be done and arrive To the place.
The first part of the tour was a 2 hour panoramic tour of sights like the Eiffel Tower, Gardens of the Trocadero, the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral amongst others. Our guide was fantastic and a fountain of knowledge (can't remember her name but it was short and she was from the UK?) and made the whole tour a lot of fun.
There are photo opportunities throughout both from the bus and from outside at a number of stops.
For the second part of the tour we were dropped off at the docks where a trimaran was waiting to take us. Try and sit right at the back outside for the best chances to take photos.
If we had more time we would have taken some of the other Paris Bus Service tours including the lunch at the Eiffel Tower (which most of the others in the group were doing). When we return to Paris we'll definitely be doing a few more tours with Paris Bus Service.
We had arrived late to our tour expecting it to have left but it was waiting for us, thanks to the staff at Paris Bus Service for being so kind.
We booked our tour to go to Versailles palace yesterday afternoon and we had the most amazing time! Our guide was absolutely incredible! Unfortunately we didn't catch her name but I'm sure she remembers the 2 guys from London! Thank you very much for everything!
"Panoramic" Paris bus tour by "Paris-trip" was a joke. There were nothing panoramic about it. Tour guide was a bus driver, who was so "informative" - "look at the left - it is so amazing", "look at the right - it is so amazing". Do not repeat my mistake, do not use these people.
Unfortunately there are parts of Paris that are filthier than London (because of its inhabitants), but it was a great experience being there for a couple of days.
THE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD, I traveled from Panama and canceled with my husband a tour to the Palace Versailles for 138.00 EUROS, and it went very badly because we arrived 10 minutes late to the meeting place, we contacted the lady in charge who did not help us in nothing because he just said they lost the package, we asked him to get to the place and meet the guide or let us attend the next day and the solution of the lady was that we had to pay the 138.00 euros again to attend, so I do not recommend the place to tour, I think they could give us a solution and not simply say that we lost all our money ..
IF YOU ARE FROM USA, DO NOT USE THIS TOUR COMPANY!! We hired Paris Tour to take us to the VERSAILLES museum. Our tour guide was Mrs Ariane. On the way to Versaille Ariane was explained in the microphone about the city sites. Doing that time someone in the Bus from USA asked a question to Ariane. How much the real state in Paris goes for? Mrs Ariane unsweared: Americans have a really rude way to talk about money, and started telling a history to everyone in the bus that once she was wearing a dress and an american woman asked how much she paid for the dress she was wearing. The people in the bus did not get to know the streets sites because Ariane was to busy talking about the Americans rudeness. On the way back, a person from USA asked Ariane: How come French people eat lots of croissants and don't get fat? Ariane started explained that French people do not eat junk food like the americans and kept talking all the way back about how americans eat junk food. Mrs Ariane comments about United states and people from USA was only negative. I am an american citizen and Mrs Ariane comments made me feel very uncomfortable. By the way, if you wonder how Mrs Ariane looks after all the talk about obesity and junk food, she looks like Mrs Piggy. She has really big fat legs and feet.
Laura and Claire were great! They gave us some good pointers for getting through security. I had a pocket knife and they held it at the counter so that it wouldn t be confiscated at the tour. Afterwards they recommended a nice restaurant nearby and showed us some pointers on the map. Very friendly people, I would book another trip through them.
Really, the agency's attention from the moment we arrived was excellent very pleasant then we moved it was done by mr. Erve was excellent, since he took us to the mouline rouge to the door of our hotel the attention was magnificent I recommend
I would surely recommend this place for you to plan your tours in Paris. Amazing friendly people who can be your best guides. They gave me the right ticked to Eiffel Tower 3rd floor and catacombs. Bother places I could skip the hours long waiting in the queues! I ve heard of stories where people had to wait long hours even after having skip the line Tickets , but with the directions from these guys, we could straight enter the catacombs and the Eiffel Tower! Danice is an amazing guide!
PESIMA attention, I would not give it a star. If there were a -5 rating, I would give it. Unfortunately, when we arrived and asked what places to visit because it was the first time we were in Paris, in a very French tone, he told us that if we had no plan, he could not help us. So we asked for a tour or package that included the main places, he didn't answer anything and gave us two brochures and that said everything there. And return to your activities. As for the language, he did us the favor of speaking to us in English .....
On our recent trip to Paris our travel agent booked two tours with Paris Trip, one to the beaches of Normandy and the other to Versailles Palace. Both guides were amazing and incredibly professional. We couldn't have asked for better trips. A little more time in the Palace at Versailles would have been nice but we only booked a half day so that's on us. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.
Uber is cheap and is readily available any time , very convenient and affordable pricing # Take the big bus tour # can also Take the bus to Disney book the same along with tickets to save money # go for the fast pass if you waan enjoy all the rides and avoid the along queue / waiting time # if you have only entry tickets for one park go for the Disney land park instead of Walt Disney studio# visit Eiffel Tower at Night , go till the top # the view is magnificent
Had a great tour lined up for Giverny and Versailles, but were told Versailles was on strike in the morning, so they re-routed our trip to see Giverny first. Tour was GREAT! Tour guide was excellent.she took a scenic route and we got more than expected on the drive to and from Giverny. What can be said of Giverny - Monet at his home. You see the gardens, the lakes he painted, even the weeping willows are amazing to just look at and imagine him deciding what to paint. So many options for him. Again, not enough can be said about the tour guide and her expertise. However, when we stopped for lunch (at a beautiful out of the way lodge type building in a quaint little town), she called in to see how the strike was going - it was still on and we'd have to cancel that portion of the trip. She said the office had authorized a refund, or we could return the next day to take that part of the tour. My party of 4 had other plans for the next day, so we opted for the partial refund. When the tour was over, I knew I should have gone in to make sure about the refund, but the guide assured us it would automatically be taken care of. Months later, no refunds. Also, when we called, they said they didn't discuss any tours with anyone but the travel agent. I contacted my travel agent, and she was told it was private information regarding the transactions (!?!) Overall I'd have given the tour a 6 out of 5, but because we are currently out over $400 for a promised refund, I had to drop them to 4. I assume the tour of Versailles would have been just as fantastic, and you can't do anything about the random strikes in France, but they could handle adjustments to the bill MUCH better. Chuck

This was an exceptional tour. The guide, Pascal, was punctual, spoke great English, and most importantly was very knowledgeable. He provided very important and interesting context for the visit to the Loire valley and its famous chateaus. He also had a very subtle and witty sense of humor, which for me was perfect.
The chateaus visited Ambois, Chenonceau, and Chambord were breathtaking and unique, each providing a different sense of history and purpose for their respective inhabitants, which Pascal described in some detail. Any time we had a question, Pascal was ready to answer. He was clearly well educated about history (not only French history, mind you!) and discussed matters such as architecture, art, and even etymology. A+. This tour is a must if you in Paris or the Loire area. And if you get Pascal to be your guide - you're in luck!
